I'll give it another chance if I get another chance, because I've had very good meals there before, but for now it's 1 star.

03/11/2025: Lunch for workers, choice of three non-trivial first courses. Ditto for the second courses. I chose the cotechino with mashed potatoes and I have to say I really liked it: fine grain, just the right balance of fat, meat, and salt. Above all, it "sticky," and anyone who knows what I mean 😋 .

10/11/2025: Stone walls and arches enclose the main dining room with an open kitchen, a smaller dining room, and a private corner. The restaurant offers traditional dishes that are often hard to find on the menu, such as pigeon rice bomb (even for one person) and passatelli in capon broth. A selection of boiled meats accompanied by salsa verde, salsa contadina, horseradish, and mustard honor tradition. Informal yet attentive and fast service.

09/11/2025: I love eating at this restaurant whenever I can. The only flaw: the menu is static, and I'd like to see it change a bit. The food is excellent.

31/10/2025: I don't think I've ever written reviews, but today I have to. It's unworthy. The pizza al taglio is tasteless. The focaccia with ham and cheese would taste like nothing if it didn't have thirty layers, but even so, it doesn't change much. The lasagna is insipid and embarrassing. The baked potatoes are sweet and cold. The desserts: we have nothing. Oh, it's scandalous. Three waiters who can't seem to agree on how to handle orders and even make mistakes when it comes to carrying food, despite the fact that there are only three of them managing a few chairs. In front of a prestigious hotel, it seems scandalous to me to have such poor service.

10/10/2025: A great find in my hometown. A beautiful place with exposed brick walls and some truly unique decor. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the service leaves you plenty of space but is attentive if needed. The first thing I noticed was that they brought the beer after 4-5 minutes with a nice head of foam—a great start, a sign they know how to tap their excellent local beer. You can build your own burger, and they'll guide you through it with excellent, fresh ingredients. In hindsight, the only thing I'd recommend is offering a couple of burgers, which are their signature dishes for those who aren't sure. Next time I'm back, I'll gladly return.

02/11/2025: Very large place, friendly service. We booked online, but something went wrong and the reservation wasn't there, but they still gave us a table after a 10-minute wait. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. We tried the pizza (we loved the dough and the combinations), the main courses, and the desserts: everything was delicious and served with a smile. It's been a while since I've found such a welcoming place.

09/11/2025: We were looking for a place in Parma where we could eat at least vegetarian. We found Apriti Sesamo and enjoyed an excellent vegan lunch. The appetizers, first courses, and desserts we tried were delicious. We can't comment on the second courses, but the entire menu looks really good.

30/09/2025: A very pleasant evening: relaxed, unintrusive service, allowing you to enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and chatting with friends. The modern location is reminiscent of a traditional osteria. The food was very good. If in the area, this is a place to return!

06/11/2025: Out of the four times I've had breakfast there, I've gotten up and left after a quarter of an hour because no one noticed me. The two times I stayed, and one of those times, I had to be patient. The cappuccino and croissants were excellent. The service definitely needs improvement.

18/10/2025: Super nice people. Campers are allowed to stay for free on the beautiful, spacious property. Even though we were the only guests, they cooked for us in the evening. For anyone with celiac disease: there's a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, and the owner apparently even took a course on it. There was even delicious homemade gluten-free bread!

31/08/2025: A discovery... This cabin sits practically between a forest and a river. It's a well-kept rustic place where simplicity and good food blend beautifully. When I arrived at the parking lot, I noticed four campers. Like with truckers, you eat well and cheaply. Ample parking, good food, and excellent coffee. They even have barrel-aged grappa, which, for me, is a bonus. No one chases you; you can eat peacefully surrounded by nature. The service is good, the owners are courteous and kind, and they make you feel at home, but you don't have to wash the dishes... if you pay 😂. The prices are good, slightly below the quality offered and the setting. I enjoyed a healthy moment of peace and good food. The only downside is that it had rained the day before, and the lawn wasn't perfectly accessible for my nap, which was folded up with the hammock 🥰
