08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference. We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience. The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously. We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience. In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

03/07/2025: If you're looking for a restaurant where you can train your Zen patience and experience the thrill of being made fun of, this is the place. As soon as we arrived, we took a nice 5-minute standing meditation class — despite the place being half empty. After another 5 minutes of cosmic nothingness, a glass of prosecco appeared, which, of course, evaporated long before the appetizer made its triumphant appearance… twenty minutes later. And the appetizer? A real joke: it was supposed to be for three people, but not even a hungry hamster would have had a snack on it. A half-empty crab, two sad shrimp, a disoriented polenta and some other low-grade leftovers. Honestly, the frozen food from the worst discount store looks bad in comparison. At that point, seeing as the promise of the promotional video was a distant mirage — no decent portions, non-existent quality — we asked for the bill. Moral? A bottle of wine and a miniature appetizer: 84 euros of pure poetry. The coup de théâtre? We asked to speak to the owner. She, the queen of hospitality, was not present: the waitress (the only polite person) called her on the phone, and we were insulted and shouted at as if we were the ones who had to apologize for sitting down. Final advice: if you want to eat well, feel treated like human beings and not spend a fortune on discount food, do yourself a favor: stay away. Rudeness is common here, quality is not

In hand, 'na Lasko dla Slovégnia, fresh as the morning dew, she spoke to me in ancient silences and to water that slowly changes her. And it seemed that the weather had stopped, like a leaf in the middle of the wind. But to the wind, he brought with him the names: Ayyoub and Gaza, the holy words of Sourat Houd and La Caverna, my Keny who laughs between the walls in Marséja, and my friends in the Aude, with the och ciamê daj fôc. A bar that makes you travel into a bigger soul, where joy is mixed with the memory of pain.
