25/02/2026: Compared to other McDonald's, this one is much worse. The wait is endless for a toasted sandwich and a simple Coke, even on days when there aren't many people waiting.
Also, the menu is wrong, with cucumbers and ice in the Coke, even though both were excluded.
The Coke was flat (and after pointing this out several times before), they almost sulkily replied, "That's not the case." I asked for it to be changed, and magically, it was acceptable again. The staff is uninterested and incompetent; they didn't even provide a napkin; I was forced to get toilet paper in the bathrooms.
18/01/2026: Everything was terrible: the products were still frozen, the hot drinks were hot, and the sandwiches were just thrown in there.

22/02/2026: Everything was delicious, the staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable!
14/02/2026: Shameful, not serious. Breakfast paid for and ordered for 10:30 AM, arrived at 1:30 PM after numerous phone calls. Thanks to them, the surprise was unsuccessful. Obviously, at 1:30 PM, I'll leave you to imagine what arrived. Never again, absolutely 0 stars.

21/02/2026: Horrible, burnt, and flavorless pizzas made with low-quality ingredients. The pizza had no yellow dates, and they showed up with jarred tomatoes in oil. Never again.

01/03/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant last night: terrible food, wine and water uncorked and probably recycled. I've never had such a bad meal in Naples!
The owner was very rude, even to his only, otherwise very good, waiter.
Absolutely not recommended ⛔️
08/02/2026: I won't deny that I was a little scared by some of the reviews... but I have to say the service was excellent.
The fried food was light, and you could tell the oil was new and not endlessly reused like in some places.
The scialatelli with delicious baby octopus was also excellent.
Let's just say that the babba...should be made differently...with rum.
The absolute highlight was the singing entertainment, which entertained us and entertained us with Neapolitan songs and the typical Neapolitan spirit.
We'll be back.
