11/10/2025: It was terrible. We waited almost two hours for our pizzas, with small children. They served other people first, who came in later. The pizzas arrived one at a time and far apart. They've lost 15 customers and all our family and friends. The pizza was very average. A total disgrace.

01/11/2025: I discovered this place 2 years ago. I ate the best desserts in Italy there!!! I ate in Puglia, Sicily, Lombardia etc, but the best desserts and gelato I ate were at Casa Infante. Everytime I come to Naples I stop there. 😍

28/07/2025: Dirty rooms, bathroom leaking from all sides, boiling hot room with air conditioning that doesn't even have the power to reach the corridor, TV that loses its signal, doors that almost fall off the wall, to sum it all up I'd say, better to close.

19/07/2025: La location non è accattivante e la diventa ancora meno quando si ha a che fare con proprietari e camerieri che mostrano una cordialità poco sincera e un umorismo da rivedere. La cucina spazia tra buone materie prime e piatti pessimi (la ciambotta galleggiava nell'olio e non aveva il sapore tipico) Ma il finale è stato col botto: una ricotta e pere andata a male che poteva rovinarci la vacanza. Avvisati, l'hanno depennata dal conto ma l'esperienza è risultata da non ripetere.

20/08/2025: Our visit got off to a "funny" start when the waiter tried to clean our table. (Why do they only do that when guests arrive, not immediately when they leave?) Anyway, his dry napkin got stuck to it, so instead of getting a wet rag, he swapped tables and left it next door with the napkin stuck to it. *LOL* Less funny was his inability to understand the order for "Tagliatelle Mushrooms" and his "forgetting" the mozzarella on the pasta dish (according to the menu). After I asked where my mushrooms were, he took the plate and brought it back with two tablespoons of canned pickled mushrooms on top. From that moment on, no server appeared at our table again; we had to go inside and find someone to pay. All three pasta dishes we ordered were ready-made meals, which, apart from the taste, was also noticeable because the pasta and sauce were not cooked separately, but rather mixed together. So, all in all: Don't go there; you can get canned food cheaper at the supermarket. A star of grace for the salad, which was okay.

17/11/2025: Yesterday, November 16th, I went to my cousin's 40th birthday party... and what can I say? 2 times I was amazed by everything... elegant locations... very polite staff... the food? Excellent quality... fresh fish... if you choose fish... tender meat... if you choose meat... and do we need to talk about the first courses? In short, if you want to rely on 5-star events, choose Back Ristora!! A special shout out to the owner Nicla... a fantastic woman!!! Kisses, Alessandra.

28/09/2025: Unfortunately, the service is terrible!!! The staff is distracted and unfriendly. It seems like they're doing you a favor for every order you make. They give you a small glass of microwavable water, and if you ask for another, they look at you askance.

01/12/2025: Horrible!! We sat down at 9:00 PM with the intention of trying the all-you-can-eat meat platter... just to keep us waiting, we ordered 2-3 pieces of fried food. After a 2-hour wait, these few pieces of fried food arrived, after which it took another hour and a half for the meat to arrive, which was also cold. Despite our constant reminders, it was always served cold. We had chosen the €35 menu, which promised to contain only red meat, but it also included white meat. The quantity of products was limited (there wasn't even sausage), 3-4 pieces per plate... And despite having been starved, we paid a hefty price. DO NOT GO THERE!

30/11/2025: A simply disastrous evening. A two-hour wait for practically nothing to eat: the meat arrived as cold as if it had just come out of the fridge, and despite sending it back several times, it never improved. It almost felt like the kitchen was making fun of us. In the end, we still paid a far from affordable bill... and were left practically starving. An absurd, disappointing, and irritating experience. This restaurant should seriously rethink its quality, service, and respect for its customers.
