30/11/2025: Barrier-free hotel with no elevator; bathroom with shower stall missing a door; leaky toilet; cold room; tiny breakfast room with only two tables (minimal desserts) and closed at 7:40 AM (so we left and had to give up). Parking is difficult, but the hotel is close to the city center.

02/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really satisfied! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just steps from the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities.

10/01/2026: Excellent dishes. There were nine of us, and we tried a little bit of everything, and everything was good, flavorful, and with just the right amount of attention to presentation. The price was a bit steep considering the house wine. After two years, we returned to "Pacchiana," and I can confirm that it remains at a truly high level in terms of food quality and presentation. Some new appetizers, and that's what we needed. The grilled meats are standard, but truly superb. I agree with the rating based on the price, but that's fair enough. Right off the BN Caianiello highway, really easy to get to, with ample parking available.

08/01/2026: A big shout out to Renato, who knows how to treat and satisfy his guests in a unique way. Excellent service, beautiful location. A must-see for those of us who appreciate true, unadulterated flavor.

30/12/2025: Nice pub, good beer, good food. You can play foosball and billiards. The latter's table is actually positioned too close to the walls.

27/10/2025: We got married on October 18, 2025, a beautiful and fun wedding. We chose a wedding centered on fun and family. Thanks to the splendor of this location, but above all thanks to Elisa, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. Every detail was taken care of, and the menu she recommended, thanks also to the chef's extensive experience, was appreciated by all our guests. A huge thank you also goes to the entertainment staff; thanks to them, all the children had a great time and shared their joy with their parents. Finally, thank you to Mr. Scipione, thank you for hosting us in this beautiful place that made us feel at home. P.S. So much so that we, our parents, and many other relatives stayed there. 03/11/2025: We celebrated a 50th birthday at this restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. The elegant and serene atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a special day, where every detail was attended to with care and taste. The food was sublime and plentiful. Everything was cooked according to tradition—the pasta e patate and the eggplant parmigiana were delicious—with authentic ingredients and flavors that made the lunch a true gastronomic journey, especially for some of our guests who weren't from Campania. They also greatly appreciated the excellent Falaghina wine produced in Bacoli. I forgot to get the label, but it was truly special. The quality-price ratio was surprising: top-notch at a more than fair price. Special praise goes to our waiter Pasquale, who served us with professionalism, kindness, and a constant smile. And a heartfelt thank you to the owners, who accommodated our every request with availability and attention, keeping exactly what they promised. In a landscape full of places, often renowned ones, where you end up disappointed, at SATYA the opposite happened: expectations were not only met, but actually exceeded. A place where you truly feel like guests, not customers. We will definitely return—to try the pizza or the mussel soup—and we recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, elegant, and memorable experience.

20/11/2025: The rich decorations of the space don't make up for the appalling service I received. After booking a table and visiting the venue twice to verify the reservation, on my birthday I discovered that the date of the reservation had been incorrectly marked and that the conditions initially agreed upon would not apply. I was treated condescendingly by the manager, more interested in freeing the table as quickly as possible than correcting their mistake. I didn't perceive any friendliness or fairness in the manner in which they re-elected. I would have preferred more transparency if they weren't interested in hosting the event. To respond to the comment: The first time I didn't specify what kind of drink we were planning on ordering; instead, I specified that I preferred everyone to order what they wanted. I was simply offered a total price to pay. The second time, I asked if the time could be extended. Finally, noticing the missed call, I showed up in person at the venue, only to be told that my reservation hadn't even been marked!! (Or rather, I was told, that it had been booked for the wrong date when, after leaving a deposit, I wouldn't have been called due to my no-show?) The problem wasn't the time, since I was willing not to postpone, but the reservation hadn't been booked correctly in the first place. I was punctual and was physically at the venue at 8:00 PM sharp, but I can't guarantee that all the guests were; many had problems because it was pouring with rain. Finally, I'm aware of market prices and never said the price could be a problem, but if everything had been clearer from the start, I would have made a more informed decision. Furthermore, I didn't think the additional fee would be unpleasant, and it was a favor on your part to charge me the difference; otherwise, I would have told the guests to order less. Kind regards.

16/11/2025: My husband and I have been coming here all the time as our go to for aperitivo. Plus with little ones it is accommodating and less stressful inside with comfortable couches. If you come before 1800 it is less crowded and less noisy. With kids this that is our preference. I tried the Lady Frida drink versus my usual Aperol spritz and it was very good. A bit smaller of a glass but possibly the style for the drink. Small bites each time change but overall they are good.

22/10/2025: We went tonight for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the kindness of the staff, and the rather intimate and quiet setting. The dishes had different flavors, and you could taste the fish (unlike other AYCE sushi places where everything tastes the same and the raw fish tastes like it's been frozen). I personally recommend it and will be back.

25/05/2025: A fantastic place run by respectable, down-to-earth people. Delicious pizza, light dough, and very enjoyable. Home delivery, on the other hand, is handled by attentive staff (just imagine, during a recent delivery to my house, the guy almost didn't deliver my order to my apartment!). It's truly top-notch!

19/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it more stars. I called around 1:00 PM to ask if they did home delivery, and they immediately said yes. We decided what to deliver and where. I ate excellent macaroni with provolone cheese, chicken cutlet, and baked potatoes. This is what I ordered. Not only did I find the portions very generous, but Mr. Rossano had the foresight to think of everything; in addition to cutlery, I found fruit, bread, and even a little dessert. Everything was more than appreciated, so much so that I was able to eat both lunch and dinner. Quality, freshness, and deliciousness. An honorable mention also goes to Rossano's courtesy and kindness.

09/10/2025: I went yesterday for my dad's birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was super helpful, and the food was exceptionally high-quality. We've been there before, and it's always been impeccable. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: The cuisine was poor, the quality of the food was so poor that I could almost afford to buy anything from the corner supermarket, no sparkling water or sugary drinks for the children, not even a selection of artisanal liqueurs, the service was very poor and finally the price was very high in proportion to the lunch consumed.

13/10/2025: The opportunity to enjoy excellent dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, immersed in the tranquility of the Caiatina countryside and accompanied by friendly and impeccable service. Excellent value. Definitely worth a try.
