30/12/2025: Saturday evening in Salerno, two people. I already knew the place, but as a bar. It was my first time dining there, and I stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. Many pizzerias were crowded, or had long waiting lists. Luckily, "Salerno Centro" welcomed us fairly quickly. The place is quite touristy, and the quality of the ingredients isn't exactly excellent, though it wasn't exactly a disappointment. The trio of croquettes with fondue wasn't bad; you could taste the potatoes, and they were good. The fondue was a bit off, arriving cold, and didn't enhance the dish. The pizzas, well, had a slightly bitter note. I didn't particularly like the dough; I assume—I could be wrong—that it was cooked in an electric oven, rather than the "traditional" wood-fired oven. As for the toppings, let's start with the "pizza crok." The ingredients: potato cream, smoked Agerola provola, artisanal potato sticks, crispy pancetta, and parmesan fondue. The review isn't exactly flattering; I didn't particularly enjoy the pairings. The guanciale was too salty, covering up the entire flavor. Instead of potato sticks, I would have preferred flaky chips. The rest of the ingredients were subdued, leaving no memorable impression. The second pizza, a so-called "parmigiana," left a little more. Here are the ingredients: Pachino tomatoes, Agerola provola, breaded and fried eggplant, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pesto. I found these ingredients much more balanced, the flavors blending well. Hats off to the eggplant; the tomato sauce was excellent. The experience was marred by some of the culinary choices, but especially by the very touristy location: a bar, pizzeria, and who knows what else all rolled into one; which didn't leave much room for the flavors to shine. My final rating is 3 stars. It's a place you wouldn't rank high on your list, but, all things considered, it doesn't leave a completely bitter taste in your mouth.

I had booked for November 1st through your online system (which listed the restaurant as open, as did Google), but when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed. We understand that it may be a closed day, but for this very reason, we believe it's important that the online information is up-to-date to avoid any misunderstandings for our customers. Thank you.

06/09/2025: I've known him for over 46 years—you read that right, I've known Rianata in Vasulata for 46 years. I was an 8-year-old kid and I used to go there to buy the famous pizza cooked on a stone, the basolata. Today, even more than then, he cooks all the old Cilento recipes there. Try it and believe it.

19/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it more stars. I called around 1:00 PM to ask if they did home delivery, and they immediately said yes. We decided what to deliver and where. I ate excellent macaroni with provolone cheese, chicken cutlet, and baked potatoes. This is what I ordered. Not only did I find the portions very generous, but Mr. Rossano had the foresight to think of everything; in addition to cutlery, I found fruit, bread, and even a little dessert. Everything was more than appreciated, so much so that I was able to eat both lunch and dinner. Quality, freshness, and deliciousness. An honorable mention also goes to Rossano's courtesy and kindness.

02/09/2025: Authentic and tasty dishes, fresh vegetables and excellent cheeses. The pizza is delicious, soft and made with quality ingredients. Excellent service.

26/12/2025: We visited the Assaje pizzeria and restaurant in Scafati based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the experience. The pizza wasn't to our liking: the dough was too soft and heavy, difficult to digest, and it was also excessively oily, with too much oil that further dulled the flavor, as you can see from the photos. The charcuterie board, meant for two, also seemed very small for the price, which, in our opinion, wasn't worth the money. Forgive them, they were certainly attentive and helpful, although at times perhaps a little too present, resulting slightly intrusive. Overall, the experience fell short of the expectations raised by the reviews. It's probably not to our taste, but there's room for improvement.

20/12/2025: Friendly staff, excellent pinzini and bruschetta offered in friendship. On a negative note, the pizzas I recommend using less oil, it covers the flavor of the pizza. Also, we bought a platter for two people, the price was high for what was served.

07/09/2025: On our way back from the Ligabue concert, we found this well-kept and clean little place to stop for a post-concert bite. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was excellent, which we were able to sample precisely because the owners kept the kitchen open later than expected. A lovely terrace and a very well-kept and well-appointed atmosphere completed the pleasant evening. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and sorry, but I was so hungry and the cured meats and cheese platter was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. The eggplant meatballs are also delicious, definitely worth trying! The impressive selection of wines and spirits certainly allows you to try a variety of flavors, even those from faraway places. I noticed some Japanese spirits, very interesting!

03/03/2026: If you're a lover of high-quality cheeses and want an authentic experience in Naples, this bistro is a must-visit. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a simple yet thoughtful decor, shelves laden with artisanal dairy products, and aromas that immediately entice you to try them. The lactose-free buffalo mozzarella is phenomenal, and is only available on certain days of the week, including Tuesdays. Congratulations

18/02/2026: I returned a second time after two days to get a 500g mozzarella. Truly special! The savory dishes were also excellent, especially the focaccia (pizza) with broccoli rabe and sausage or with escarole, but the best thing we enjoyed was the warm welcome and genuine smile of the lady who served us! We bought lots of things to bring back to Padua, and we received excellent service without any scams or exaggerations, with absolutely reasonable prices. Highly recommended! Take a little bit of Naples home with you!

22/03/2026: My partner and I attended the wedding on March 22, 2026. The venue is located in Bracigliano, in an area offering a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and hills. The garden is truly well-maintained and offers a variety of options, from an area for civil ceremonies to a series of gazebos that can be furnished as needed. Today we tried several options and were more than satisfied with the offerings presented: special praise for the fried fish. The presentation continued in the indoor dining room, where we sampled a very original menu. We particularly enjoyed the stuffed pasta. Throughout the day, we were presented with various entertainment options and ideas for "moments" offered by the estate. We appreciate the wide range of options presented. The day concluded with a truly captivating fireworks display.

25/02/2026: Mediocre pizza + a lousy manager = A Saturday night to forget! The restaurant is nice, but the pizza is certainly average—not among the best, but not among the worst either. I'm writing this review simply to highlight the manager's completely inappropriate and rude behavior. I'll leave aside the swearing and blasphemies directed at the staff, but I find the consistently rude attitude toward infants, never allowed to run around and always under the watchful eye of their parents, unacceptable. A business might struggle to handle the Saturday night rush—we're human, and no one has dared to complain about that—but when you ask to warm up your baby's bottle in the microwave for a minute, you'll be met with the response, "Now, what's the point of cooking?" As if it were a whim or an inappropriate request. I've never seen anything like it. You'll obviously never see us again.

20/02/2026: Chosen among the few restaurants open on Tuesdays for lunch, with decent reviews here on Maps. A nice, well-kept place with a rustic feel. We had two identical starters: perciatelli with sauce and sausage; the sauce was good, but the sausage was almost nonexistent. Then we had two desserts: a caramel panna cotta with too much gelatin, a bit rubbery, and a caramel topping that wasn't the best. The tiramisu was good, but the portion was a bit small. Efficient but distant service. As indicated, plus a mineral water bottle, it cost about €40, which I'd say is more than fair value. They have ample parking. They have a lot more on the menu, including various meats, so we'll definitely return to try other dishes.

09/12/2025: We went last night with our puppy, despite it being December 8th, and there was no wait. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and fast. The fried foods were tasty and dry. The contemporary pizza was light, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. We'll be back.

10/10/2025: Amazing food. Fresh tasty delicious pasta. Very friendly and helpful staff. Burschetta was delicious. Octopus with spaghetti and pine nuts and olive oil was best I had.
