15/07/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday at the Altura Resort and it was a wonderful party. The location was stunning, the service impeccable, and the cuisine was exquisite and delicious. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to Ciro and Fabio, two fantastic hosts.

08/07/2025: We celebrated our son's 18th birthday party at a dream location, the Altura Resort. We immediately felt pampered by the entire staff, who listened to our ideas for the decor and theme of the evening. Ciro, Cetta, and Daniela were truly helpful and kind and were able to recommend the menu to our guests, who still today compliment us on the excellent food selection and the beauty and refinement of the venue and the decor. To top it all off, a brilliant vocalist and DJ enlivened the evening with poolside dancing. We couldn't have chosen better, and I recommend this resort to everyone, not only for the beauty of the location and the gorgeous pools, but also for the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, to whom we extend our THANK YOU once again!!! We'll definitely see you again 😉❤️

14/09/2025: Compliments for the location, the pizza, and the staff. The only negative was the parking, and especially the valet who passed me a counterfeit note...thank him for it.

12/09/2025: Unfortunately, no window seat. Didn't see any of the beautiful views. The staff were annoyed, bored, and I don't think they were interested in customers. Not even a shot on the house. It's a shame; I normally love this restaurant. At the next table, there was even hair in the food. Insane.

08/09/2025: The pizzas are below average, nothing special, and they're very overpriced. You pay almost €3 more than the average.

08/09/2025: The food was fine but the waiting time for our pizza was far too long. We had to wait almost an hour before it arrived. In the meantime, other customers who came in after us and placed their orders later received their pizzas before we did. This was quite disappointing and really affected the overall experience. It would have been nice if the waitress had informed us in advance about the long waiting time or any issues with our order.

20/07/2025: Highly recommended! We received a warm welcome at a beautiful location with breathtaking views from the pool and jacuzzi. The shuttle service to the city center was very convenient and well-organized. Our room was beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In short: a place to completely unwind – we'd love to come back!

10/07/2025: I loved the place, Mr. Giovanni and Giovanna, and all the other staff were very attentive. The place was extremely clean, and the breakfast was impeccable! I loved everything.

27/08/2025: Gioelia's gelateria is one of the best-known in Benevento and is centrally located on the main street. The gelato is excellent; I recommend trying the "mascarpone con profumo di strega" (mascarpone with Strega scent), the city's signature liqueur.

21/08/2025: A pleasure to return. High-quality ingredients, just the right creaminess and temperature, and a skillful mix of ingredients. All at very reasonable prices considering the overall quality and service. The restaurant is welcoming and the staff are courteous, and the overall offering is just right, ranging from seasonal to classic dishes. Recommended.

19/08/2025: We're on vacation to visit the palace! As soon as we got going in the evening, we looked for a pizzeria and came across this one near where we're staying! What can I say? Excellent choice, a truly beautiful and well-maintained place, very kind and fast staff, everything!!! The food was truly divine!! We'll definitely be back!

02/08/2025: An institution in Avellino. May they survive and prosper for another thousand years still be invaluable. One of the few places where you can eat something good for just a few euros. Let's hope it stays that way.

10/06/2025: It is part of my childhood memories (80s) with my mother every time we went up to Avellino before taking the bus back home in Piazza Libertà a fixed stop at the Romana pizzeria and by magic everything passed tiredness tantrums disappointment for a purchase not made.... Now after about forty years I take my children there every time I can and the pizza is always the same the same taste "t'ha piego" identical! Memories and not just in a slice of pizza. Always great and always like this!!!!

Once upon a time, there was a small room upstairs with a terrace, perfect for a memorable occasion; we hope Luigi will reconsider. 15/08/2025: Pizza is excellent! 5 out of 5. The grilled vegetable were also good. But the greek salad wasn't good. Tomatoes didn't taste of anything, and the cucumbers were off (not ripe?). Service was good.

21/07/2025: I had a second course with a side dish, suckling pig with potatoes. The suckling pig, although I thought it was overcooked, was delicious and very tender (the chef explained that if you leave it slightly pink inside, they'll send it back). The baked potatoes were cooked perfectly and a generous portion. Good and fast service, a great experience!

25/06/2025: Per chi ha bisogno di dormire in questa zona dell’Irpinia, questo hotel è l’ideale. Si mangia molto bene, le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e silenziose, ma la cosa più bella sono i sorrisi della signora Lucia, riscaldano il cuore!!
