21/08/2024: I often come for lunch in this restaurant with colleagues and/or friends and I never say never for a year it has betrayed expectations, genuine cuisine, fresh products cooked to perfection, like it used to be, as if I were at home with my beloved grandmother who hasn't been there for years. there's more, delicious homemade desserts and excellent service in a very welcoming rustic and familiar environment that has had the same friendly, efficient, practical and fast waiter for years. Continue to always welcome us in the same way, all exceptional chefs in the lead!

20/08/2024: We ate in this restaurant for the first time on August 27, 2024, returning from holiday. Located a few kilometers from the Sala Consilina motorway exit. What can I say about traditional dishes with unique flavours, excellent quality and price. I highly recommend it

Excellent pasta, potatoes and provola, the Alicette are exceptional, as is the parmigiana, and lastly a mozzarella which I place in first place among those eaten this summer. The right price. Congratulations to the family who runs this business.

09/08/2024: We’d spotted this place when wandering in the afternoon. In short, we would go back. My husband is a self proclaimed lasagne connoisseur and he said this was the best he had in Sorrento! I had squid ink ravioli. It was excellent: al dente and fresh! The thing to watch here is it’s busy, most people wait for a table and there doesn’t seem to be much of a system. The staff are pretty surly but when you are in (seated) they were friendly. If you’re after staff being chatty it’s not the place for you, if you just want your food, it’s great! Very reasonable prices too!

08/08/2024: L'atmosfera del locale é molto accogliente. Noi eravamo in compagnia della nostra cagnolina che é stata accolta dal personale con tante carezze. I camerieri ci hanno fatto accomodare e subito dopo aver preso la comanda é arrivato l'antipasto scelto: Burrata con datterini, davvero gustosa soprattutto i pomodorini. I fusilli avellinesi con tartare di ricciola al profumo di limone erano squisiti. Io ho chiesto di non mantecare gli gnocchi alla Sorrentina con il parmigiano e sono stata accontentata, perché i piatti vengono fatti al momento. Esperienza consigliatissima

15/08/2024: Amazing views, quick service but best of all top notch food. We got the ravioli and the tuna. We loved both but I particularly liked the tuna- double sesame seeds and seared to perfection. Light but filling. Chefs kiss 👩‍🍳

06/08/2024: Our best dining experience in Amalfi, hands down. Everything from the incredible view of Positano, the staffs impeccable service and attention to detail, and of course the delicious and generous sized portions of food. We loved every second and came back 3 times during our stay. Highlights for us were the gnocchi, ravioli, meatballs, rabbit ragu tagliatelle and of course the cheesecake. Thank you for an unforgettable experience ❤️

05/08/2024: I went for dinner on a Saturday evening at the end of July and I must say that I noticed an elegant but family-run place, very attentive and friendly staff who also gave advice on the choice. There chef present in the kitchen very kind and attentive to detail. I tasted an excellent diavola, in fact the best I've ever eaten due to how soft it was and then I wanted to try one of the spectacular daisies: the Sorrento: really very summery and with genuine products such as basil and tomato that smell of quality. 24/08/2024: We stayed one night just to break up the return journey from Umbria to Sicily. The place is convenient because 10 minutes from the Salerno/Reggio motorway, you don't expect a town full of life because Athens Lucana is a small village with something to see but really small. Certainly a town rich in history and traditions, with the church of San Ciro, the patron saint and some characteristic streets especially in the evening. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean and quiet, but the very ancient structure shows itself. The restaurant is discreet and convenient for those who don't want to travel, affordable prices, the girls liked the pizza a lot, good appetizers, risottos that definitely need to be improved a little, decent breakfast. Overall comfortable but I wouldn't go back. Parking on the street next to the structure, unattended and with 5 parking spaces reserved for customers.
