The staff is extremely kind and helpful, ready to recommend the best flavor combinations. The pizza is simply exceptional: the dough is light and digestible, the toppings are fresh and high quality, and the variety of choice is truly wide. I particularly appreciated the pizza with typical Lucanian products, a real riot of local flavours. The homemade desserts are also delicious, a perfect way to end dinner. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the ingredients and the service. 09/03/2025: My experience at the pizzeria “Il Pasticcio” was far from satisfactory. We arrived at 9.30pm, but the pizza only arrived at 11.50pm, a truly unbearable wait. Although the place was crowded, there was no plausible justification for such a long wait, especially considering that the bakery seemed unable to cope with customer demand. Furthermore, the environment was extremely chaotic, with crowded tables that made it difficult to move and create a comfortable situation. The management of the place clearly appears to be in difficulty, and the service has suffered as a result. Waiting times were a real problem, and the absence of a system that effectively managed the influx of people contributed to making the experience even more disappointing. In an area where one expects to enjoy a good pizza without stress, “Il Pasticcio” failed to guarantee a satisfactory experience. Ultimately, my advice is to think carefully before booking, if you are not willing to sacrifice your time for a meal that, unfortunately, does not justify the wait.

19/02/2025: Real craftsmanship quality that is rarely found in Germany. Fantastic Pane di Matera from the wood oven, with a crust that I have rarely seen in Italy. Very special: Unlike the well-known breakfast croissant, the Cornetto is a compact, extremely crispy bread. Also delicious snacks: definitely try a panzerotto when it's fresh.

01/01/2025: I was completely satisfied with my experience at "Ristorante di Fiore". From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always available to satisfy every need with a smile. The service was quick, but never made us feel rushed. Moving on to the food, each dish was a true masterpiece. The raw materials were very fresh, and you could clearly feel the attention paid to the choice of ingredients.

18/11/2024: La qualità dei prodotti era ottima ed il prezzo corretto. Ottimo per belle tavolate, visto l'ambiente molto grande e posizionato su un bel posto. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, complimenti, tutta la vostra zona con la vostra cortesia ed il vostro paesaggio, merita tantissimo, inoltre sapete trattare bene i turisti sia con i vostri prodotti locali, sia per prezzi giusti che offrite.

09/09/2024: Place in the historic center of Ferrandina, known by many but a pleasant surprise for me as I was in the area for a concert. The proposals are typical of the Lucanian tradition, you can taste excellent stuffed panzerotti in many varieties, the pucce are always excellent, crunchy and well seasoned. The place which was recently inaugurated is very welcoming... the owners Mino and Bice were the perfect hosts, their friendliness and friendliness gave an extra note to the taste of the excellent panzerotti. Definitely worth a visit!

27/08/2024: Now it's called (From Vincenzo 1977) I was at the checkout for more than 10 minutes to order some panzerotti, because usually you pay first and then you are served, but they didn't like my education. (There was the Le Vibrazioni concert which would have started at 10pm) and at 7pm there was practically no one there. Another 30 customers entered while I was waiting for my turn, and the clerk and the sales assistant started serving them all, completely ignoring me and my brother who were in front of the cash register, and the customers who were passing the ATM from behind me (in all this the two clerks never looked me in the face). I left very angry, but since I also wanted to do a review on his panzerotti, I let my wife in who obviously behaved differently having seen the scene. After 15 minutes of jostling with customers, she came out with the panzerotti. Panzerotti practically wet with sauce, with nothing inside. Panzerotti that anyone can make, small in shape, as big as a hand. Years ago I ate them there in Ferrandina, but that wasn't the place because it was much further from the square, and they were well stuffed and 3 times bigger and thicker. However, anyone who has eaten them knows that they are nothing special, edible, but you feel like you're eating nothing in the end. Obviously the lack of respect shown towards me and towards my brother who lives there greatly worsened the evaluation of this place, but not of the product eaten, which in fact I had no difficulty describing. The service and total lack of respect are truly terrible and inestimable.

22/02/2025: Per un pranzo speciale, a base di freschissimo pesce in una location luminosa, servito da personale attento e cordiale, Casello 75 è sempre una garanzia. Ottimo tutto: il crudo ( in generale non mangio i ricci di mare ma qui quelli galiziani sono davvero ottimi), le ostriche Gillardeau, le cozze gratinate, il polpo arrostito morbissimo, la frittura di moscardini, i tubetti allo scorfano e infine il dentice con pomodorini olive e capperi. Il prezzo certamente non è basso ma ritengo possa essere considerato adeguato tenuto conto dell'alta qualità della materia e della capacità di lavorazione della stessa, e della quantità delle porzioni.

04/12/2024: I was in Montescaglioso with a group and we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Rock Oasis. The experience was fantastic. The welcome was impeccable: the staff, in particular Stefano, was attentive, kind and ready to satisfy our every need. Lunch was excellent, with typical traditional Lucanian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The quiet and family atmosphere made the moment truly special. We also visited the surrounding area and the rooms of the farmhouse: simple, but with that touch of ''rusticity''. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a welcome that makes you feel at home. The icing on the cake was the large fireplace, further warming the Christmas atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
