06/12/2025: We went to Fiore's restaurant because the hotel where we were staying recommended it. What can I say? We ate wonderfully, and the service and cleanliness were top-notch. But the person who makes this restaurant perfect is Massimo, the owner. We also returned for dinner at his other restaurant in the town center. We had meat, and it met our expectations. A special mention goes to the entire town, the kind and friendly people. We accidentally parked in a place where the car wasn't allowed, and like all self-respecting small towns, everyone knew the car was ours, so they came to call us while we were at dinner to move it. Simply fantastic!!! Anyway, I recommend Fiore's restaurant, especially for the quality of the food. We didn't feel like mere customers, but fellow villagers.

30/08/2025: A pleasant discovery! Excellent trattoria inside the farmhouse next to the main road, you don't even have to leave. Quick service and delicious, abundant typical Basilicata dishes. Pictured are Lucanian-style ferricelli and cacciatore-style rabbit. More than fair price. I'd go back!

27/08/2025: Abbiamo mangiato ottimamente, da anni in questo periodo ci andiamo e anche quest'anno siamo rimasti soddisfatti, noto con piacere che la proprietaria e il personale sono attenti alle normative covid e accolgono i clienti in un'ambiente sicuro e famigliare. Piatti abbondanti e sconsigliati per chi è a dieta.

24/02/2026: This bakery represents the history of the city of Matera. I've personally had the opportunity to try numerous types of focaccia barese, which has its roots in the Bari Vecchia district. I can rightfully say that Paoluccio surpasses, albeit just barely, even the famous bakeries of Bari. The location of the business makes it easy to stroll among the wonders of the capital of rural civilization, with a fragrant piece of focaccia in hand. We highly recommend tasting the authentic Pane di Matera, an ancient product that is very different from the more commercialized Pane di Altamura PGI. A shout-out to those who continue the traditions.

10/11/2025: We spent a day at this agriturismo, impeccable in every way: the welcome, the helpfulness, the excellent food, the excellent service, and the cleanliness! The owners were friendly from the start, and the staff were always smiling! The food was all fresh and well-prepared! The location was very tidy, spacious, and beautiful! Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: We went to this place, we agreed, and they brought us bread that was at least two days old. We pointed this out and he told us not to talk nonsense. We asked him if the first course, chosen by four people, was available without tomato sauce, and he replied that it wasn't possible to change it. He brought us the second course, lamb ribs, which were undercooked. We pointed this out and he told us that we make them that way. In the end, to finish the next day, we all felt sick... worthy of a complaint. Stay away.

10/10/2025: While I was waiting for the girl to wrap the bread I ordered, three flies crawled unharmed over the croissants and focaccia, while the employee remained indifferent. The sight was very disturbing. I gave one star so that my review would be published. I wouldn't have given any stars.

26/01/2026: A small, small pizzeria in the village, the ingredients are excellent, carefully selected and paired with unique dishes, all carefully curated by the owner. The pizza is also incredibly light, and despite the unusual flavors, you won't find a bad pairing; in fact, every choice will surprise you. Delicious baked panzerotti are also available.

24/10/2025: Excellent food. The service was impeccable but slow; I hope it was a coincidence. Cute, welcoming, and small.

09/03/2026: We had made a reservation, yet they left us standing for a whole hour before freeing up a table. "Five more minutes," they told us every fifteen minutes with a forced smile that, after the third time, sounded like a joke. Once we were seated, the real chaos began. The place was a chaos: waiters rushing around aimlessly, plates being returned to the kitchen, and a noise so deafening it was impossible to talk to the person sitting next to you. Two hours to get pizzas at the table. The most irritating thing was watching tables who arrived much later than us calmly finish their dinner, while we were systematically ignored. Amateur management and total disorganization. Knowing how to turn on an oven isn't enough if you don't know how to manage a dining room. An evening ruined by chaos and disregard for the customer. Never again.

22/11/2025: Pasticcio in every sense, a truly appropriate name... Short staff for a large number of customers, long waits and pizza really not up to expectations, too burnt and with not enough mozzarella. I will never go back... Highly not recommended, the only positive note is the kindness of the waiters.

18/02/2026: A modern establishment in the city center, friendly service. Rather small gastronomy, but definitely filling.

13/01/2026: 4 coffees and 4 cocktails (spritz and Hugo) 74€€€€€€€€ that I would never eat under the Eiffel Tower again.

30/07/2025: The food was terrible and the price was very high. I would not recommend it. Go to a restaurant like the Roxy bar.
