With friends, we tried several dishes on the menu, both pasta dishes and sandwiches. Everything is homemade, with local ingredients and dishes. The creamy fava bean and chicory soup is a must-try.
The service was quick, and above all, the staff was very courteous and friendly.
27/12/2025: worst place in italy, bloody cold, bread is hard and doesn’t taste good at all. won’t recommend.

08/01/2026: On New Year's Day they increased the prices... I booked after seeing the menu... When we went to pay for the menu price... 8€ ... paid that day 15€ per portion... learned Everyone present increased..... Be careful... the prices are rising😅
05/01/2026: Excellent... the modern location, you can feel the desire of two young restaurateurs to serve and pamper their customers. We had takeout, and I must say that, in addition to the abundant quantity, the quality was very, very good.

05/01/2026: Very convenient location: not exactly in the hustle and bustle of the historic center, but still very close. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, clean and bright. The owner is very kind but discreet. There aren't many tables, so reservations are essential or you risk being left empty-handed. The menu doesn't offer a huge number of dishes, but they're small, well-prepared, and tasty. It's obviously a matter of taste, but we liked it. The price we paid was fair. If it were in my city, I'd go back. Congratulations!

17/10/2025: Highly recommended. Excellent local Matera cuisine served in generous portions. The staff is courteous and professional. The restaurant is elegant, with cloth-lined tables. The terrace overlooking the Sassi is actually a window, but considering the reasonable prices, it's a restaurant worth trying.

Very friendly waiters and very good fries.
I gave the pizza 4 stars for two reasons:
1- We ordered three pizzas: a Margherita, a salami pizza, and a sausage pizza.
The Margherita and sausage pizza were good, but I found the salami pizza a bit salty.
2- Although the pizzas were good, after about 20 minutes I felt like I hadn't eaten anything.
Otherwise, it was a great experience.

30/11/2025: I've ordered takeout pizza twice.
The first time, it arrived very quickly, but alas, it was raw and sour. I finished baking it in the oven and, after eating two pieces, threw it away.
The second time, giving it the benefit of the doubt, I reordered a puccia with tuna, mayo, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes, but unfortunately, the puccia arrived raw and missing an ingredient that was listed on the receipt.
I'm sorry, but I'll never order again.

17/09/2025: We stumbled upon this ice cream shop by chance. I was struck by the elegance of the place and then by the ice cream. The flavors are different from the usual and delicious. Delicate yet enveloping. Go and savor these delicacies, you won't regret it!
04/09/2025: Located next to the Antico Frantoio restaurant, it's one of the best gelaterias in Bernalda. We had granitas there the two nights we stayed there. It's well-maintained and has an attractive display case. Prices are reasonable. Both the gelato and granita are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: Excellent products, the pizza rossa is delicious, and the southern strudel with black cherry is delicious. It's a shame we discovered it on the last day of our visit to the unique Matera.
Recommended.
I gave the ambiance 4 stars only because it's very small and the line is practically outside.
