31/03/2024: After a morning spent among the rocks, my partner and I decided to stop and eat here. We took a Bolognese and a cacio e pepe, spectacular pasta, excellent cooking, even the condiments were tasty and plentiful. The portions are nice and large so very satisfying, I recommend everyone to stop by them at least once!

17/03/2024: Oggi 17 marzo, pranzo con amici, ospiti. Premesso che le mie origini sono lucane, quindi abituato fin da bambino alla cucina delle nonne lucane e madre lucana. Un pranzo così mia nonna e mia madre non lo avrebbero preparato neanche per il cane di famiglia. Vi dico solo che è finita, dopo poche ore con vomito da parte di mio figlio, nonostante avesse saltato diverse portate, nausea e pesantezza gastrica nei restanti famigliari! Non ho osato chiedere agli amici come stessero! Anche perché avevo organizzato tutto io insieme a mia figlia! Povera meravigliosa cucina lucana in quali mani è finita!

12/02/2024: We came here on a very dark day with rain so we couldn't enjoy the exteriors which are beautiful but we had lunch in an internal room that wasn't particularly beautiful. Yet we chose it precisely to allow our son to see the animals, as well as the local food... we were unlucky. The cold cuts and dairy products they produce were the best part. Starters and pasta a little behind in salt. The slice arrived slightly cold while the sausage was very tasty. I appreciated the flavor of the vegetables which reminded me of childhood: you can feel that it is genuine stuff. Bread, wine and oil not of their production... it's the least quality stuff. The sweets and bitters are good, always produced by them. The owner is very kind. Advised

06/04/2024: I stayed 7 days in Matera with my wife and we tried the "Ai Palmenti" restaurant, we had a great time, friendly and helpful staff, splendid location located inside a typical local cave, delicious food prepared with the freshest raw materials first choice and attention to detail, during our stay we returned a second time.... highly recommended.

06/04/2024: My experience dates back to Easter and I can't say anything bad about the environment which, as expected, is very beautiful and evocative, in one of the most beautiful spots in the city. The food was quite good, although not as special as described in the reviews, but the service unfortunately left a lot to be desired! The room manager was kind and welcoming, unfortunately she left us in the hands of a waiter who I don't even know how to define. To get water we had to ask for it several times, giving up the last jug due to exhaustion. Ditto for the wine, almost as if it were a favor (among other things, the second bottle was not the one we chose). The glass from a broken glass that was not ours remained under the table for the entire lunch despite our repeated requests to remove them. But what's worse is that we also paid for dishes that never arrived at the table and unfortunately we realized it too late. It's very sad because those who are local certainly won't come back...

14/03/2024: Enchanting place immersed in the nature of the saddle, welcoming and comfortable structure, I booked the first communion and will later integrate my review on the service and the use of raw materials.

26/03/2024: I had dinner in this restaurant for a birthday party, a large table on the mezzanine floor of the restaurant. Clean, bright, very welcoming environments, even if I had some difficulty finding the place. The service was punctual. Excellent food, all based on fish.

02/04/2024: Such a wonderful place! We came for lunch and found this intimate restaurant on the Michelin guide! We had an amazing experience there, everything was perfect. The food was delicate and elegant, the place itself was beautiful, the waiters were lovely and the view was breathtaking. Thank you so much for this precious moment!

18/02/2024: Location di livello stellato, ambiente e cucina molto meno. Siamo stati in bassa stagione, proprio per questo ci si aspetta qualche attenzione in più (4 coperti in tutto il locale) che non il contrario. Materia prima ottima, spesso rovinata da abbinamenti presuntuosi ed ambiziosi, senza un buon risultato. Carta dei vini da biblioteca, che desta stupore, se non fosse che trattasi di stampa in carattere 80. Non mi era mai capitato di dover ordinare il dolce durante la consumazione del main course, alle 21:25, perché la cucina doveva staccare. Dolce che però, è doveroso dirlo, era di una bontà e genialità stupefacente (“america”), tanto quanto il Sauternes consigliato.

09/10/2023: Una bella pizza è quello che ci vuole. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza buona e soddisfacente. Digeribile e gustosa con ingredienti buoni e ben distribuiti sulla pizza. Servizio gentile e veloce. Lo consiglio per una cena senza troppe pretese.
