04/04/2026: Today I had lunch at this little restaurant and I must say it was truly a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious, and you could clearly taste the quality of the ingredients used: everything was fresh, carefully prepared, and meticulously cared for.
An added bonus is definitely the owner, an extremely kind and welcoming person who conveys a true love for his work and for what he offers his customers. You can sense the passion behind every detail. His wife, on the other hand, is an excellent cook.
It's the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease and leave wanting to return. Highly recommended!
15/03/2026: A wonderful Sunday spent at this little restaurant in the village of Sessanio.
We ate divinely, delicious, locally sourced vegetarian food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All this was accompanied by the very kind Mr. Andrea, who expertly explained the origins and ingredients of each dish, expertly prepared by his wife, Barbara.
An experience to be repeated, definitely recommended for anyone looking for a different culinary experience!

29/03/2026: A very nice little restaurant, surrounded by greenery. Easy to get to and has free parking. The staff is very friendly, especially the girl at the door and the waitress with the braid. Reservations are required, otherwise you won't find a table. We had reserved a table, but for personal reasons we had to order takeout (THEY DON'T NORMALLY DO THAT). They understood the problem and very kindly met us. The food is very good, it deserves its reputation, we will definitely be back.

06/04/2026: I booked for Easter just by looking at the reviews, since I'd never been to L'Aquila, and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent food, with a focus on local ingredients but also innovation, delicate and refined flavors, and excellent, attentive, and friendly service. Excellent, one of my best Easter lunches.
N.B.: The dulcis venia was a small masterpiece of taste and beauty!

10/01/2026: tiny portions no more than 50 grams of pasta, if you go just for a first course they are quite annoyed, but it's all good, furniture and tables quite worn, quite cystic for a trattoria, for a first course you go from a minimum of 12 euros for a cacio pepe 😵💫

The dough is light, well-leavened, and super digestible, with a perfectly soft and fragrant crust. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and high-quality, and you can taste it in every bite. The pizza is always perfectly cooked, balanced in flavor, and never heavy.
The service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is welcoming, ideal for an evening with friends.
Every time, it's a confirmation: quality, passion, and attention to detail. For me, it's not just a pizzeria, it's the pizzeria. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: A wonderful experience. We're from Bologna and were taken there by friends from Abruzzo. Nestled in the hills, it's a simple yet elegant place with friendly staff. The food is truly excellent, from the hot and cold appetizers to the pasta alla pecorara (which I love but rarely find elsewhere), the grilled lamb, and the arrosticini. The appetizers were already filling, but the rest was irresistible. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return this summer.
12/04/2026: Immersed in the green countryside, you can enjoy Abruzzo delicacies in a meticulously maintained farmhouse, which even has some animals. The service is excellent, with kindness and professionalism.

09/04/2026: A beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and with a splendid view of the plateau. We participated in a saffron harvesting and processing experience, including lunch. Alessandro, the owner, accompanied us throughout the morning, passionately sharing the history and production of this extraordinary product.
At lunch, we enjoyed delicious dishes, all saffron-based, accompanied by attentive and friendly service.
A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro, his wife, and the entire family for the wonderful day we spent together!

28/03/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, as well as the attentive staff. The owner-chef is also present in the dining room, and I particularly like this. The connection is immediate and adds value to the evening. Top-notch food. Great variety of hot and cold raw dishes. The "minestra" is romantic. The roast is authentic. The wine cellar is immense. Well done everyone.
19/03/2026: We've been eating here for several years and it's never disappointed us. The fish is excellent, the service is equally good, the place is well-kept and really nice, and the price is fair for what you get.
