14/06/2025: We've been here three times now during our vacation in Catania. The service is excellent! They serve fabulous coffee and a very good breakfast. You can tell that it's made with love and effort. If you sit outside, it can sometimes get a bit noisy from passing buses, but only for a short time. Inside, there's quiet (good!) music, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the Teapot to anyone looking for good coffee or a delicious breakfast/brunch!

28/05/2025: A typical brunch place, but with regular food, nothing too fancy or unforgettable. I took a Teapot egg Benedict - was okay, but the portion small - only one small egg and the sauce is really mayonnaise. The coffee lacked strength and you cannot take coffee to go from there. Waitress was really pissed off, she had a pretty bad attitude towards us from the beginning. She spoke a lot in Italian, very low - I barely heard her, she didn’t even looked at us. She seemed like she had enough. The place looks nice in the inside and outside.

13/07/2025: The best meals I had during my 2-month trip to Europe were the large intestine noodles and fish-flavored pork shreds with rice. They were cheap and delicious, and I highly recommend them. They suit my Chinese stomach very well.

09/07/2025: The pancakes are delicious, especially the sausage ones. The fried dough sticks and pork floss in the pancakes are a great combination. The chicken pancakes have mayonnaise sauce and sweet and spicy sauce, which is a bit dark. I don't like it. The soup dumplings are OK. The boss lady is quite cheerful and has a normal attitude.

09/06/2025: We asked for a crescione and they told us that they had run out and that we could choose some first courses After 10 minutes a table arrived and they calmly ordered the crescione without any problems Unprofessional

11/06/2025: Abbiamo ordinato telefonicamente alcune pizze e una Coca-Cola da 1,5L, che ci è stata consegnata completamente calda. Per fortuna dovevamo ancora pagare, quindi l’abbiamo rimandata indietro. Ma non è stato un buon inizio. Le pizze erano ok, ma il conto sorprendentemente alto. Guardando lo scontrino, ho notato una cosa assurda. Per la mia pizza con cicoria ripassata, che probabilmente non era presente nel menù, è stata usata la voce “patate e salsiccia” da 9,50€ per registrarla a sistema. In aggiunta, compare un supplemento di 5,50€ per la cicoria. Totale: 15€ per una pizza bianca con verdura, senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva. Una mancanza di chiarezza che lascia davvero perplessi.

24/04/2025: Fuimos a este lugar para sacar pizza. La pizza era genial, el servicio era genial. Buen precio. Estábamos muy contentos de haber vuelto 2 veces. Una vez para almorzar y un día después para cenar. ¡La pasta con carne estaba genial! La pizza era genial. Todo alrededor gran lugar con buena comida!

26/07/2025: The food is great. Unfortunately, it's impossible to have a pleasant conversation when karaoke is playing. There was no response to requests to turn the music down. Wait times between meals can be up to 1.5 hours. The service is mediocre.

28/04/2025: Trovata per puro caso questa trattoria lascia stupiti per più punti, di cui uno di questi è la qualità del cibo e del servizio. Entriamo incuriositi in quanto a prima vista pare una rosticceria molto casereccia, veniamo accolti da 2 signori poi rivelatesi molto simpatici, cortesi e pieni di consigli sul cibo. Partiamo con 2 primi (tortelli e pasta) di ottimo livello, ma poi ci scateniamo con la salama da sugo e purè, roba d'altri tempi, gusti forti ma per palati fini, il tutto condito con un ottimo vino della casa (casereccio) Prezzo buono e usciamo felici, se torniamo a Ferrara state sicuri che ci torniamo!

16/02/2025: Scoperta per caso, ma piacevolmente sorpresi. Proprietari gentilissimi e davvero super disponibili. Cucina tipica e tutto fatto in casa, davvero ottimo. Anche il prezzo assolutamente competitivo. Ci torneremo senz'altro e lo consigliamo.

15/03/2025: Terrible experience, the boy rings the bell for delivery while I go to open the door, he disappears and comes back after 10 minutes saying that he had forgotten a pizza to be delivered elsewhere... he gives me the pizzas completely cold and crushed in the cardboard, in addition to the late delivery, I also ate badly... staff to be reviewed

13/07/2025: I was really surprised by the prices for this breakfast: three of us spent almost €20, which seems excessive to me. I don't want to judge the quality of the products or the work of the pastry shop, because I wouldn't be objective. However, paying such high prices for a cappuccino, tea, or juice, products purchased in bulk, seems truly disproportionate. I understand the general increase in costs, but I still think €17 for breakfast is too high, especially considering the simplicity of the items and the location.

09/08/2025: We had an Aperol, a lemon soda, and sparkling water. 8 euros! You can't beat that! The toilet smells bad. There's also a French toilet.

22/07/2025: I ate a pizza, but I found the staff to be a bit unkind. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees seemed annoyed with the customers in front of me. There had been a misunderstanding, and she did nothing to hide her disappointment. Let's just say that the welcome I received wasn't exceptional either. I think that in the restaurant business, a smile and a warm welcome are essential to making customers want to return. The pizza tasted good, but in my opinion, the dough was too thin.

10/04/2025: They rejected my booking 4 times with the fork with the promotion. Of which one not even 4 hours before. If you don't want to do things DON'T DO THEM AND DON'T DELUDE YOUR CUSTOMERS.

06/02/2025: Good morning, I ordered a salad as soon as I walked in, and there was a bottle of oil on the conveyor belt. I grabbed it to dress the salad. The lady behind the counter turned around and told me it wasn't for customers. But if it's on the counter, am I a magician? Is it hard to keep it behind the counter? You brainless woman. From tomorrow on, I'll never go to this cafeteria again.

16/06/2025: I bought 3 components to add to my kitchen, the assembly was not very easy for the drawers I had to go back to the store to understand where I was going wrong, the components arrived at home with home delivery, too bad that the doors and drawer fronts arrived damaged, replaced and again some arrived damaged, requested the replacement on the toll-free number but they were not and are not yet available, an endless assembly, not to mention the inconvenience which makes me desist from a future purchase, courteous and helpful staff. There is a big underlying problem with the packaging when everything is entrusted to the couriers. The drawer front is still not available I have an open ticket with the toll-free number

07/06/2025: On our way from Salento, we stopped at Ikea for a meal. That was a big mistake. The que to order food tok very long time. But finally we arrived to order fish and chips. But the problem was that the food was not edible. The fish was overcooked and dry. The chips were soggy and the peas were not edible. We left and had to stop at a gas station to get a meal that was low in quality, but much better than Ikea.
