13/05/2025: Truly a very good choice 👌🏻 the Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Posta" ⭐️⭐️⭐️, a valid structure where we had lunch last Sunday as part of our day trip to Casarsa. Arriving on site at 12.30 🕧 after booking 📞, we parked 🚘 almost in front of the entrance since on holidays ✝️ the parking spaces 🅿️ along via Valvasone are free 🆓️. Once we crossed the access tunnel we were immediately very impressed 😮 by the splendid internal courtyard (see photos 📸 attached 📎) which the restaurant also overlooks. We soon reached 🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️ the latter (there is a separate entrance from the hotel) meeting a manager 👩🏻 who immediately accompanied us to our table at the back of the room and then offered us a welcome prosecco 🥂 (alternatively, a non-alcoholic drink was also available 🍹). Here we also met the person who seemed to us to be the head waiter, a kind and distinguished boy 🧑🏻 who, very cordially, gave us the price lists 📋 and then collected our order. The choice fell on three first courses based on busiate (with the flavors "Sicilian pesto", "speck/pistachios" and "Trapanese") and as many appetizers (raw ham platter, Friulian appetizer and grilled frico) served as second courses. To drink, a liter of sparkling water 💧 and three glasses of red 🍷 (two Cabernet Sauvignon and one Franc). Everything was really tasty 😋 and the portions were generous too. Of particular note, the creaminess of the sauce for my busiate (a type of pasta originally from Trapani) based on speck and pistachios, in addition to the perfect balance between flavor and delicacy. Also worthy of note, however, were the mushrooms 🍄 in a frico crust (part of the Friulian appetizer) and, more generally, all the other dishes. To conclude, a couple of desserts (chocolate cake with a soft heart and salted caramel cheesecake) and three espresso coffees ☕️. Impeccable 🔝 the service offered by the kind members of staff, with a special mention for the very kind manager 🧑🏻 mentioned above. With the same I then paid the bill at the counter by card 💳 (by the way, excellent value for money by virtue of the 107.50 euros 💶 total). Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. As mentioned, the very green 🌳🪴 internal courtyard is splendid, equipped with tables, chairs, wooden benches made with pallets and a large pergola for outdoor events (there was in fact one in progress). Strategic location in the immediate vicinity of the "Pier Paolo Pasolini" Study Center, the main center of interest in the center of Casarsa and, not by chance, our afternoon destination. We definitely liked it so WE PROMOTE IT WITH FULL MARKS 💯.

14/03/2025: Servizio eccellente grazie a ragazzi meravigliosi. Una serata con amici, mangiato bene, sia pizza che primi piatti. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata però la serietà e competenza che Jary ha dimostrato nel servizio, sempre molto cordiale e gentile; ci ha accontentato in tutte le nostre richieste (che sono state molte…) e col supporto di Daniel, anche lui molto cordiale e professionale, la nostra serata è stata veramente piacevole, come il conto: adeguato e onesto. Consigliatissimo !!

08/06/2025: Abbiamo ordinato un aperitivo come da foto promozionale: birra, spritz e tagliere in più un terzo bicchiere di vino, specificando chiaramente di volere l’offerta. Alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare 44 euro. Lo spritz era già pronto e annacquato, il servizio scortese quando abbiamo fatto notare l’incongruenza. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Una truffa.

08/06/2025: Prenotato un po' all ultimo momento a pranzo, siamo riusciti ad avere un tavolo dentro che alla fine ci ha permesso di stare più tranquilli e freschi. Cibo molto buono, personale gentile. A 3 minuti a piedi dal castello.

15/06/2025: Historic bar of the city, not because it is ugly or poorly maintained (on the contrary), but rather for the service that sometimes has difficulty keeping up with customers. The aperitif buffet initiative is nice, with the renovation it has improved a lot.

02/06/2025: We were disappointed to find that only two main dish options were available due to the football final. We chose the chicken dish, but it was a huge letdown — the meat didn’t taste like chicken at all, and the smell was so unpleasant I couldn’t eat it. We raised our concerns with the bartender, but no solution or compromise was offered. For the price we paid, it felt like a complete waste of time, money, and food.

10/06/2025: The tramezzini were really good and the staff was really kind. It is a really cheap but local solution for lunch (we bought 6 sandwiches and two water bottles for 25€). Try the crab and rocket tramezzino!

09/06/2025: Typical Venetian tramezzini, for me the best and the ones with the widest choice! Absolutely worth a visit if you are in town! The spritz is also excellent!

15/06/2025: We didn't like it. For tourists. Mediocre pizza especially in the tomato and not cold beers. However the fried appetizer is very good.

12/06/2025: Really bad service. Nobody came and gave me a meny, sat there for over 15 minutes. Had to go inside and ask for one, took another 10-15 minutes before I got to order. The waiter gave me the wrong soda. The pizza was just okey. And no thank you or goodbye when I paid. Would not recommend.

12/05/2025: I came for a breakfast and was very satisfied. Friendly staff, wide choice of quality pastries and hot drinks and numerous places to sit, including outdoors. As the name of the place says, there is also the possibility of ordering bread, butter and jam for breakfast. 4 stars and not 5 because we waited a while before we could eat and I didn't appreciate the icing on the brioches which made them too sweet.

Highly recommended for small parties, for a lunch or dinner immersed in the beauty of the city of Conversano.

It's not the first time I've stopped in this restaurant but every time it's a surprise of tastes and flavors of the Frenta tradition beautifully brought forward by the chef with a few touches of innovation here and there. Must try.

22/06/2025: The lady of an old-fashioned kindness, you can see that she does it with her heart. Impeccable cleanliness and delicious pizzas. We went to celebrate a birthday, she prepared us a bruschetta with chips and pizzas in the center. Really light and not too tasty. Night after dinner without burning and thirst! I highly recommend. I think that reservations are mandatory.

21/04/2025: Durch Tripadvisor sind wir bei unserem Urlaub auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen und haben es an 4 Abenden gleich 2x aufgesucht. Die Location alleine ist schon mega schön und anders als normale Restaurants. Die traditionelle Zubereitung der Gerichte ist top und wurde schonmehrfach ausgezeichnet. Pizza kann nicht besser sein und die Steakgerichte sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir würden dort sofort wieder hingehen.

19/04/2025: Una pizza davvero straordinaria, da re! Ogni morso è un'esplosione di gusto: l’impasto è leggero, fragrante, la mozzarella Del Bò è di una qualità superlativa, e gli ingredienti sono scelti con cura maniacale. Qui si capisce subito che dietro c’è passione, tecnica e una ricerca costante della perfezione. È una di quelle pizze che ti restano in mente, difficile da trovare altrove. Servizio cordiale, ambiente piacevole, si sta davvero bene. L’unica nota che stona un po’, a mio modesto parere, è il coperto: 3 euro per un semplice pezzo di carta al posto della tovaglia mi sembrano eccessivi. Personalmente preferirei vedere quei 3 euro in più sulla pizza, che li merita tutti, piuttosto che su un coperto che non offre nulla in cambio. Detto questo, ci tornerò sicuramente. Una pizzeria così merita di essere scoperta e raccontata!
