12/10/2025: Unfortunately, even though I love Neapolitan pizza, I was disappointed.
The pizza was only cooked on the outside, the very thin inside was undercooked and soft. It's a shame 😔 because the tomato and buffalo mozzarella are very good, but it wasn't so much a pizza as a single-layer lasagna.
The average beer was pricey.
Friendly staff, clean place, banal music.

04/12/2025: Terrible since it's no longer L'Officina 2.0!
Even though two of us arrived quite early, around 7:30-7:45 PM, the pizza by the slice arrived reheated, not fresh out of the oven! So if you arrive at odd hours and order something, be sure to ask when you order that the pizza be served FRESH FROM THE OVEN, and not reheated from trays left over from lunch! How you can tell it's reheated:
1. The mozzarella doesn't drip when cut
2. The pieces of dough on the cut are dry and not soft
3. Lastly, the taste, but if you're hungry and have a good mouth, you might miss it.

I called around 1:00 PM to ask if they did home delivery, and they immediately said yes. We decided what to deliver and where.
I ate excellent macaroni with provolone cheese, chicken cutlet, and baked potatoes. This is what I ordered. Not only did I find the portions very generous, but Mr. Rossano had the foresight to think of everything; in addition to cutlery, I found fruit, bread, and even a little dessert. Everything was more than appreciated, so much so that I was able to eat both lunch and dinner.
Quality, freshness, and deliciousness.
An honorable mention also goes to Rossano's courtesy and kindness.
02/09/2025: Authentic and tasty dishes, fresh vegetables and excellent cheeses. The pizza is delicious, soft and made with quality ingredients.

An absolutely basic place, inside a residence:
You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.

30/08/2025: A very pleasant and interesting experience at a farmhouse with an entirely vegetarian menu. The owner, Gianpietro, is very friendly and chatty, and the atmosphere is easily convivial. It's a shame it was a rainy day, otherwise we would have even gone for a swim in the bio-lake. We started with a house aperitif and a pata-snack. We then opted for the starter menu, consisting of four appetizers to share, plus a first course and a dessert, with a bottle of Raboso and still water. Price: €78.
We'll be happy to return.
25/08/2025: I discovered this place by chance, and I assure you, it's heaven! Excellent lunch followed by sunbathing on a lounge chair surrounded by greenery and a dip in the bio-pond... To round out a wonderful day, the owners were incredibly kind and friendly.
Try it and believe it! ♥️

11/11/2025: I would like to give a huge shout out to Deborah and staff for rescuing us when presented with a train strike.The day of the strike we were to catch three trains and then the only flight to Mykonos that week.
They went over and beyond spending considerable time to secure us a taxi.
Thank you, we will be forever grateful.
Also we would like to complement you on our meal that evening, it was most enjoyable.

30/11/2025: Had lunch with a dish off the menu. 9 euros. Good. The atmosphere, though small and all tables occupied, was overall good. Service was prompt. I would only improve the portion size, which was a bit small. Recommended.

26/06/2025: Spectacular pizza, top flavors, you can feel the products used are fresh and of excellent quality, they put passion into it.
Giulio the pizza chef is number 1 and the manager Enrico is a guy with great determination and enthusiasm, every time I come back the pizza is always better!
Continuously evolving positively.
Very good price, I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a REAL pizza.

20/12/2025: With an uncontrollable craving for fish, we went for sure......... "Al Paradiso"!!! Excellent shrimp cocktail and a 1.6kg sea bass that can't be described as delicious!!!! The dessert was delicious too!!!! Friendly and courteous as always!!!!
13/12/2025: The restaurant has a panoramic view and a tidy atmosphere.
I chose a fish menu, but the experience wasn't satisfying. The dishes were well-prepared, but the flavors were very muted, giving the impression of stale ingredients.
In particular, the grilled tuna steak, while visually well-cooked, lacked aroma and flavor. The first courses and appetizers were also disappointing.
Service was consistent.
The bill was higher than the perceived quality, especially considering the fish.
The restaurant is suitable for its setting and tranquility, but I wouldn't choose it for seafood. My mistake.

03/12/2025: My friend and I spent two nights in Trento. We had dinner here both nights.
A classic restaurant that deserves 5 stars EVERYWHERE.
We ate: salad, a pasta dish, and dessert: everything was delicious. But the tapas are exceptional... I already miss them!!! The carne salada parcels, speck with potato tortel, and their vegetable focaccia are exceptional. So good.
The waitresses were very kind. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, with comfortable sofas, a clean bathroom, and very fair prices.

01/08/2025: It's unpleasant to have to leave a negative review, but after numerous similar experiences, I want to share my opinion.
The atmosphere isn't the most welcoming, and the customer service often leaves much to be desired. A little more kindness and attention would be appreciated.
I often find myself waiting in vain, and other customers who came in after me are served first. There's no attention to cleanliness; they do everything with their bare hands. Never a smile or a "good morning."
And the worst part is that you seem to be a distraction when you come in, especially to the older woman at the counter, who is always clearly annoyed.

22/11/2025: A new, well-kept restaurant with a simple menu that offers a wide choice of pizzas and pinzas, as well as a wide variety of flavors. The dough is very light and easy to digest, and delicious! The flaky potatoes with pecorino cheese are excellent! Good value for money.
