11/07/2025: I found it by chance while looking for a place to eat with my better half. It's a small restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. Fair price. The menu is small but good, which is already a 10/10 for me. From the welcome appetizers to the dessert, everything was spectacular. I'll definitely be back.

14/06/2025: We had the best ice cream from the Alps south here. A limited selection, but also some unusual flavors like salted peanut. Several toppings, marshmallows, and waffles are available.

09/10/2025: The food is excellent and the drinks are even better. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, and the owner, Mauro, is friendly and helpful; you can tell he loves what he does. The staff is incredibly kind. I've seen some people say they're a bit slow, but I'd like to point out that everything is freshly prepared, and you can definitely taste the difference in the food! Simply the best!!!

02/11/2025: Excellent pizzas, friendly and welcoming staff. The wait was minimal; we ordered (on a Friday evening) and after 5 minutes, our pizzas weren't even ready and served at our table. Truly delicious, congratulations!

06/11/2025: I didn't find the variety and freshness of the products that I found in other restaurants with the same price, especially the seaweed I ate very little and sent it back but I hope it was an isolated incident.

17/06/2025: Welcoming place and expert, attentive and passionate staff. Piadas stuffed with love for over 10 years, from the Classics to the most particular (the Ignoranti, the Delicate, ...) a varied choice of carefully selected local products. My favorite: carne salada, trentingrana and rocket with the possibility of choosing different types of dough, wholemeal, spelt and hemp. There is something for all tastes and the prices are excellent. A must when I pass through Rovereto and every time I end with a sweet piada with hazelnuts. Well done!! See you soon

Piade farcite con amore da oltre 10 anni, dalle più Classiche alle più particolari (le Ignoranti, le Delicate, ...) una varia scelta di prodotti locali selezionati con cura. La mia preferita: carne salada, trentingrana e rucola con la possibilità di scegliere diversi tipi di impasto, integrale, farro e canapa. Ce n'é per tutti i gusti e i prezzi sono ottimi. Tappa obbligata quando passo da Rovereto e ogni volta finisce con una piada dolce alle nocciole. Bravi!! A presto

01/11/2025: This is an authentic trattoria, not one of those fake chains or those opened by some random YouTuber or TikToker hoping to capitalize on their fleeting fame. This is a neighborhood trattoria, but not just that, frequented by real people, not food influencers looking for a free meal or a tip. When I went for dinner, I had an excellent Piedmontese appetizer (tomino elettrico, tomino al bagnetto rosso, insalata russa, and vitello tonnato), an excellent bagna cauda served in a classic fujot (a sort of pasta dish) with plenty of raw and cooked vegetables, excellent braised beef agnolotti in a reduced broth to degrease the fat, and an excellent bonet (a type of pasta) for dessert, all accompanied by an excellent Nebbiolo wine on tap, and all at an excellent, absolutely competitive price. If you prefer the à la carte menu, the selection is (guess what) excellent, including pizza. Add to this the friendly staff, the charming owner, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you'll have a genuine, high-quality place, free from unnecessary fuss, where you'll want to return whenever you can.

21/10/2025: It's a pity. The food was fine not extra ordinary. BUT There was for the price almost no value for what we got. Such a little portion we had. You never can get the feeling of being full. Maybe in another dimension ;-) The waiters were nice. But. All in all I can not recommend what I got for the money. Maybe we will see more on the plate. The portions were for children. But then the prices should be MUCH lower !!!

20/10/2025: 12/10. Kilian gave us one of our best service experience in Italy, and the food was awesome. We had the cheese&ham plate, the pizza and the lasagna, it was delicious. Would recommend and come back anytime.

24/09/2025: The bed mattress was saging in the middle and gave us back pain and needs replacement. The bed room furniture needs repair and painting.The hair dryer is useless and very weak to dry hair.

09/09/2025: The three of us ate pizza here, and it was heavenly! All three pizzas were very thin, slightly crispy, and very easy to digest. We ate outside and were able to park our car right in front of the restaurant. The service was very attentive, friendly, and fun; we'll definitely be back 😊
