What can I say, excellent cuisine, generous portions and everything cooked with care and fresh, excellent quality products. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. 08/12/2024: Of the Churen that I know, only the name remains. I have been going to Churen since I was a child, I would like to point out the change in management. I found myself no longer faced with the iconic pizza, thin, with a crunchy and not very pronounced crust, but an attempt at "Neapolitan-style" pizza. The dining room staff is undoubtedly very kind and smiling, but not very familiar with Italian and perhaps a little too hasty. They have also changed the interior, making it a large open space which in my opinion no longer makes you feel welcomed like in the local restaurant but makes you lose yourself in the noise coming from the other tables, all very close. As for prices, as a rule, €37 for two stuffed pizzas and two drinks. PS: the thousand reviews that appear on Google belong to the previous management!!

09/09/2024: There were five of us and we all ate pizza Margherita, kebab, thon, sucuk and a kebab and everything was perfect. The pizzas were TOP!! We then ate coffee and baklava afterwards and they tasted very good too. So I recommend the store!

20/10/2024: Young guys....but very, very good and professional. Excellent food on the first evening accompanied by a good wine. And very high quality burgers and very good beers on the second evening. Very clean place...impeccable management. Highly recommended....

12/10/2024: We frequent this pub every time we come to Val d'Ayas. Vast selection of beers, with refined labels and coming from all over the world. Excellent food, from burgers prepared with delicious bread, to hot dishes. Always friendly and professional service, with attention to customer needs.

Located in the center, right in front of the cable car departure point, this place is a real point of reference for those who love the mountains and good food. The environment is warm and inviting, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes or for a romantic dinner. The service is quick and efficient, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the dishes are plentiful and delicious. The cuisine is typical of the Aosta Valley, with an eye for local seasonal products. What we liked: * The atmosphere: Warm and welcoming, perfect for a break from the cold * The food: Abundant and tasty dishes, with fresh, quality products * The location: Very central, right in front of the cable car * The service: Quick and efficient What could improve: * The terrace: Limited to aperitifs and sandwiches, it would be nice to be able to enjoy a full meal outdoors during beautiful sunny days. In conclusion: The Bistrot is a restaurant that won us over with its simplicity and authenticity. If you are in Champoluc and are looking for a place to eat well without spending too much, you can't miss this place. 22/09/2024: Given the excellent location of the hotel, it is possible to reach the hiking trails, both basic and for experts, with good ease. A few steps from the hotel we find several restaurants where you can eat and taste excellent quality food with local raw materials. The room appears to be tidy and well-stocked, in the bathroom there was a very generous welcome kit, towels and phone. The room appears to be generally welcoming and clean, tidy and equipped with all the comforts that the structure offers (TV, blankets, fridge). The view from the small balcony offers an exceptional view of some peaks. The one and only negative note about the room are the sheets and towels: we found several hairs inside the bed upon our arrival and a dirty tomato towel. THE BREAKFAST is really delicious, very varied (even for those who are celiac). Fresh products every morning: cured meats and cheeses, cakes, brioshes, yogurt, fruit and much more! Overall a great experience which we would recommend to everyone, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel, given the very accessible quality-price ratio.

14/09/2024: We left this morning, and I would already like to go back to breathe the air of home, yes because at the Castor hotel it feels exactly like that, for us it was a wonderful six-day holiday, everyone from the dining room staff to the kitchen to the reception and we want to extend our thanks to the friendly owners for allowing us to experience this wonderful week in your Hotel Castor, in the hope of seeing you again we wish you all the best in your work, you are in our hearts, Bruno and Loredana thank you 💔 (Everything perfect from the kitchen, excellent and plentiful dishes, for the wines we had excellent recommendations, plentiful breakfasts both sweet and savory, the girls in the room were always present and attentive to everything, excellent thanks)

19/09/2024: We were there yesterday, although out of season, attracted by their animals (geese, chickens, etc.) the owner and her son welcomed us with courtesy, letting us taste their cheeses and bread. Sitting in front of a stupendous view we savored genuine goodness, in every sense. We really recommend it
