The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

29/09/2025: Excellent refuge: spotlessly clean, generous dinner, and excellent breakfast at very reasonable prices. The staff is truly friendly, the best we've encountered in the entire Gran Paradiso area. An excellent starting point for excursions in the national park.

25/12/2025: The pizza here is AMAZING. Service is great, great music and interior. If you arrive at lunch time, you may wait for a table for quite a bit, so either book or arrive in off-peak hours.
23/12/2025: This place is some of the best food on the Cervinia side of the mountain, with really great service, atmosphere and with a very fair price. A lot of the other places either are very expensive, or the portions are small, but pousset has giant pizzas starting at 9 euros for a margarita pizza and at most like 15 euros. Also a really recommend trying their tiramisu, it was some of the best dessert I've had.
