04/07/2025: Had dinner last night...what can I say...SUPERLATIVE!!!
03/07/2025: We did not expect this level of excellence at all, when we went to this restaurant! Amazing food - the chef makes great choices, you can taste the level of quality produce, creativity and passion for food. Also, the service was great - one of the best wine services I've ever had! Overall a most go place!
Sidenote: we had a baby with us and it got a bit chilly. The owner offered us a blanket (table cloth) to take with us so the baby is warm - so so sweet!
Addition: we were here 4 more times in the past 4 years and it was exceptional every single time: food, service, wine and price/value. A must-go place! We love it!

19/06/2025: An addictive experience. The best pepper steak with fried potatoes and braised onions is served with a relaxed ambiance, along with water, a sip of Prosecco, and a greeting from the kitchen.
The whole thing is rounded off with a half-liter of wine and a dessert that is a real sin. Simply delicious.
If you're at Lake Trasimeno and don't eat there, you're missing out on a little piece of heaven.

09/07/2025: Never mind if we get French fries instead of salad, of course. It's a mistake, and we point it out to the staff... from that moment on, we're IGNORED. After an hour of waiting in vain, we go to the cashier and ask for the salad they'd charged us to be deducted from our bill. The worst part was the owner's indifference, who smugly replied, "We don't even read the reviews." He went on, "We don't care about our customers." For us, however, this evening was a time of inconvenience and frustration; that's not how you treat your customers. A beautiful place is where you feel welcomed; a beautiful view isn't enough.
06/07/2025: Place located above Tuoro with a view of the lake, the sunset does not "fall" into the lake like at San Feliciano due to their position. Nice place, there are various dishes, also for vegetarians and vegans. Possibility of taking just a nice cocktail for aperitif. Medium-high costs.
There are numerous dishes such as first courses, half a pizza shovel (15 euros) or a shovel (30 euros) and numerous ethnic dishes, cocktails and sandwiches.
Beautiful presentation of the dishes.
Romantic but simple place. Possibility of eating by reservation at street level with a view of the lake and beach-style deck chairs.

A commendation to the dinner, really good.
23/06/2025: A true corner of paradise discovered a few years ago and, after the last stay, I can only reconfirm its beauty. The staff is always super welcoming and helpful, while the location is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet full of high-quality products are also excellent.
Highly recommended.

13/10/2024: I had a coffee with my wife. The bad girl who served us was very kind, the place was nice and the coffee was good. To return.
21/09/2024: Very nice little bar with delicious little Pranzo bites. Exactly as it should be. There are also good IPA beers in the fridge. It's also nice to sit in the medieval alley.

22/04/2025: Il locale è elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale gentilissimo e attento. Il menù è vario, con proposte di carne, di pesce e vegetariane. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la disponibilità ad andare incontro alle esigenze di una persona vegana e di una intollerante al lattosio presenti al nostro tavolo, proponendo comunque piatti sfiziosi (non le solite verdure grigliate!). Persino tra i dolci c'era una proposta vegana. Tutto buonissimo e ben presentato. Complimenti davvero per l'attenzione al cliente e alla qualità e per non discriminare le persone con esigenze alimentari diverse!

Personale molto cortese, consigliato se si vuole trascorrere una serata intima all'insegna della buona cucina.

Elegant, refined and kind service, excellent quality food.
Really worth trying and returning to

07/07/2025: Last year we stayed at the campsite for 3 weeks and regularly ate at Ciao Ciao. Today we are back at the campsite and were already looking forward to eating at this restaurant. It is still a bit early to eat when you are in Italy (it is now 18:15) but otherwise we would have been there already 😂 Tonight we are going to eat there again. Our recommendation: The Tomahawk!
I read some reviews here about Ciao Ciao. I understand that every restaurant has something and that there is always room for improvement, but what I read here about this place I absolutely cannot agree with. We have eaten there very often, and every time we have been extremely satisfied. The service is very friendly, the food is very tasty..
So I say: See you tonight 😀😀

06/06/2025: Accoglienza super, menù con molte scelte, e la "bistecca" di carpa regina TOP! Abbiamo mangiato in giardino a bordo lago nel'ombra di alberi. Un bel pranzo da ripetere!
01/05/2025: Servizio scarso e disorganizzato con personale probabilmente reperito a caso.
Cassiera indisponente e maleducata.
Abbiamo esposto il problema riguardo a due fritture che in realtà erano due mezze porzioni ma hanno detto che il pesce pescato era quello quindi hanno visto bene di farcene pagare due al posto di una!
Terribile e’ dir poco.
