03/03/2026: Surprising. Absolutely surprising. Very thoughtful and interesting dishes, the result of a careful selection of ingredients and a truly talented interpretation by the Chef. The wine list is more than adequate, and the prices are fair. Some dishes alone deserve a return visit soon...my compliments. I absolutely must...thank you, Michele!...for introducing us to this esteemed Academy!!!

15/02/2026: We ate very well, from the appetizer to the main course. The waiters were kind. There was a small mistake in the rest of the dish, but we considered it a small tip. If I came back here, I would gladly stop again.

21/01/2026: Terrible pizza, the dough was obviously ready-made, it almost seemed like a frozen pizza, unleavened dough, like bread, sour tomato sauce, full of salt and oregano, I don't know what happened, probably whoever is in the kitchen doesn't want to anymore, not that the pizza has ever been excellent there, but now it's truly rubbish.

30/09/2025: A truly wonderful discovery! The location is beautiful, offering many options, from a lake-view table to deckchairs with a view. The menu is very interesting and offers many vegan options. Everything was delicious, and attention was paid to every detail of the presentation. I'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: The dishes were delicious and plentiful, with fresh lake fish and excellent game. The service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was welcoming, with a terrace overlooking the lake.

27/02/2026: We found this beautiful villa immersed in the countryside thanks to Instagram. We found a property with meticulous attention to every detail. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with a beautiful country chic style. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet served in a conservatory. The fireplace in the entrance hall is perfect for an aperitif after the spa. The massage therapist is excellent.

23/02/2026: The property is a true gem surrounded by greenery, very well-maintained and clean. The service is excellent. Our compliments also go to the restaurant chef for his refined cuisine and excellent ingredients. We will definitely be back in the spring, thank you, and see you next time!

28/09/2025: A Fairytale Stay We stayed at Ponte di Nava da Beppe and were greeted with tremendous kindness from the very first moment. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were welcomed with open arms. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise: the food was delicious and the service was attentive. Breakfast, although a small additional charge, was completely worth it: it was clearly prepared with love, with a beautiful table and a wide variety of options, including gluten-free options, which I greatly appreciated due to my celiac disease. The rooms were impeccably clean, something we greatly appreciate when traveling. They also have ample and convenient parking. What we loved most was the setting: walking around, listening to the river, and breathing in the tranquility of the place made us feel like we were in a little fairy tale. I can only express my gratitude for the excellent service from our arrival to our departure. A place we would definitely return to.

26/11/2025: Excellent coffee and very good croissants. You can enjoy simple and very satisfying express cuisine for lunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a café that offers more than just coffee, and when I'm in Tuoro, I only get coffee at Hannibal... there must be a reason! Seeing is believing.

15/11/2025: The bar isn't particularly spacious, but the staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The bar also has ample parking, which is a plus, especially in Tuoro.
