Punta Navaccia In Tuoro sul trasimeno

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, after reading positive reviews and being in Ormea, we took the opportunity for this new experience. The place is "vintage" but welcoming and clean, the service is excellent and the dishes are exceptional.. I ate sweet and sour pork which was simply fantastic.. tender and tasty.. I tasted some courses from the rich tasting menu and the quality is reflected in all the dishes! The price is not very low but certainly in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Erano trent'anni che non entravo in un campeggio, dai miei viaggi intenda in Grecia e in Basilicata. Mi dicono che ora i campeggi sono tutti così... Un grandissimo terreno alberato in cui puoi trovare di tutto: dai bungalow (in realtà case-mobili all'americana) e tende in affitto, a vecchie roulotte parcheggiate da anni, al centro di un intrico di tendine, verandine, casotti di canne, prearie tettoie di protezione. Un po' squallidino, se ripenso ai miei campeggi di allora, ma pare che sia il progresso. Molto frequentate le due piccole piscine, con animazione. Ci sono anche una discoteca che sembra uno chapiteau da circo, un grande bar-ristorante ecc. Simpatiche le tre attivissime sorelle che da anni gestiscono il posto. Piace tanto a tedeschi, belgi, olandesi. Forse è un pregio.

Dit was nu het zesde jaar dat ik op punta navaccia mijn vakantie vierde. Deze plek is niet te omschrijven. Dit is niet zomaar een camping, maar een familie. Iedereen is welkom en de drie zussen die de camping runnen zijn echt de moeders van de camping! Voor mij is het elkaar weer thuis komen. Na al die jaren kennen we veel terugkomende gasten op de camping, zo ook een grote jongeren vriendengroep waar we in de avond wat mee gaan drinken en leuke dingen gaan doen. Ook zijn er veel leuke dingen om te doen. Zo zit je namelijk vanaf station Terontola met twee uurtjes in Rome en Firenze! Voor als u het nog niet door had, ben ik razend enthousiast over mijn tweede thuis. Ik durf met zekerheid te zeggen dat u zich ook thuis zult voelen.
