Worthy last evening of our Umbria trip! Perfect ending with Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and (vegetarian) tapas! Courteous service and authentic atmosphere!

We had a wonderful aperitif. 2 Aperol Spritz and 2 glass of wine for 15 euros with several free accompaniments. I recommend!

Siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e cordialità. La giornata dalla temperatura gradevole ha permesso di godere di un tavolino ombreggiato sotto la veranda. Il servizio è stato rapido e puntuale. Gli aperitivi ottimi! Superlativo il Fiero Spritz

01/02/2024: Siamo arrivati prima della una, ci hanno accolto senza nessun problema, personale gentilissimo, il cibo buonissimo ed il vino (Montefalco) pure. Il dessert di ottima qualità, a seguire un buon caffe. Ristorante sobrio ed elegante, consigliatissimo.
31/12/2023: Ci siamo capitati per caso., ma ne è valsa la pena. Siamo arrivati tardi e Non c’era praticamente nessuno ed abbiamo goduto di una calma eccezionale. Qualità veramente ottima e bella presentazione dei piatti. Prezzo in linea con la qualità.

24/09/2023: Location that offers the possibility of various excursions. I stayed in a splendid hotel, with a historic scent present in every service. In the Borgo I was recommended the hot croissants at Bar Echoes café. We appreciated the fragrance and the fact that they were freshly baked. One with Nutella, one with pistachio cream and a classic one with jam.... Furthermore, the embrace of the local population with the tourists was felt. Congratulations to the ladies who run it, the location for the newsstand is welcome even if it's a little excessive. Clean and well updated place. Compliments. Next summer I hope to be able to return. OR
