03/04/2024: Don't miss this typical Umbrian restaurant for the atmosphere of a true friends' cellar, especially if you dine at the long table at the entrance. Definitely try the snail skewers. The owner, Mr. Efisio, is a charismatic and very affable person.

Low quality/price ratio.
03/04/2024: We had dinner there two evenings and, on both occasions, we had a very, very, very good time.
The place is welcoming and decidedly pleasing to the eye. All the staff proved helpful, kind and (above all) prepared.
The dishes, cooked with taste and balance, were definitely appreciated by all of us, to the point that the youngest of the company said: "Exquisite!"

04/04/2024: Came here for a friend's wedding reception and had a great time. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and the food and drinks were excellent 👍🏼
02/04/2024: The food I ordered was cold and tasteless, as if it had been prepared a long time ago and then simply reheated. The dishes lacked freshness and originality, and the price was definitely too high for what we received.
Furthermore, the environment was noisy and chaotic, with noisy customers disturbing the tranquility of the place. There was no attention to customer comfort, and the entire experience was unpleasant and stressful.

25/02/2024: Inside the village of Collepino, between the green of nature and the pink of the stone there is the San Silvestro tavern ... a timeless place, with Niki's welcome and quality dishes you can't help but be enchanted.
Agnolotti with artichoke ragout, grilled lamb and smoked scamorza with truffle.
Recommended for taking a break from the daily frenzy and enjoying excellent Umbrian products.
07/01/2024: I returned after 20 years and I assure you that the mushrooms they offer are difficult to forget. Rustic style tavern located in an extremely characteristic village of a few souls. Kind owners and a very familiar environment. Anyone who visits Umbria and its beauties should stop in this tavern.

A bit disappointed by the food. For example the fettuccine al tartuffo were actually with tartuffata which is a mix of truffle and mushroom instead of just truffle. It was still very tasty but should have been mentioned.
Dessert was delicious

18/11/2023: We decided to splurge and try the 5 course degustazione menu with paired wines. The wines were very good, however the food was a huge disappointment. The quality of the food served was not comparable to other degustazione menus we have tried. The expectation is to have very high quality foods prepared and presented in unique ways. Instead, we got bruschetta, vegetable soup, a small portion of pasta and a couple of meatballs. The dessert was biscuits. The disappointment is in the price you are paying for the basic common food that was served. We had eaten the same things at other restaurants in the area for a fraction of the price we paid here. The owner was very attentive but completely focused on the wine. So, it's a great place to have a meal and some wine, and they certainly have an interesting selection of wines, but we would not recommend doing the degustazione menu.

17/12/2023: Appena fuori una delle porte cittadine, pensavamo ad una osteria dove ti aspetti di trovare cortesia. Invece la giovane cameriera musona non conosce la parola prego a fronte dei nostri ripetuti grazie e si vede che le pesa servire al tavolo.Cibo sotto le aspettative...2 primi, uno con sugo aspro e pezzi vari di carne e l'altro con piselli prosciutto e funghi che sapeva tutto tranne che di fresco. Al momento del conto aumentato di pochi euro rispetto al menù ...ma sicuramente si è trattato di un errore, . abbiamo pensato che i nostri soldi non erano stati ben spesi. Non consigliato.
