I confirm all the good things that have been written about this bakery, pastry shop, and café with traditional products: an endless selection of products and extremely friendly staff. Throughout my stay, this has been my go-to place for breakfast.

I asked for a plain croissant, and it was filled with jam... At the counter, while I was waiting my turn, the lady behind the counter, visibly annoyed, served a customer who had arrived after me. Oh well, never mind! I queued up to pay, and the same lady behind the counter, when there was only one person left in front of me, asked me to please go pay at the bread register. So, we had a double line, but at the designated register, whoever gets the bread goes first... incredible disorganization!

I was born in Perugia, and for me, Easter isn't Easter without cake—homemade, of course—but the quality of the Pioppi bakery doesn't make me miss it. Excellent quality, congratulations!

04/08/2026: The pizza was good, with good dough and nice toppings. I found the appetizer frittatine with sausage and broccoli rabe excellent. The interior is modern, the service is quick, and it's not too noisy.

A huge thank you to the staff at Bella Ischia in Piazza del Grano for their extraordinary helpfulness: despite the late hour, they accommodated us and seated us at our table at 10:30 PM without a single problem and with extreme kindness. The quality of the food rounded out the evening perfectly. The panuozzo is simply extraordinary—light, crispy dough, and perfectly topped—but the pizzas are also truly exceptional, in true Neapolitan style, with the freshest ingredients and a soft, digestible crust. The fried foods served as an appetizer are also excellent and light. Quick, efficient service, and a flexibility that is not at all a given these days. Excellent value.
