29/12/2024: Very nice little place with a few tables in the center of Castiglione del Lago. The person who served us was very kind and polite. The food was EXCELLENT, the Tuscan pâté, the pici, the desserts, all good and well prepared, generous portions and very honest prices. Mandatory stop if you pass by here, see you next time!

06/01/2025: Place located in Castiglione del Lago, not very large so I recommend booking in advance, but even though they were full they managed to find us a place even without reservations. We took a platter of cold cuts which was good, a fondue with croutons which was very good and the torte al testo with finocchiona and cheese was also very good. The stew is also good, service carried out correctly and prices right
28/12/2024: Excellent food with generous portions, after seeing the portions of the starters I had to ask to cancel one of the first courses ordered because we would not have been able to eat it, in fact with 2 starters and 1 first course which we divided we were full and satisfied... friendly staff and prices correct.

01/11/2024: Accoglienza calda e genuina in questo tipico localino dove abbiamo mangiato divinamente, pici con guanciale di cinta, costine di cinta con patate al forno e tagliata di cinta che si scioglieva in bocca, vino Sagrantino perfetto in abbinamento. Vasta scelta di vini anche da acquistare e portare via ad un prezzo scontato del 15%. Complimenti ai gestori. Consigliatissimo!

30/12/2024: Sea fish requires little effort to be good, while freshwater fish, on the other hand, must be good and prepared very well. Here we are in the hands of professionals, those who know how to appreciate enjoy it.

02/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato per ben due volte in questo posto dove si sente l’amore che ci mette la signora Mira sia per la cura in tutto e per tutto è una superlativa cucina locale veramente eccezionale come tutto il personale di questo bellissimo posto!! 10 e lode
29/09/2024: Pizza pessima, personale scortese,per niente accogliente e e privo di professionalità. Ci siamo fermati a cena con amici per mangiare una pizza, che era biscottata . A questo si è accompagnata la scortesia delle cameriere, che a qualche domanda riguardo il tipo di farina usato ecc, sono apparse infastidite e poco educate. Sicuramente non ci rivedremo più, ma ricordate che il "savoir fare " è alla base della ristorazione,ed un sorriso in più cancellerebbe il sapore di un pizza andata male .

Nice setting with lake view, place found in an online guide. Clean bathrooms compliments. Negative note: three bathrooms, two without the donut that from a note of neglect and disservice towards customers. it's a shame. as they say, a good morning starts in the morning in this thing from the toilet
