24/08/2025: We were welcomed into a family atmosphere where we immediately felt at home! Thanks to Martina and her fantastic cakes and to Luca and Matteo for their kindness and hospitality, which made our holiday at Agriturismo Il Corbezzolo an incredible experience! The location is breathtaking, the rooms impeccably clean, and the splendid pool provided moments of pure relaxation. The dinners, prepared with all local products, were excellent! A dream place we will definitely return to ♥️

04/08/2025: A unique stay in a beautiful location. What a wonderful stay – absolutely everything it should be. Located in the green heart of Umbria, surrounded by peace and quiet and nature. The brothers Matteo and Luca are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, but the real surprise was the dinner: a freshly prepared four-course meal every evening, cooked with love. Value for money? More than fantastic. With a beautiful view and such a warm atmosphere, this is a truly unique find. We will definitely be back.

31/07/2025: Esaù, nella Bibbia, scambiò con Giacobbe la primogenitura con un piatto di lenticchie. Probabilmente era stato da Crescenzo e aveva mangiato la sua zuppa di lenticchie di Castelluccio di Norcia. Qui la scelta degli alimenti e la preparazione la fanno da padroni, anzi la chef Alessandra è la deus ex machina dietro a ogni piatto. Davanti però c’è lui, Crescenzo che della parola ha fatto un’arte e così come fa lo scrittore vi accoglie con una sua poesia, sul tavolo, e con la stessa intensità presenta le pietanze e il menù del giorno. Vi siete mai seduti ad un ristorante trovando, sicuramente qualcosa che in parte non andava? Non è il caso del Floyd. Certo è la mia personalissima sensazione, ma rarissimamente mi sono alzato da un ristorante soddisfatto di ogni pietanza. Si potrebbe pensare che il tutto sia compensato da costi elevati, ma no, un prezzo contenuto è un altro aspetto positivo. E poi il caffè, quello giusto… alla napoletana, ne vogliamo parlare? Giacobbe, veramente, non ha mai saputo cosa si è perso.

21/07/2025: Sono di passaggio in questo Paesino umbro! Dopo il check in, avvenuto alle 19 circa, ho lasciato in camera il tutto e mi sono rilassari un' oretta Mi è venuta fame, ovviamente era previsto che cenassi Ho fatto un giretto e mi sono fermato, premetto che sono vegetariano, in questo localino sul corso di Bevagna (PG) chiedendo se facessero piatti vegetariani La risposta super gentile, e soprattutto molto esaustivo, del titolare è stata positiva. Quindi mi seggo e noto una bellissima Poesia su un foglietto (scritta da loro), assolutamente una novità fantastica e originale Arriva il titolare ed inizia a decantare in modo molto poetico, oltre che esaustivo, tutto le proposte vegetariane Descriveva ne dettaglio i piatti oltre che ogni singolo prodotto (assolutamente di prima scelta) Arrivano i piatti e non manca il consiglio aggiuntivo per ognuno di essi La parte che più vi interessa, cioè la qualità di ogni piatto, ve la racconto ora Ogni piatto aveva una particolarità e la qualità di ogni prodotto e ingrediente era a dir poco eccelsa Ovviamente non manca la qualità eccelsa anche nel bere, dal vino alla birra, chiaramente descritta nel dettaglio dal titolare In conclusione non posso che consigliare in tutto questo locale, un ' esperienza unica in ambito culinario e culturale Complimenti Alessio

16/08/2025: I had dinner with my family at this restaurant, which my sister had been telling me about for years, having been there several times and always been satisfied. We began the evening by discovering that there were daily specials off the menu, so I decided to order one: an arancini stuffed with sausage and truffle on a pecorino cream. It's not a bad idea to offer an Umbrian version of an arancini, a standard dish (the cheese base was especially good). The other appetizers we ordered (one with prosciutto and finocchiona, the other with fried polenta) were also good. After the appetizers, perhaps due to the fact that the place was busy, we waited a bit for the main course, but that can happen, no big deal. I had ordered the pork terrine with caramelized onions and cardoncelli mushrooms. Since nothing else was specified, I expected the terrine and vegetables, but to my surprise, I didn't find any caramelized onions either on the terrine or in the meat. When asked specifically, the waiter stated that the onion was in the bowl. I politely reiterated this when he came to clear our plates, but got no response or further explanation. The funny thing, however, happened later: another waitress came to bring us the dessert menus and abruptly placed the ones for me and the person sitting next to me in front of me, visibly irritated. Shocked by this, we passed by and checked the desserts; we wanted to order something, but we gave up due to the wait, which in my opinion was unjustified, since at that point in the dinner the place was almost empty. Nothing else was asked of us, we paid (a fair amount) and left. What can I say? I'm sorry for how the evening went and for the treatment I received, with a question asked politely but seen as something profane that should be avoided, which revealed unprofessional behavior. Strange, because in 2025, I thought it was normal to receive a question from a customer and give an answer, especially if the question was repeated. In summary: nice location (village), "ok" food and prices, so-so service. I'm glad the place is doing so well, but I wouldn't go back.

21/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant a little outside of town and found it: Le Delizie del Borgo, located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good vino bianco from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dolce with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce and two coffees! The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The value for money was very good!

12/07/2025: Locale dall'ambientazione semplice, offre possibilità di parcheggio nella strada di accesso alla struttura. Personale gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere le richieste del cliente. Ottime le lumache, la pasta al tartufo, la tagliata al rosmarino, le erbette ripassate e i tranci di pizza serviti come antipasto. Insomma un ristorante senza grandi pretese, adatto a condividere del buon cibo con amici o in coppia.

17/08/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant in Bevagna, Umbrian but not only because the chef is Sicilian and makes delicious cannoli.

17/08/2025: We had lunch at the Delle Mura restaurant on the 15th of August, a scorching hot day. They had reserved an outdoor table for us, setting up two small, miserable fans that were supposed to "cool" all the tables... laughable, not to cry. Upon our request, they allowed us to move inside, where the situation improved only slightly, to a very small room with the only door open and no air conditioning. The food was barely adequate, and the service was absolutely unwelcoming, rude, and rushed. The icing on the cake was that one of the coffees tasted of soap; a piece of detergent had stuck to the inside of the cup. We politely pointed this out, and, kindly, they brought us another coffee, still with a stubborn attitude. Perhaps an apology would have been in order, as well as good manners. We do not recommend it. It's a shame, because the square is very charming and truly worth a visit.

03/08/2025: The owners are extravagant and the kitchen is fine for a quick lunch, I wouldn't mind...many things need to be reviewed, but for a quick lunch with friends it's fine.

12/08/2025: We arrived somewhat by chance and were greeted by two very friendly and helpful people. The food was truly excellent, with great attention to our food intolerances, and it wasn't expensive. We had baked zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, scamorza fritters with tomato sauce, baked pork belly with green beans and mozzarella on a baked vegetable salad with basil sauce. Honestly, it's hard to decide which dish was the best, because they were all excellent. We ate outside, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. A truly excellent experience, in every way. Thank you.

26/07/2025: We stopped at this little restaurant by chance for dinner and were pleasantly surprised because the food was truly delicious and the owner was incredibly friendly. We had the pleasure of chatting with him, and he explained that all his products are seasonal and fresh. Thank you for the wonderful dinner!

07/08/2025: We chose to stop for lunch here because of the outdoor courtyard and the good reviews...and we were more than satisfied. We ate typical local cuisine, trying different dishes, and while not all of them were amazing, we really enjoyed some. The waitresses even brought us games and crayons to keep the kids entertained.

24/08/2025: Quick pizza?! Apparently not! We arrived at 8:00 PM and ate our two Margherita pizzas at 9:30 PM! Despite our urging, no one bothered to say anything. The best part? People who arrived after us were already paying the bill!

13/07/2025: The carbonara and amatriciana are exceptional, but everything on the menu is equally impressive! The meat and truffle dishes are very good. Friendly service, fair prices. The place is simple but welcoming, with several tables and beautiful paintings by a well-known local artist on the walls. We recommend stopping by.
