21/12/2025: Very convenient hotel near the highway exit, clean and welcoming. The owners were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes. The lady in charge of breakfast was super kind and friendly. Orvieto was simply fantastic. Thank you, and see you next time!

02/09/2025: It's a small, historic bar in Perugia. Connected and growing with the Lombardo Radice Elementary School across the street, the bar, after a few owners, has now been run for 20 years, perhaps longer, by Branko, a bartender from the Perugia city center who then decided to start his own business.
Simple but pleasant breakfasts, a park (Sant'Anna) available to customers, and quick aperitifs because it closes at 8:00 PM.
It deserves 5 stars for its resilience; despite the school being closed for renovations for two years, it has continued to work diligently, becoming a popular spot. A landmark for the neighborhood, which continues to frequent Branko's "mini" bar, especially until lunchtime.
