02/05/2024: I reserved a table for my father's 60th birthday and it was absolutely spectacular. One of the best meals we've ever had! Service was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!

23/05/2024: Visitato a pranzo domenica 20 maggio. A due passi dal Lago, l’Osteria è un gioiellino a Molveno. Cucina ottima, personale cortese e efficiente, proprietario gentile, ambiente accogliente e prezzi onesti.  Ci sono stato per la prima volta e non potevo aspettarmi di meglio. Consiglio di prenotare; era bassa stagione ed era pieno.  

14/05/2024: Molto carina questa osteria nel quasi centro di Molveno, soprattutto all'interno. Io ho assaggiato le costolette di agnello con patate, la mia compagna capriolo con polenta, entrambi davvero buoni e cucinati a dovere. Conto onesto e altrettanto onesto il proprietario che ci ha fatto un piccolo sconticino in quanto con il piatto di capriolo e polenta ci dovevano essere anche i funghi ma noi li abbiamo fatti togliere. Ve lo consiglio!

20/05/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to the Palù farm. We hadn't been there for a while, but luckily the quality is still the same. Excellent cuisine that offers dishes linked to the territory, but with a modern interpretation, prepared with first choice ingredients. The atmosphere you breathe is always very welcoming and the service is accurate; the staff very kind.

My (subjective) impression of the restaurant and clientele: A delightful surprise to discover an upscale restaurant nestled deep within the village. While it leans more towards elegance than casual, I still felt at ease. Was the food delicious? Without a doubt, the pasta with rich Bolognese sauce was exquisite, and the Tagliata was grilled to perfection. Service style? Friendly, English-speaking, attentive, and professional. Top-notch. Price-performance ratio? Very reasonable; I settled the bill at €42 for primi platti, secondi, a beer, and coffee. Atmosphere? Tending towards elegance rather than casual. Not the typical spot for friends celebrating their latest hike, but perfect for a romantic evening or relaxed lunch with your partner. What did I particularly enjoy? The hearty pasta, typical of Trentino, was outstanding, as was the warmth of the service staff. You're greeted with genuine smiles. Would I visit again? Absolutely. Comments: Maintain the current setup; it's delightful as it is. ...and please add non-alcoholic beer to.the beverage menu. 🙂
