24/08/2024: Luserna è un paesino molto caratteristico posto s 1400m di altitudine. Vale la pna di arrivare fino a quassù anche se la strada è molto tortuosa ed in alcuni punti davvero molto stretta, è richiesta una ottima dose di esperienza di guida. Il ristorante dispone di una bellissima veranda con vista sulla valle. Tanto il personale in sala che garantisce un servizio rapido e puntuale. ottimi i salumi. Conto leggermente superiore alle mie aspettative, circa 40€ per una portata + tagliere condiviso, due calici di vino, acqua e caffè.

23/08/2024: Dopo qualche anno ritorno in questo posto sperduto nei boschi del Trentino. Come sempre esco entusiasta chiedendomi quanta passione serva per creare una cucina così legata al territorio ma moderna e ai livelli degli stellati che ho avuto la fortuna di provare. Non è facile essere così fuori dalle rotte turistiche ed avere il coraggio di proporre piatti così sinceri. Anche io sono bravo a cucinare ostriche, mazzancolle o ricci di mare. Provate con coregone e trota salmonata.... Per non parlare della guancia di cervo o dell"omaggio alle api" uno dei dolci più emozionanti che io abbia mai mangiato. Avanti così!

04/09/2024: SUPER lunch!!! I have been to the Caminetto several times and I have ALWAYS found kindness, cleanliness and... abundant and excellent quality typical Trentino dishes, cooked with the heart of those who love their work. Friendly, helpful and very nice owner. Absolutely worth trying, as far as I'm concerned, as soon as possible, I will definitely return again. 04/09/24 I have returned to Caminetto several times and it has NEVER happened that I left this restaurant NOT happy with what I ate!!! In addition to the Trentino dishes, I recommend the spatzle, the squash and the delicious CAKES made by the owner FRANCESCA. Well done everyone as always.

02/09/2024: I ate divinely. Certainly the best dishes consumed between Val di Sole and Val di Rabbi, including famous mountain huts. The passion and use of quality ingredients as the basis for the dishes are evident. Note of merit for the homemade bread. Mandatory destination.

30/07/2024: During our vacation in this area, we had dinner at the restaurant. I don't even know where to start. We liked absolutely everything. The restaurant's design is perfect for a wonderful dinner with friends. Everything was delicious, beautifully served and the service was 100%! We liked it so much that the next day we came back for dinner again! I highly recommend visiting the restaurant! Alex

22/08/2024: Back to the Vecchia mill, for a super lunch.. The environment is small but well-kept, the atmosphere intimate and welcoming. The cuisine uses excellent ingredients and enhances them in simple but refined dishes. The service is very attentive, present, never intrusive. For us it is confirmed as a place of the heart

15/08/2024: Minimal welcome from the owner, we only found 2 waitresses who were smiling and helpful...good food, good environment, room with soft light, it felt like we were grounded, my three year old son asked us if we should go to sleep!!!😂

13/08/2024: I went to this restaurant yesterday and what can I say other than quality surrounded by nature, we ate on the veranda with a very beautiful view! Typical foods we took a trio of dumplings and game tagliatelle and to conclude their wonderful strudel which is in my top 3!!! I recommend it, the value for money is excellent!!! The road to get there is a bit narrow but it's not even 5 minutes from Predazzo! I'll be back

11/08/2024: It was recommended to me by friends.... we had a great time. Very welcoming place, fast and attentive service to the various requests (refill water, bread, wine) at the various tables. High quality food, well served and in abundance. Excellent quality/price ratio. Pb: 1) it is very difficult to find a place. You need to book well in advance. 2) little space for car parking. .... but we will be back as soon as possible!!!

13/08/2024: Quality products and traditional dishes form a combination that makes this tavern unique in all of Molveno. You will find a trained and smiling staff, in a very suggestive location. I recommend the cured meat platter in the photo!

17/08/2024: we couldn't give our best because the service was too slow... although we didn't have any particular urgencies but the dishes arrived too far from each other. Nothing to say about the food was excellent

13/08/2024: Small restaurant with a wide choice between lake and mountain. The first courses are truly excellent, but I cannot give 5 stars for two reasons: the venison steak, overcooked, and the side dishes (potatoes and kohlrabi) very bland. The strangolapreti and the mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses are excellent. Very professional but also friendly service.

18/08/2024: Place in the centre, clearly visible, with a pleasant but sheltered outdoor area. Crowded (you eat reasonably well and you pay the right amount). Very fast and friendly service. Well assorted menu. Abundant dishes to divide between 2. We order 2 half portions of first course (they are 2 normal, almost abundant dishes); 1 second which we will divide in two (to be filled); 1/2 liter of local red (excellent). Bread/water. €42 00. Satisfied. Advised.

30/07/2024: The outside appearance doesn't do justice to what it's like on the inside. A truly nice and elegant place where you can find many traditional Trentino dishes. We tasted the Potato Tortel (crispy and delicious) served with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Afterwards we tried the "Grilled" meat which was really plentiful and tasty. Excellent service and friendly, polite waiters. Really a good place to go for dinner with family and friends. An experience that I recommend doing if you want to try typical local products!

21/08/2024: Nice and refined environment. Great wine list and excellent food. Don't miss dumplings and tartare (wide choice). Friendly and professional staff. Better to park near the Mart (museum) and continue on foot for a few minutes. Recommended food and wine experience!
