01/02/2026: The cable car was only sporadically operating in emergency mode for over two hours due to a technical defect. These things happen. The problem is, we weren't offered a refund or any other solution. €48 for an hour of tobogganing is simply outrageous.

06/01/2026: The funicular takes you up Mount Resciesa for an easy and beautiful hike, both in summer and winter (the trail is easy, but ice can easily be encountered, so crampons are recommended). The view is splendid, including Sasso Lungo and Sasso Piatto, Sella, and more.

06/01/2026: Welcoming place and very friendly staff. As soon as we arrived, they brought paper and pencils for the two children in our group to color in. The food was excellent. The dumplings with gorgonzola and walnuts were the best I've ever eaten. The goulash with polenta was authentic and not too spicy. The price was right. I highly recommend this restaurant.

31/12/2025: Excellent downtown location, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. The maltagliati with venison ragù were excellent. The lamb ribs were expensive for the small portion they served.

30/01/2026: The food was very good! We ordered multiple dishes and all were amazing. The soups and main courses were both very good. The restaurant looks beautiful from the outside, but getting there is a bit hard, especially if you do not come from town. The restaurant is also a bit understaffed, so we had to wait a bit before we could order, but the food itself arrived quickly.

11/01/2026: Positive: great ribs, very nice steak tartare, great choice of wines. Negative: mixes salad is very poor, octopus salad very dry. Service is dissapointing, younger staff doesnt seem to try to leave a good impression, very easily agitated and rude in response. I would suggest some work on the hospitality part of the restaurant, since everything else is up to standards.

30/01/2026: This is where the locals eat. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like it was made at home. The broth with dumplings was excellent, and the truffle ice cream was delicious.

18/01/2026: The cafe is cosy, staff was attentive and kind but unfortunately the soups we ordered were disappointing- very watered down and were not satisfying at all (additionally the carrots in the carrot soup had the classic frozen texture). I wish we ordered the Kaiserschmarrn instead

30/12/2025: My boyfriend and I spent four days at Resciesa Chalet. This chalet has been in the family for four generations. We received a warm and friendly welcome. The chalet was heated and very clean! The view is stunning! From the chalet, you have a beautiful view of the Dolomites. It was special to see this every morning. The owner is very friendly and takes all dietary and other preferences into account, and is very helpful in planning a fun day out. We had a wonderful time, thanks in part to the openness of the staff and the owner!

14/09/2025: A great hotel recommended to us by locals. We were traveling with our motorcycles and were able to park them safely in the underground garage. The owners speak German and were very friendly and personable. The rooms are in excellent condition and very comfortably furnished. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Even though we arrived late, we still got a delicious dinner. The breakfast was very good.

11/09/2025: Had a great stay here. Would recommend to future travelers. Everything about our stay was very good. 4.5 stars across the board - cleanliness / condition of the hotel and facilities, comfort of the bed, breakfast and dinner foods, service. I’m rating Stua Catores 5 stars, though, because of the value. For what you pay I think you get outstanding value / quality. Strong recommendation to any future travelers reading this review. You won’t regret it.

19/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte al caffè e ristorante "Val d'Anna", che si è confermato un'oasi di pace e... golosità, per le proposte culinarie. Ottimamente attrezzato anche per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e piccolissimi con giochi e fasciatoio a portata di mano, questo punto di ristoro mette gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti chaise-longue, lettini e ombrelloni che sono posizionati in una grande area verde, anche sulla sponda del fiume che scorre lì vicino. Servizio sempre gentile e cortese, il che non guasta certo. È facilmente e piacevolmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una breve passeggiata lungo un cammino pure attrezzato a dovere, a iniziare dal piacevole percorso Kneipp e comprendente pure una grande area dedicata ai giochi per i bambini. Che dire d'altro? Che lì al "Val d'Anna" si sta proprio bene e pure ci si può rilassare e ristorare con soddisfazione per tutti i sensi.

15/07/2025: Este es un buen lugar para tomar una copa o una comida. Está al final de un sendero que comienza cerca del Teleférico Seceda en Ortisei y corre junto a un río. Es un paseo fácil. También se puede llegar en coche y, en invierno, en esquís. Hay un montón de mesas exteriores y asientos y el servicio fue amable y eficiente.
