13/07/2026: Excellent cuisine, but serious shortcomings in customer service. The restaurant boasts a splendid location and high-quality dishes. Unfortunately, the experience was repeatedly compromised by the lack of professionalism of the staff, particularly the management. We encountered aloof service and a widespread attitude of condescension, with an even more evident bias towards Italian customers. Friendliness and respect should be guaranteed to everyone, especially in a mountain refuge.

12/07/2026: I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Jimmi Hütte. We were greeted by the rudest hostess I have ever encountered. I completely understand that the restaurant was busy and there was a queue, that’s to be expected at such a popular place. However, being busy is never an excuse for speaking to guests in a rude and dismissive manner. Both my husband and I were genuinely shocked by the way we were treated. We felt so unwelcome that we decided to leave before even being seated. The view is, of course, breathtaking, but that’s true for many places in the Dolomites. There are plenty of other restaurants with equally stunning scenery where you’re greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. For us, great hospitality starts the moment you walk through the door. Unfortunately, Jimmi Hütte failed to deliver that, and we won’t be returning.

20/03/2026: Here's a well-written review: ⸻ Last night we ate pizza at the Palaghiaccio di Corvara in Corvara, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is completely informal, perhaps even a little rustic, but precisely because of this, it's welcoming and relaxed, without too many pretensions. The service was quick and efficient, ideal if you want something good to eat without a long wait. The real added value, however, is the view of the ice rink: last night there was a hockey game, and being able to eat while watching the game made the atmosphere truly fun and different from usual. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. We'll definitely be back! Marta served us, very kind and helpful.

13/06/2026: We arrived to restaurant, we asked waiter for the table and after 15 minutes we were still for the waiter to order. No one’s come even if they see us. The staff has really unpleasant approach.!!!

15/03/2026: Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. The place was full of drunk patrons who caused a lot of noise and chaos. We pointed this out to the bouncer, but he didn't intervene, probably because they were his friends. Very disappointing.

19/02/2026: I only went to have dinner which was really good. There were many people so they took long to give us food. The location was really beautiful. The rooms were all colourful which I loved.

12/02/2026: FOR RESTAURANT The place is very cute and the food was genuinely good. However, the service unfortunately didn’t match the quality of the dishes. When I called earlier, I was told there was no availability and no walk-ins accepted, yet when we arrived, they were eventually able to accommodate us. Throughout the meal, we had to wait quite a long time for attention, most of the staff were not very welcoming, and it took a long time to pay the bill. Even when we said goodbye while leaving, no one responded. Overall, lovely atmosphere and good food, but perhaps I was expecting a bit more from the service.

31/03/2026: Horrible experience, the bouncers were truly arrogant, rude, and lazy. They let all their friends and others through, leaving those who had queued properly outside. People are left standing outside, unsure if they'll actually get in, ignored by everyone and left in the cold.

They let friends and acquaintances through without any criteria, while those who wait properly are ignored as if they don't exist. Non-existent organization: people left out in the cold without the slightest information, treated superficially and with zero respect. This is shameful and unacceptable behavior for any establishment that claims to be reputable.

18/04/2026: A magnificent setting at the foot of the Sassongher, a highly professional staff, and an atmosphere that made Live Sketching even more special. M & J's wedding in September 2025 was one of those events where everything ran perfectly. An experience I highly recommend!

27/02/2026: A wonderful experience at Hotel La Perla! The restaurant is elegant, the food is top-notch, the bar is cozy, and the service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

03/04/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach. In his place, I'd keep quiet, especially since there's no page where you can write a review exclusively for the restaurant.

As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped by the scent of antique wood and the warmth of the fireplace. The decor is meticulously crafted: a rustic yet elegant style that makes you feel instantly at home, far from the hustle and bustle but immersed in Alpine beauty. What elevates the experience is undoubtedly the service. Rarely have you found such attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet staff. Each dish is explained with passion, and the cooking process is perfectly timed, ensuring a smooth and relaxing evening. It's not just professionalism, it's true, heartfelt hospitality. The flavors are traditional Ladin. Excellent ingredients and a wine list that pays homage to the region. A perfect place, I highly recommend it!
