02/04/2024: Typical Italian restaurant. We had brushetta, pizza, pasta, and risotto. And everything was of great quality and taste. The staff are very friendly. I recommend it when you're in the area.
27/03/2024: When I go on holiday to Corvara for years now Fornella has always been the fixed stop for every dinner for me and my family! The staff is always very friendly, the service is very fast and the food is of excellent quality! Gluten-free pizza is very good and it's not always a given to find gluten-free options!

02/04/2024: Really rude waitress, on a day when there was very little turnout. He rudely made me take away the can of Red bull I had with me. I understand the need to not accumulate rubbish to take down. But Gentile and a bit of pragmatism would be the basis for an activity in contact with people

06/04/2024: Very nicely located hut with a great view. The service is quick and friendly, and the dishes are also very good. We particularly liked the Kaiserschmarren - although when it's very busy, it's only available outside of lunchtime. But you shouldn't miss it!

04/04/2024: The advantage of the restaurant is a beautiful view and attractive surroundings. It's convenient to stop by here while driving around Sellaronda. Good pizza. Inside, there is an attractive interior and a viewing terrace nearby. Good place for skiers.
23/03/2024: Very well designed in a fabulous location but personally I find it a little over the top in the pomp. But if you like it, that's great. It's a shame that I don't find the quality of the food up to par with the ultra-modern setting while the price definitely mimics that of a delux hotel in the Emirates! But since it's often full, I'm the one who's wrong.

16/02/2024: At the restaurant the blonde waitress denied us the possibility of replacing a dish ordered 1 minute before with the reply "I've now sent the order, I should go to the kitchen to change it... and... TOO MUCH EFFORT".
Absurd. This has never happened to me in 40 years of restaurants around the world. INCONCEIVABLE.

22/03/2024: The lasagne was heavy on my stomach, a bit too “mushy”.
The apple juice spritzer, 0.2l for €4, is a bit steep.
The best thing was the view and the friendly service.

29/03/2024: The first evening I ordered a second course, and unfortunately only for that evening they served it to me cold and raw, they immediately apologized and after 10 minutes I was able to enjoy my order, the bill was very welcome and the cancellation of the wrong second course was also appreciated .
It's the second evening I've gone with my family.
Really nice place, well-proportioned spaces between the tables, warm staff from the entrance to the end of the meal, friendly, kind. The food is excellent and the cost is fair for what you eat.
The bathrooms are always clean and fragrant and superbly presented.
Finally, the DOC dessert is the APPLE STRUDEL, warm, soft and tasty
I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful evening

The food was really good, and what I loved most was the chocolate mousse (I think it had some liqueur in it) which was super creamy and tasty. Staff was very nice and service was fast.

25/03/2024: Stopped here for very late lunch 1535 hrs returning to Corvara from Marmolada, but via off piste routes. Key was to be somewhere where no lifts were necessary for our return.
Kitchen was closed but the owner most kindly offered us sandwiches, he’s mates with my awesome alpine guide Maria P. The bread looked huge but did it just melt in my mouth, so soft, so tasty, so fresh, and the prosciutto was to die for! How do they get everything to taste so good and fresh up on a mountain!
The views outside were lovely! Must visit. Straight ski down to Corvara !

21/02/2024: Non sono solito recensire le strutture dove soggiorno(faccio ammenda)ma questa mi ha lasciato un sapore speciale.
Vengo ogni anno a sciare in alta badia ma ahimè non ci ero mai stato
posto, cibo e carta dei vini come il personale sono stati impeccabili (un ringraziamento speciale a viktor) che ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste.
Unica nota che vorrei segnalare alla gestione è il fatto che non si evince da nessuna parte che si può dormire ...io ci sono incappato in maniera fortuita
Dormire qui rispecchia in pieno il tipo di soggiorno che amo fare
Ci tornerò!
02/02/2024: Cena giovedì sera , con bellissima esperienza con il gatto delle nevi compreso nel prezzo della cena . Il locale è meraviglioso per non parlare della vista e dell’accoglienza di tutto lo staff che coccolano nel vero senso della parola i clienti . Un benvenuto con del vin brulè mentre per la bambina il succo alla mela caldo, il menù aveva varie portate tutto super delizioso 😊….. ci siamo trovati benissimo , come ultima serata di vacanze sulla neve è stata la ciliegina sulla torta !
