15/04/2026: Overall, the experience was more than positive. Despite a few small areas for improvement, the relaxation area and pools make it a must-have for a 5-star review. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and had a comfortable bed for the third person in the room. Due to my last-minute booking, I had to accept (previously agreed upon) a room change for the last night, but the staff was willing to move all our belongings from one room to another. The staff, in fact, was another plus, given how cheerful and kind everyone was, including the guys who took us on the shuttles to the Riscone ski lifts. The shuttle service to the ski lifts must be booked the night before or the same morning to check availability, but it's very convenient and efficient. The real plus of the facility is the pool and sauna area, truly a paradise that people could come to even without skiing all the way to the top of Alto Adige. But moving on to the criticisms: the first concerns the cuisine, which leaves a lasting impression, but I found it overly Italian and Mediterranean, losing a bit of its South Tyrolean roots. The second, however, I found a slight lapse in style: the 3/4 board option offers a fairly generous snack menu, but doesn't offer anything to drink unless you pay for it. I can accept this for soft drinks like sodas or alcoholic beverages, but not for water, especially since a carafe of still tap water would suffice. Overall, however, I highly recommend it.
