24/01/2025: We stayed and spent the end of year holidays in Ortisei. We opted for this place simply by reading the excellent reviews and I must say that we did "well". We ordered takeaway pizzas. Quick service and very friendly staff. Really large and delicious pizzas. Truly recommended.

25/01/2025: Fantastic hotel on the Seiser Alm We stayed at the Hotel Saltria for the fourth time as a group in January and had the renovated Suite New Stria as an upgrade. Very high quality furnished with natural wood, with a balcony and great views of the mountains. Great location for skiing, just a few meters to the lift. The room cleaning was perfect. The half board was varied and all with a very friendly and courteous staff. Also worth mentioning is the wellness area with massage treatments. We'll definitely be back.

11/02/2025: First of all: unfortunately you can't write two reviews about the same hotel, so here's a new one: I'm currently spending my last evening at the Hotel Santner. I wouldn't have expected it but there was an increase compared to the previous year. The “little haha”, (the room is a great size) double room was recently renovated in a very stylish manner with attention to detail. It has charm and still exudes coziness. The balcony offered a fantastic view in the morning and evening. The location of the hotel is a dream for skiers and hiking enthusiasts. Now to what makes the hotel special for me. The staff and the hosts, I would like to highlight the reception. Super understanding of problems big and small. No matter who you talk to... the room staff... the friendly drivers, the waiters or the family... there was never the feeling that you were being disturbed. People really live here so that their guests should be satisfied. The food leaves nothing to be desired and my special requests (a lot of side dishes were canceled) were also implemented. You don't like something? No problem, we'll do something different. There's nothing left for me to say other than thank you for the lovely, relaxing time.

02/02/2025: We were there 2 weeks ago and love it! From the warm welcome to the excellent service and the fantastic food, we give it full marks. Thanks to Andrea and Maurizio and the boss, but also to Marek and the Gabloner family. We felt extremely comfortable. Great rooms, very tastefully decorated, very nice wellness area with an unbeatable pool. The food left nothing to be desired, first-class products and a great selection both at breakfast and in the evening menu, as well as great wines and good advice from the sommelier. Everything is just right with you! We'll definitely see each other again.

29/12/2024: Do not hesitate and book this place immediately! I could write a very long review about our experience with Schgaguler Hotel, but I’ll try to keep it short. Everything was AMAZING. Food, design, coffee, cocktails, music, facilities and most importantly SERVICE! Everyone is incredible. However, I do want to give a special shout out to Peters (both Peter from the bar and Peter at the reception desk / service), Simon, Sandra and the room service team. You guys have made our stay as smooth as possible and we will miss your attention to details a lot. Truthfully. Thank you for everything. We will always recommend your incredible hotel to everyone we know.

24/12/2024: We stayed here twice and both times is was a phenomenal experience, so we’ll be back again for sure and highly recommend this hotel. We love the elegant and modern design, the cozy bar and the large spa area with pool and excellent treatments. The restaurant is superb (and even preparing a daily changing gluten-free menu!) and the sommelier Sandra is just awesome so we always had a local wine perfectly matching the food and our taste. Generally it’s the staff that makes the difference: really everyone is going above and beyond. We felt so unbelievably welcome for every second of our stays and really look forward to our next one.

07/02/2025: Very nice cellar, cool service. I had a grilled plate with a sausage that was definitely overcooked, which was a shame because the rest was very tasty. Overall not worth €34.

06/02/2025: Is it one of those places where you want to eat typical food? Meat? Fish? Pizza? Everything good and of good quality. A place I love to return to every year (and for at least a couple of decades now)
