20/02/2026: A truly fantastic pizzeria with a clear and concise menu. They mainly offer pizza and a few salads, and you can immediately tell that the focus is deliberately on the pizzas. And I think you can taste it! The quality was excellent and the staff friendly. I would definitely come back.

16/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Thank you for the wonderful time at your hotel and the amazing memories we'll take home with us ❤️

15/03/2026: Our host Sophia and her family gave us a warm welcome; they were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The spa area, pool, and rooms were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and prepared with great care! Overall, our stay was a highlight and simply wonderful!

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

Always high-quality products thanks to chef Gerardo Spinelli's selection of ingredients, a very extensive wine list, and knowledgeable and professional staff. We thank waiters Luca and Jennifer for their attentive service to every table. What can I say.... Highly recommended, and everyone was great!

13/03/2026: Old-fashioned but good-quality food, okay service, but… a liter of house wine for 30 euros and an additional half liter for 24 is crazy. It's our fault for not checking the price, but we've never paid for bulk wine like Moët-Chandon. Never again.

05/02/2026: We ate here three times during our week-long vacation. All the dishes were excellent (tagliata, pasta with venison ragout, spare ribs, etc.). The service was very attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated the chef's flexibility regarding specially prepared vegan dishes. The "ravioli with celery and mushroom filling" was also a big hit with the non-vegans.

05/02/2026: Delicious food. Finger-licking ribs, delicious lasagna, authentic Italian style, and excellent pizza. The house wine was excellent. Great service, great atmosphere. Luckily, they don't charge extra. I highly recommend it, and we're going again today.

10/03/2026: Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!

28/02/2026: Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!

Vives impresses with its rustic, wood-dominated interior, creating a cozy yet inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's cuisine brings modern touches to the plate. The focus is clearly on the flavor of each individual ingredient – ​​no frills, no unnecessary distractions. Instead, high-quality ingredients and precise craftsmanship take center stage. The spaghetti is cooked perfectly al dente, supported by a wonderfully intense shellfish essence that brings out the flavor beautifully, with elegant clarity. The venison saddle is tender and aromatic. The meal concludes with a chocolate dream that perfectly captures the essence of the day's skiing and the surrounding mountain scenery. The service is equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and courteous. You immediately sense that a well-coordinated team works together here – both in the front of house and in the kitchen. The personal conversation with the chef was particularly enjoyable. He boasts an impressive resume, having learned and developed his style in outstanding kitchens. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates excellent craftsmanship and authentic flavor. Even a trip from the surrounding area is definitely worthwhile.

04/03/2026: This is my second time dining at this restaurant. It's a traditional setting, respecting seasonal produce and showcasing local produce. The dishes are harmonious and meticulously crafted, bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, allowing you to try other dishes without feeling overwhelmed. The staff are professional and very friendly. Renis, with her smile, told us the story of the wine we ordered. She's incredibly knowledgeable, as was the other woman who served us. What I appreciated most about this experience was that Chef Daniele came over to ask us how we enjoyed our dinner and chatted with us. We really appreciated it, something you only see in Michelin-starred restaurants these days. We'll definitely be back and will definitely recommend it to others.

08/12/2025: Magical place! We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant, but once we arrived, what a surprise! An old mill, with just a few tables spread across three levels, a dreamy atmosphere, and excellent food. They offer two 4- or 5-course menus, which can be mixed and matched with wines if desired. The only downside: they offered us an aperitif to start, but the menu wasn't clear on the price or whether it was included in the menu, and the waiter didn't specify. We actually paid €45 for a half bottle of Bellavisra Prosecco. We had a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend it.
