30/05/2025: Restaurant Review (visited in 2023) Very unpleasant and unfriendly waiters who, in my opinion, weren't up to the task. Particularly unpleasant: a waitress chewing gum with her mouth open – an absolute no-go and unprofessional. The water on the table looked more like refilled leftover water, and the bottles were dirty. Whether we paid for the water or not is unclear, but something like that is simply unappetizing. The wait for the food was long. The decor seemed cheap, partly dirty, and broken – not a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza itself was okay, but very small and poorly topped, as you can see from the photos. Conclusion: Poor service, poor hygiene, long wait times, and unsatisfactory quality – not recommended.

09/11/2025: Today we organized a birthday party at the McDonald's in the Bolzano Mall, and the experience was truly excellent. We received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived, and all the staff were helpful, attentive, and very kind to the children. The party spaces were clean, well-organized, and perfect for entertaining the little ones in complete safety. The team handled every detail with professionalism, ensuring a peaceful and festive atmosphere. The service was also prompt and impeccable: the orders arrived on time and were all exactly as requested. The children had a blast, and we adults felt supported at every step. It was a pleasant, stress-free experience that I definitely recommend. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the McDonald's Mall Bolzano for making this day special.

15/10/2025: Very often, the best coupons from the McDonald's app aren't accepted at this branch. It's a disgrace! Plus, a Big Tasty costs €9 in South Tyrol and only €6.90 in Trento! What's the point?

25/08/2025: I had extremely positive memories of this ice cream parlor from my numerous visits to Bolzano over the years, but today's visit was disappointing. Has the owner or ice cream maker changed? Not good Italian ice cream, the taste is artificial: the banana ice cream tastes like Müllermilch banana, and the Fior latte is very sweet. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. I wouldn't recommend it!

07/08/2025: Disappointing visit despite promising location The tables outside were unkempt and visibly dirty – a shame, because the restaurant's location would actually be ideal. The waitress didn't even acknowledge us at first, and it felt like an eternity before our order was taken. We weren't offered an ice cream menu, and since we'd apparently been forgotten, we jokingly asked if the ice cream had to be freshly made and the fruit picked. At least the sundae finally arrived – and it tasted good and was fairly priced. When paying inside, we had to wait again because the two waitresses preferred to have a lively conversation with a gentleman. The waiter had to ask them twice to hand over the card reader. Given the small number of guests, I seriously wonder how this restaurant can survive. In Bolzano, negligence is rarely tolerated for long. Visita deludente nonostante la posizione prometettente I always have an erano trascurati and visible sporchi – a vero peccato, perché the position of the locale sarebbe davvero ideal. The initial personal note does not have to be notated, but it is always interminable and is already in place. Not this is the current offer of a menu of gelati, and you can see that these two dimensions are different, but you can also prepare the gelato and cut the fruit. The problem is the rudeness of the current staff (there used to be a very kind, always smiling girl), who yells at the bill because you can't substitute two vegetables in the poke. Perhaps a polite explanation before putting it together would be much more professional. I'm a regular customer, but faced with such rudeness, I won't be returning; I'm sorry.

10/09/2025: Please stop offering Too Good To Go products in this way. Perhaps it's not clear that this isn't about selling off products that are now inedible, but about offering foods that, while still good, should be thrown away simply because they're unsold at the end of the day. I found myself with a dry, hard brioche with no filling, as well as two leavened products with cream (one chocolate and one green, I presume pistachio). Unfortunately, the creams were very sour, and I had to throw them all away. A word of advice: don't gamble with consumer trust or, more importantly, their health. Deteriorated creams and fillings can cause serious gastrointestinal problems.

22/10/2025: Zero stars, we were rudely asked to leave the table because we didn't want lunch. As for the food, based on our many years of experience with the bar, we can only agree with the 1-star review. At least the drinks are top-notch.

13/10/2025: They only greet you with a smile if you speak "German"... During our visit to this bar, my boyfriend and I ordered a coffee and a sparkling water, asking to consume it at the counter. However, we were rudely told that this wasn't possible and that we would have to sit outside. After drinking our coffee, I asked to use the restroom. The lady at the cash register gave me the keys but informed me that I would have to pay in cash because the card machine wasn't working. Having no cash, I tried to explain the situation, but the owner intervened rudely, snatching the keys from me and stating that if I didn't pay, I wouldn't be able to use the restroom. I reiterated that I had the money and that, in 2025, it would be appropriate to also allow payment by debit card and, above all, to be polite to customers. In the end, I was told that if I didn't pay, I would have to go to the public restrooms in the square. So after picking up my order, I paid, WITHOUT receiving a RECEIPT, and then I was able to use the bathroom, which was also dirty. In conclusion, I think it's essential to respect the rules and ensure customers can pay by debit card, especially in a city like Bolzano. Change jobs...
