17/07/2026: Wonderful place, great waitress, and great atmosphere. I happened to be passing by, there was live music right across the street, a great vibe, and a lovely terrace for a beer. Cuba Libre!!!

03/03/2026: Very bad! The order board didn't work and the staff just shouted the order numbers in German so if you don't know German you're in trouble. The food was classic McDonald's. But the toilet code couldn't be found at all because it said that there was a code on the receipt which we found and when we wrote it down it didn't work. And the atmosphere? Bad! Schoolchildren alone who are noisier than 2 stadiums.

22/02/2026: All burger packages are additionally sealed, which is a nice touch, although I liked the Filet-O-Fish Deluxe less than the standard version 🍔 The Tasty Basket set turned out to be really tasty, especially the spicy chicken wings 🍗 Good coffee: cappuccino and espresso macchiato ☕️ Delicious McPops pastries 😋 It's a shame that the top floor of the establishment was closed to visitors, I think there should be a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains from there 👀

26/07/2026: We're not there yet. We've stopped here many times on vacation. The change in management will force us to stay away. The prices are in line with the rest of the city (Altini), but the quality is that of a terrible fast food joint. "Sautéed potatoes" are actually a mix of boiled and raw meat. The Milanese cutlet is tiny, and the fries are not much: heating the oil is expensive! Again, way overpriced for what we ate.

06/07/2026: The food was fantastic and the prices are also reasonable the . waitress was new and couldn't communicate properly overall she was nice . Would definitely recommend

17/08/2026: Often, good service can redeem bad food through friendly interaction with guests. Here, not only was the food terrible, but the older woman serving us was also rude when we asked in the pouring rain if there were any tables available inside. We would have gladly left the place to eat our food in the downpour and found somewhere else to sit. None of the four of us adults finished our meals. The one-star rating is therefore for the unique combination of bad cooking and outrageous treatment of guests.

06/08/2026: Unfortunately, we only read the Google review after we'd decided not to order any food. And unfortunately, we only noticed after ordering drinks that they were charging €2.50 per person for tax and service. Of course, this is buried at the very end of the menu and wonderfully hidden. They don't even have a drinks menu, so you don't notice that a 0.4l beer costs €6 and a can of Coke Zero costs €5. I really can't recommend this place to anyone. It's simply outrageous.

15/05/2026: I'm referring to the bakery on Via del Museo in Bologna. I bought a salad with bread for lunch today. The bread was stale and had been out for a couple of days. I strongly advise against this bakery.

15/05/2026: Horrible experience. I usually never leave reviews but I felt so disrespected that I couldn’t not react. The woman behind the counter responded to absolutely everything with “Italian or German.” English? “Italian or German.” French? “Italian or German.” Dutch? “Italian or German.” We pointed and showed her, she even pointed back at the item we wanted to confirm she understood exactly what we were asking for, and then, “Italian or German.” She knew what we wanted. She simply refused to serve us unless we spoke her language. Then she TURNED HER BACK on us. DONE. No words. No “sorry” or anything. Just pure contempt for tourists who don’t speak the “right” language. As travellers, we expect occasional language barriers, that’s part of the experience. What we don’t expect is being deliberately ignored and dismissed in this way. This kind of attitude gives Italian businesses a terrible reputation and makes visitors feel deeply unwelcome. I don’t know who this employee is, but this is the single worst interaction I’ve ever had in a shop. Avoid at all costs.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

11/04/2026: The shopkeeper is one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never seen anyone treat customers like this. When you go there, he tells you that you can’t eat your food in the shop. Then why even open a store? Honestly, just close the shop and stay home. And this didn’t happen just once — it happened twice.

24/07/2026: We were in the area with our family and, while walking through the shopping mall, we came across Litalissimo\. We decided to give it a try, and I have to say, this is probably the best Italian restaurant I have ever visited inside a shopping mall\! We were a party of five, and everyone ordered something different, so it turned into a true taste test\. All the dishes were tasty, each with its own distinct flavor, and everything was very well prepared\. The food was so good that I forgot to take pictures\. The restaurant was quite busy, which is always a good sign and shows just how popular and good this place is\. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly\. Overall, we had a very enjoyable family experience and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food\. Highly recommended if you are looking for excellent Italian food while shopping in Bolzano\!
