21/05/2025: The dishes were brought to us less than 5 minutes after ordering, clearly reheated in the microwave. For the rest, lunch without infamy and without praise. Excessive price..

04/03/2025: Terrible!! I stopped for lunch on Sunday, we had 3 portions of tagliatelle with venison ragù....inedible the ragù was full of water!! Very high prices for very very low service and quality

30/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but they make gourmet style sandwiches that have nothing to do with the place, with stratospheric costs for sandwiches, about €15.00 each, I can't tell you the exact cost each because I wasn't even given a receipt, but two sandwiches, a beer and a lemon nearly cost €50.00, we're not there, once they made simpler things that went much better with the place.

26/10/2024: Come tutti gli anni, da milanese in Trentino, non poteva mancare la tappa al Fontanino. Tagliatelle ai funghi, formaggio da sogno, il piatto del nonno che scalda ogni bisogno. E anche quest'anno, con gioia e affetto, il pranzo è un ricordo che porto nel petto. Tra piatti sinceri e un calore genuino, ci tornerò per sempre, alla Vecchia Baita Fontanino! Viva viva il mio amato Trentino!!!

26/10/2024: Giornata stupenda! Dopo una bella passeggiata alla diga di Pian Palù e Malga Paludei, la fame iniziava a farsi sentire. Ci siamo fermati alla Vecchia Baita per un ristoro, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Il famoso piatto del Nonno Tofol, con speck, formaggio nostrano, fagioli alla cacciatora e tortei di patate, è stato una vera delizia! Per concludere in bellezza, il proprietario Tiziano ci ha offerto uno strudel, anche questo di ottima qualità. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

23/03/2025: Ho chiesto uno “Sbagliato” come cocktail (base principale CAMPARI, lo sanno anche i muri). La barista mi prepara un cocktail con 2 basi Martini e prosecco. Le chiedo se avesse messo il Campari e mi è stato risposto “sì” e invece le ho detto chiaramente che avevo seguito la preparazione e non lo aveva messo. Mi ha risposto “noi qui sbagliato e negroni li facciamo col Martini”. Scandalosi.

02/03/2025: In questi contesti mi meraviglio sempre della scortesia o forse meglio dire dell indifferenza dei dipendenti. Arrivando chiedo alla signora adulta che stava sistemando i tavoli se potevo sedermi rispondendomi con una smorfia labbiale. Me ne sono andata. Una fuoriclasse dell accoglienza. Complimenti.

06/03/2025: Si mangia bene, la carne è buona, ma…. : prezzi molto alti (7.20 un litro d’acqua, 125.- eur una fiorentina). Il personale inoltre ‘ti consiglia’ (in maniera molto imperativa) il pranzo così da farti spendere il più possibile. Per carità nessuno è obbligato a prendere ciò che viene ‘consigliato’, ma la maggior parte segue il ‘consiglio’ e poi alla fine il conto è salato. A prezzi ragionevoli sarebbe molto buono

03/02/2025: Rude bartender and doesn't know how to pour. If you miss Santa's belly I recommend it, otherwise drink a glass of water which may relax you since there is little relaxation here. Empty bar full of unsavory people inciting violence. If you want to drink a coffee I recommend a mocha at home. Bar useful only if you can't find the best ones.

08/06/2025: The food comes very quickly but isn't great. The pizza is frozen, the panini is simply reheated, and the Bolognese is a pre-made Bolognese. In general, the food is just reheated and isn't fresh at all, but rather frozen. I don't recommend it at all and therefore give it 1 star.

03/06/2025: A 3.50 cone with half a scoop of ice cream. An outrageous thing considering that a few meters away there is the Riva Est ice cream shop that makes you cones with delicious wafer and full of ice cream for only 50 cents more.

23/02/2025: Bella baita in zona Ciampac sopra Alba di Canazei. Abbiamo mangiato pizza e strudel : discreti. Prezzi un pochino elevati. Parliamo di accoglienza: cameriere scostante al limite della maleducazione. Titolare sulla stessa linea del cameriere. Detto da me che vengo dalla Liguria....

15/02/2025: Pessimo è un complimento. Cameriere maleducato e volgare, cibo immangiabile, prezzi esagerati, titolare incapace. Che dire di più? Solo: lasciate perdere !!

26/05/2025: Very bad treatment from the owner, the old man, and I cannot try it again because of his bad treatment. The seller told us that the price of the ice cream we took was only 2 euros, then the old man came and said 2.5 euros!!! Anyway, I will never go back to him again. Very bad treatment from no swimming pool and the last time could not come together. 06/02/2025: Personale sbrigativo e non accogliente. Vasi delle piante esterne usati come posacenere, molto fastidioso e poco rispettoso. Il ristorante è molto elegante e molto costoso.
