21/12/2025: Pasta alla gricia was almost inedible, with four small pieces of half-burned guanciale. Embarrassing for Roman cuisine, to say the least.
19/12/2025: Dinner with friends, poor appetizers at prices unrelated to either the quality or the quantity. A mixed fried fish dish cost two small supplì and two slices of egg-dipped bread for the modest sum of €12.50. The fried artichoke was delicious, €9.00, accompanied by two small pieces of Sardinian pecorino cheese for an additional €3.60—another rip-off!
We expect rich and flavorful Roman cuisine, and the first courses were quite disappointing. The carbonara was bland and lacking in seasoning, and the cacio e pepe was the same. To top off the evening, we were met with a hefty bill and a rude cashier. First and last time here. Not recommended!

11/09/2025: Clean, relaxing place, excellent beer and appetizers.
Managed by young, friendly staff, and very polite. I've been there with my family (wife and two girls, ages 10 and 12) almost every evening before dinner at the hotel, but also for a quick lunch. Everything was perfect!
03/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch today, and I have to say it was the best choice. The sandwiches and piadinas were truly excellent. The service was impeccable. The woman who served us was truly kind and super professional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Andalo.

11/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione regionale, sicuramente ottimi ma non tutti abbondanti. Prezzi medio alti, più da ristorante che trattoria, ma posizione centrale (che si paga!). Acqua imbottigliata e non caraffa - per noi punto a favore dal momento che si paga!

04/02/2026: After stopping earlier for breakfast, we wanted to try the restaurant: good luck! We tried tagliatelle with venison ragù and fried fish.
Good, really good... and plentiful.
The chef came to make sure everything was fine. But what can we say other than to be generous with his manners? The only criticism we can make is that if the prawns had been opened on the back, they would have been easier to unhook.

Chef Ugo is amazing. I ate scialatielli with clams, bottarga, and cherry tomatoes, the best I've ever had. 👑

23/02/2026: I found this place by chance, a preserved castle where time has stood still.
Besides the restaurant, there's also a bar, a real osteria. The lady there was very kind and prepared something quick but lovingly made for me.
It's a place full of charm and history, worth a visit and soaking up its atmosphere!

10/10/2025: We arrived here by chance in our RV because Brixen was completely full of parked cars. They allowed us to park our vehicle in the courtyard and stay there even after we'd had a coffee and eaten a truly delicious buchetta. We wanted to do some shopping and take a short hike. A nice gesture that certainly reflects the hotel's philosophy.
