02/08/2025: We have been coming to the Trovato family for over 20 years every 2/3 years, this is the 2nd time in the new restaurant. Everything is perfect, having done (the pre catelan, marcon, anne de Bretagne, the 3 kings, villa Crespi....etc...) the 3rd star would be deserved.

30/07/2025: We tried the meat menu degustation. Food was beautifully presented and delicious, however the accompanying sauces were rather salty and spoiling somewhat the experience. I have mixed feelings about the atmosphere - the venue is ultra modern, very impressive architecture and design yet a bit cold and stern for my taste; I did love the breathtaking vistas of Tuscany we could enjoy all along our meal through the huge glass facade of the building.

19/08/2025: Last night I went to dinner with my partner. The place was clean and welcoming, and the owners were even more so. To say we ate divinely seems like an understatement. From the appetizer to the coffee, including the after-dinner drink, everything was sublime. The pasta and bread were handmade!!! We'll be back again tonight!!! Highly recommended! 27/08/2025: The food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. It's a shame the ZTL isn't always closed, even during the week.

25/08/2025: A corner of delights. Both for its location and for its taste buds. The food is of excellent quality, carefully prepared, and beautifully balanced. The poached egg unleashed a true poetry of flavors between the various ingredients. The tartare was seasoned beautifully with a homemade sauce. The price is adequate for the quality, but not too high. We'll return again and again.

15/07/2025: A delightful place run by a wonderful owner, Moira! The apartment is spacious and is next to the farm where you'll find an incredible collection of chickens and a wild boar farm. The restaurant run by Moira in the agriturismo, open on certain days of the week, is REALLY worth a visit. It's delicious! They cook wonderfully with local produce, including the pork raised on site... and the homemade desserts are delicious...

02/08/2025: This is a typical trattoria. We made a reservation, but there was no one there when we went. The first courses and bruschetta were good. The cantucci they made were excellent. I recommend them.

06/08/2025: Thank you for fulfilling our special requests for warm sandwiches. The olive oil I brought back as a souvenir tastes great. It's worth a visit and is also a great place for breakfast or a snack in the area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

02/08/2025: But the name was more fitting...: THE HOPE... to be able to return as soon as possible..!! There's ample parking next to the shop; seating is limited, but they always make sure to set up tables to accommodate you. The food is rustic, the cured meats and cheeses have Tuscan flavors. You can choose your sandwich fillings, or, like we did, opt for platters (also your choice; they put whatever you ask for). The bread and schiacciata are also very fresh, and the cakes are homemade and delicious. The service is fast, and the staff is attentive and prompt. Excellent value for money and palate satisfaction!! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. Well done everyone!

Villa Sabolini stands out for its cleanliness and attention to detail, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the excellent cuisine, and the tranquility that permeates throughout. It's the perfect location for those who want to relax and unwind from the daily grind. We'll be happy to return!

31/05/2025: Improvised stop thanks to the reviews we had the joy of trying this particular place, we took a pizza with caramelized onion lime and chopped walnuts, try it it is very good, special with that fresh note of lime and the sweetness of the caramelized onion. Good beautiful, worth it!

03/08/2025: We had dinner with a pizza and a glass of wine; the dough was good. It's a shame about the wait; the prices were reasonable and the house wine was good.

21/08/2025: The pizza I took away was baked on site, we didn't eat it there. The place had a good atmosphere and it was ready quickly, but I was left with a feeling of emptiness about the pizza.
