15/11/2024: Special dishes, excellent quality, welcoming environment. The linguine with butter, anchovies, immortelle and lemon zest is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Also notable are the saffron pumpkin pie and the fabulous cod cream on chickpea hummus with snow peas. We'll be back tomorrow!

27/12/2024: In a Colle Val d'Elsa cold as never before, the warmth of the place already made us appreciate it! The owner welcomed us and showed us the menu. We were with friends and everyone made different orders. Someone took the ribollita. The peposo is excellent. According to my friend, the sausage and chips dish was very good. I must say, the turnip greens are delicious. Personally I ordered the tagliatelle with parmesan flakes and rocket. Very good and plentiful dish. To finish, those who traditionally finished with cantuccini and vin santo, those who finished with an excellent tiramisu. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

06/11/2024: Aside from the super-modern and spotlessly clean furnishings, the vastness and abundance of the gourmandises is like a sea magnum.....at the counter there are 6 splendid girls always smiling and making an excellent cappuccino with lots of foam that looks like hot snow! The sandwiches and stuffed pizzas are also excellent.

24/12/2024: Very picturesque farmhouse, very welcoming and suitable for families. It offers various types of accommodation. La Moira is always available to offer guests a relaxing holiday. The restaurant also offers many traditional Tuscan dishes. Optimal.

06/01/2025: Sunday lunch for 4 people. Typical local mixed appetizers and "gourmet" Chianina tortelli, very well prepared and tasty. Very good house wine. Bill 29 euros per person. I recommend it and will definitely return!

24/12/2024: A beautiful discovery! A nice and welcoming place, a simplicity with attention to the smallest details welcomes you like and sometimes better than at home. The service is attentive, professional and unobtrusive. The menu then features traditional dishes and extremely innovative dishes, all well executed, described and with well-defined flavours. The presentation is accurate. You can perfectly perceive the great culinary culture and the "loving" preparation of the dishes. Prices more than honest. 05/10/2024: Food was excellent and friendly service The draft beer is recommended. Reservations must be made in advance on weekends, otherwise there will be no space left. As a tourist you have to be careful here, as the tip is already included in the bill

An exclusive menu of pizzas, an infinite variety and unusual toppings. Exceptional dough and of normal thickness. Height in the mouth and very digestible. A pizza that can be defined as starred, one of the few in the area that is truly good and worth tasting. Fairly fast service. Reservation recommended. Average price. Highly recommended.
