01/02/2025: Very refined restaurant. The location is very suggestive. The fully glazed room offers a view of Colle Val d'Elsa, located right on the hill opposite. The completely open kitchen offers a unique spectacle: seeing chefs of this level at work offers a unique pleasure. As is well known, Chef Arnolfo has two Michelin stars and tasting his dishes releases an unexpected explosion of flavors on the palate. The service is up to the level of catering.

20/01/2025: A pleasant stop in Colle Val D'Elsa to have lunch and enjoy local food. The tavern is small and cannot accommodate more than 16/18 seats so it is advisable to book well in advance. The menu is not very rich in dishes but those available are truly of excellent quality. As for the wines, there is the possibility to choose between local and non-local wines. Unfortunately for those who decide to drink a beer instead of wine they have to settle for commercial beers without the possibility of tasting the many craft beers available in the area. The price. Not very cheap but justified by the high quality raw materials (the cold cuts and cheese platter is sublime). The kitchen is slightly in trouble when the place is full with the times between one course and another stretching out a bit too much. Well done Alessandro, you are a very nice host. Thank you for the nice experience in your place.

16/12/2024: The place is beautiful and the attention is unsurpassed. The entire place is beautiful and very well taken care of. All service staff are very friendly. There is a lot of peace, the rooms are very cool, it seems like you are in an old movie. Everything is very clean, it has a style that makes you feel very comfortable in all the facilities. My family and I were delighted with the villa and the views.

09/12/2024: Very large and clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful and kind staff, excellent breakfast, I really enjoyed the billiards and the piano, externally a beautiful, well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool I highly recommend staying in this beautiful property

I'm happy to have bought this dessert here which will remain in the family memory albums. Recommended without a doubt. Obviously the flavor was exquisite too. Very honest price.

01/01/2025: We booked a table for New Year’s Eve. We were expecting great things as we had read a lot about this restaurant. Sadly it didn’t really deliver. A lot of the food was just not hot enough. Maybe it would have been better if they had offered less courses? Everything tasted good but would have been much better hot.

06/11/2024: Aside from the super-modern and spotlessly clean furnishings, the vastness and abundance of the gourmandises is like a sea magnum.....at the counter there are 6 splendid girls always smiling and making an excellent cappuccino with lots of foam that looks like hot snow! The sandwiches and stuffed pizzas are also excellent.

08/02/2025: Lovely place, very good pizza, excellent cocktails and friendly staff! Tasty choices also for my vegan and lactose intolerant friend 🌱 We will return in the summer, when they open the terrace on the Green, in the historic centre!
