20/10/2024: The place is simply a spectacle, the waiters are extremely professional and friendly, the open kitchen is an inimitable live show. Unfortunately I fear that I am not a person suited to this type of environment. The impeccable service with the waiters always ready to fold your napkin if you get up or brush your chair made me a little intimidated. I was afraid to get up to go to the bathroom because I was afraid of making a bad impression. Aware that I am out of line, I am not criticizing anyone, I am writing this to inform those who may be as unaccustomed as I am to such a service. The food is very particular, whether you like it or not depends a lot on your tastes so I wouldn't feel like judging anything. One thing I feel like writing because it could be useful is that with the bread they put on the table, the starter dishes and the desserts, in the end I also relieved my hunger. I was sure that I would wake up hungry due to the numerous stereotypes that exist about the concept of gastronomic routes. Obviously, we shouldn't expect to have a load that will blow the button off our shirt, but we shouldn't even think about having to eat a sandwich as soon as we get home. Price without too many surprises, although I was a little impressed by the still water, so be careful if you take too many bottles. To conclude, an experience that I am very happy to have had. I don't think it's my thing. But I suggest trying at least once.

06/11/2024: Aside from the super-modern and spotlessly clean furnishings, the vastness and abundance of the gourmandises is like a sea magnum.....at the counter there are 6 splendid girls always smiling and making an excellent cappuccino with lots of foam that looks like hot snow! The sandwiches and stuffed pizzas are also excellent.

09/11/2024: Ottimo menù toscano, bellissimo il modo di presentare i piatti. Unica pecca l’attesa, un po’ lunghina.. pare ci sia una sala sotto che quella sera era occupata da una tavolata.. se si capita a colle val d’Elsa consiglio vivamente di cenare qui.

16/11/2024: A truly beautiful place, in the middle of a grove with various animals and a pond. The rooms are very clean and well structured. Very cute. The breakfast was super filling and fabulous! We also had dinner there one evening in the very welcoming restaurant next door; brand new and well cared for structure. The food was very tasty and of high quality, genuine food produced directly on the farm. Moira and her partner are very kind and told us many interesting things about the place and their structure for which they work with a lot of commitment: you can see the result! Always available if anything was needed. We were there during the olive harvest. It was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this place; a place that deserves it!

07/10/2024: Completely satisfied with my lunch experience. I ate very well and would return to taste other dishes that intrigued me. Everything was excellent, from the starter to the desserts and it's difficult for me to appreciate "everything". Prices normal. Friendly and hospitable staff. There is the possibility of taking a walk in the woods, there is a small playground for children, a pond, ducks, geese, different types of chickens, peacocks, wild boars made safe. You can stay overnight, the rooms from the outside seem welcoming, well equipped, surrounded by greenery and tranquility.

05/10/2024: Food was excellent and friendly service The draft beer is recommended. Reservations must be made in advance on weekends, otherwise there will be no space left. As a tourist you have to be careful here, as the tip is already included in the bill

28/09/2024: Locale in centro paese, carino, pulito e con spazio anche all'aperto. Personale molto gentile e servizio rapido. La scelta delle pizze è ampia e sono ottime Prezzi nella norma. Lo consiglio!

Seguendo il.consiglio della simpaticissima.Sandra...siamo andati in questo locale...dove abbiamo assaggiato anche alcune specialità che.avevamo appena acquistato. La prova sul campo è passata a pieni voti. Un risotto al Chianti spaziale..secondi ottimi contornati da simpatia e.allegria dei titolari. Ritorneremo volentieri.

18/09/2024: Tradizione che mi ha passato mio Babbo che veniva in queste zone per le castagne 🌰 🌰 e non solo e la Bottega della Speranza mi è sempre rimasta nel cuore per la Qualità dei Prodotti Genuini! Anche oggi un prosciutto tagliato a mano sapientemente dalla Deborah tutto magro che è la fine del mondo da quanto è Bono! E poi la Porchetta, e tutto il resto, i caci 🧀 l’è tutto Bono!

26/05/2024: Le paste del signor Barone non si discutono! Buonissime davvero! Mi dispiace per il personale addetto al bancone che si interscambia dalla cassa , toccando soldi sporchi, alla distribuzione delle paste prendendole con le mani per spostarle da un vassoio all'altro....mi fa pensare a poca accortezza per la pulizia. Per non parlare della scortesia che hanno nel rivolgersi al cliente . Siccome la produzione e è ottima consiglio di investire sul personale!

17/11/2024: This is a charming off-the -beaten path gem. We discovered Le Grazie by chance and will drive the 90 minutes from our home in Sarteano again soon. We ordered two pasta dishes: the ravioli with scorpion fish in a lemon butter sage sauce was subtle and delicious. It was a smaller serving in contrast to our appetite but worth the experience. However the fusili with polpa and foie gras was LIFE CHANGING. One of two Italian meals that I may never forget. I cannot imagine the genius that put this combination together, but it is to be celebrated. If it sounds interesting, run to try it. If it sounds strange drive fast to try it. If you can't imagine trying it, GROW UP. I rarely photograph restaurant meals though I know photos are appreciated. It wasn't until we'd eaten half the food that we realized we MUST take pictures, though I know they cannot do this meal justice.

10/08/2024: I think it is truly one of the best restaurants in the area. Stunning setting and pleasant atmosphere, very good dishes with interesting combinations, fair prices and friendly, fast service. Absolutely recommended, must try!
