02/11/2025: We had reserved a table for two in advance. We arrived on time, but we didn't get a table. We were repeatedly put off until, after waiting for over half an hour, we left. Absolutely unacceptable. If you don't have any tables available, you don't give them out, and you don't give reserved tables to other customers. Not recommended.

19/05/2026: Excellent osteria, homemade pasta, wild boar, typical local flavors and wines. The food was excellent. Marcello was an excellent waiter and host, but...at least the bitter aftertaste after a hearty dinner where the guests spared no expense is offered...
16/04/2026: I stopped at this osteria for one night during a business trip, and I must say it was a truly pleasant discovery.
The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, and immediately conveys a sense of family warmth that makes you feel at ease from the first moment. The rooms are spotless, tidy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and care for guests is clearly evident.
A special thanks goes to the owner, Anna, a wonderful person: kind, helpful, and always ready to make everyone feel at home. Her hospitality truly makes the difference.
If you're passing through, whether for business or pleasure, this is definitely a place I recommend without hesitation!

01/02/2026: I stayed at this beautiful property for a weekend. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and get away from it all.
18/01/2026: Charming, almost uninhabited village, but there is a good pizzeria restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The rooms on the return are clean and quite large. The owners are friendly and very kind. The continental breakfast is standard.

08/05/2026: A stop on the Via Francigena, nine of us dined here and ordered several different dishes, and everything was delicious! The husband and wife team take care of everything themselves; the pasta and desserts are homemade. Don't miss the Ricciolina cake and the caramelized pear in crème brulee.

28/04/2026: We arrived in Castiglione d'Orcia almost by chance while wandering through the beautiful Val d'Orcia, and this place immediately struck us from the outside.
We passed the tobacconist's bar to enter the dining room, furnished in perfect osteria style. The smiling and friendly waitress welcomed us and recommended the dishes.
We chose a Tuscan platter for two and six assorted crostoni (the one with melted Pescia cheese and truffle was my favorite), all washed down with an excellent craft beer.
Price: €35 for two. I'd say the price was also very good.
If you're passing by...stop by!!!!
19/04/2026: Simple and effective. Absolutely incredible prices for simple dishes made with good local produce. And very good wines. The service is lovely. Perfect!

23/05/2026: A warm welcome and impeccable service from the owner. And Daniela, the owner's wife, conjures up delicious regional specialties in the kitchen. I've never tasted such a wonderful homemade tiramisu. And all this at extremely fair and reasonable prices. This restaurant is truly recommendable.

27/12/2025: We stopped for breakfast at this café. We had two coffees and a tiny slice of tart.
When it came time to pay, the bill was much higher than expected (there was no indication of prices or the type of desserts in the display case), and we were told they charged restaurant prices.
"The law requires that, when a product is displayed to the public, the price must be clearly and pre-emptively known to the customer, without them having to ask."
An experience not to be repeated.
22/12/2025: A truly excellent restaurant in Bagni San Filippo. The food is excellent, with excellent traditional local dishes prepared with great care. The location is beautiful, both inside and out, especially in the summer. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Tuve un especial - salchicha y pocini tagliatelle - delicioso, las comidas de otros estaban bien. Lo más destacado fue el tiramisú - increíble. Personal agradable y vistas preciosas.

24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

20/06/2025: Scappate via, due panini di gusto mediocre un hamburger e patatine acqua e due caffè 60 euro. Ahahah . Si paga il coperto con le tovagliato di carta, acqua in plastica, locale sporco ,buio, caffè bruciato. A chianciano capisco perché non viene più nessuno e tutti i locali chiudono. Una schifezza !

01/03/2025: Una tana molto carina, con decorazioni particolari nel suo genere.
Abbiamo potuto gustare dei piatti tipici di differenti paesi come la carne argentina e i burritos accompagnati da birra alla spina ottime.
