Excellent discovery in Prato I had lunch in this very authentic Tuscan trattoria the staff is very good and attentive they made me feel at ease the cuisine is SUPERLATIVE truly everything was delicious the chef really knows his stuff the fresh pasta was cooked to perfection by the book the fresh clams creamy they melted in the mouth beautiful Ciccione, the Fiorentina is finger-licking and the addition of a touch of fat on the grill in which to dip it is a crazy and original idea the meat is of excellent quality also the wine is very good (I took one from the Prato area) excellent dessert only small criticism but I understand them (nowadays finding tasty and fragrant tomato in Italy is impossible) was the tomato on the bruschetta a little tasteless (maybe better to use cherry tomatoes or a little oregano to push the tomato??) for the rest burrata anchovies and bread excellent, I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat really well well done congratulations!!!! We went for lunch. I had a first course of tortellini with sausage ragù and a delicious steak with potatoes! Everything was delicious.

I went there for dinner. I asked for prosciutto, and they told me they were out of it. The house wine wasn't good in my opinion, and the steak and potatoes weren't to my liking, as served. The price was too high for the quality we ate.

I didn't know what to do; all the dishes I saw were tempting. This time we had carnevevtuttonera, perfect! Next time I have to go back and try the fish!
