16/05/2026: At a friend's suggestion, I was in Prato a few days ago, and my wife and I stopped to try the much-vaunted Setteveli.
A beautiful place, excellent pastry display, and a selection of pastries. We ordered a Setteveli and a Sorrentina.
Everyone has their own tastes, of course.
The Setteveli was good but nothing special. As for the Sorrentina, having been lucky enough to have it elsewhere, my personal recommendation is that if it was fresh, it's better if they don't make it anymore.
The prices are truly exorbitant for what they offer.
27/04/2026: Excellent breakfast experience! Mannori Pasticceria, which I was unfamiliar with, needs no introduction. Its bakery has won multiple international awards. The leavened goods and breakfast pastries are top-quality. One of the best "bedside rugs" I've tried in Tuscany. The plain croissant and the almond brioche are exceptional. The fine pastries, cakes, and mini pastries are beautiful to look at, and we'll definitely be planning another delicious visit in the future.

12/04/2026: Every time I go there, I wonder why I've been back so long since the last time. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is refined, and there's parking right out front.
And the value for money is truly remarkable. And the garden is really, really beautiful.

26/01/2026: My wife and I went there for lunch yesterday. We were right to book in advance as the place is small. Beautiful! Amazing meat recommended by the owner, who was kind and friendly, like all the rest of the staff. Not like ours in La Spezia 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
The platter was delicious, with exquisite cured meats and cheeses, and very tasty. The bread and focaccia were delicious.
The dessert was amazing. The wine in the flask was good, and it smelled like Sangiovese. The bill was €55 per person, and I think he even gave us a little discount.
What more can I say? Thank you so much, congratulations, and see you next time!

21/03/2026: I found the prices significantly higher than average, especially considering the quality of the food. Service was quite slow: the staff tended to spend time on other tasks while customers waited, making the wait longer than necessary.
One detail that struck me negatively was the Christmas panettone: the black packaging was unsuitable for the holiday season, conveying a rather sad impression
rather than enhancing the product.
Some products were decent, but overall there was considerable room for improvement, starting with a price review.
