01/01/2026: I made a reservation for lunch last Sunday, I arrived at the restaurant at the time of the reservation and found everything closed, but I say, you had my cell phone number, you could have at least let me know.
25/12/2025: Not a very positive experience... the food didn't live up to the standards of a Christmas lunch. Best regards.

12/05/2026: The clerk was very rude and treated customers with disrespect.
I misspoke earlier: she's a clerk. But before I even placed my order, she asked me to leave. Is this the basic professionalism of a clerk? I won't be coming to your store again in the future.
12/05/2026: The waiter's attitude is terrible, a bit rude. The ice cream isn't delicious, and the mango flavor is even harder to comment on.

13/11/2025: I visited this Chinese restaurant in Prato with some friends, and honestly, I wouldn't return. Upon entering, the atmosphere wasn't welcoming: the staff looked at you suspiciously, and only one girl spoke a few words of Italian. To reach the dining room, you had to walk through a corridor where, unfortunately, the presence of garbage was clearly visible, which didn't make a good impression.
The dishes were certainly plentiful, but the quality was rather mediocre. Overall, the experience wasn't a positive one. It's a shame, because a little more care and attention would make the place much more pleasant.

28/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at this place for years..... this evening I called for 3 take-out pizzas and was told 10 minutes and they'll be ready..... so we rushed to get there and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that I had to tell the pizza chef and that it was my fault....... this is not at all the way to treat people who pay you and expect a damn decent service....... absolute disappointment and there will be no next time, shame that less than 1 star can't be given.......
17/08/2025: Thin-crust pizza. Service is a bit slow, but the wait is worth it.

02/04/2026: The burgers were excellent! The owner was very kind and, even though we didn't speak the same language, he was incredibly helpful. We arrived with a group of 21 people—which I know can be a logistical challenge—but they handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this experience!"
10/01/2026: My wife and I, we are Mexican; we stayed at the hotel across the street and the owner started making fun of us because we asked her to explain the food to us politely. We ordered food and she only gave us hamburgers instead of what we asked for, and she mocked us for being ignorant Latinos.

Pasticceria Fiaschi

12/04/2026: We commissioned Pasticceria Fiaschi to make a fantastic Millefoglie for a birthday, and the result was extraordinary.
The pastry was crumbly, so it was made fresh, the Chantilly cream was expertly done, and almost the entire cake was eaten.
It retains its fragrance even the next day.
I highly recommend Pasticceria Fiaschi for its quality and price, which is significantly lower than other pastry shops.
03/03/2026: The pastry shop is excellent, I'd say. I think the Tuscan bread needs a makeover. If you throw it and it hits someone, it could cause serious damage! The atmosphere is well-kept.

26/03/2026: If you're looking for a little dick, this is the place for you. Pastries bought in the morning taste stale (to put it bluntly).
Also, if you like being looked at askance (even snorting) for paying by card because you don't have cash, this is the place for you.
The only gem of this place is the short clerk, the one who's always cheerful and kind; the rest sucks.
Also, these incidents have happened more than once.
IF YOU GO, DON'T GET THE PUFF PUFFS 🤣

27/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to change my mind about what I said previously. We waited an hour and a half for the second round of food. I should start by saying that some dishes were already missing from the first round and never arrived, even though we requested them. Terrible service; the waitresses keep saying "okay, okay," but in reality, it doesn't work. Personally, I don't think I'll return. The food? Pretty good, what we managed to eat...
25/10/2025: The food, especially the Chinese cuisine, is very good and that's the important thing. The aesthetics of the restaurant leave something to be desired, but if you want to feast on sushi, ravioli, and shrimp, this is the right place.

10/05/2026: The food took an incredibly long time to arrive; it took two hours to get two dishes served, and they even forgot to order us. I was wondering why a salad couldn't be prepared even after two hours, and when I asked them, they said it was being made. It wasn't until I asked three or four times that I found out they hadn't even placed the order.
22/03/2026: It was incredibly rude of them. When clearing the plates, the employee spilled soup on the cuffs and shoulders of my white shirt. They just said, "Oh, sorry," and walked away. I took my clothes to the restroom to wash them myself. I asked at the front desk once if they could help me dry them, and they just gave me a perfunctory "I'll check," and then ignored me. I was almost finished eating and no one paid any attention to me. When I paid the bill, I mentioned that my employee had spilled soup on my clothes. The owner replied, "White clothes get dirty very easily." I ask you this: It's my clothes that get dirty, not your soup. I'm not asking for compensation, but you spilled soup on me and then blamed me for wearing white clothes?
