Pasticceria Fiaschi In Prato

We commissioned Pasticceria Fiaschi to make a fantastic Millefoglie for a birthday, and the result was extraordinary. The pastry was crumbly, so it was made fresh, the Chantilly cream was expertly done, and almost the entire cake was eaten. It retains its fragrance even the next day. I highly recommend Pasticceria Fiaschi for its quality and price, which is significantly lower than other pastry shops.

The pastry shop is excellent, I'd say. I think the Tuscan bread needs a makeover. If you throw it and it hits someone, it could cause serious damage! The atmosphere is well-kept.

I've always had a good experience, but for a year I've been lactose intolerant, and they don't provide lactose-free food, either savory or sweet. Not even a vegan croissant as an alternative. It's a great disappointment not to be able to eat anything.
