The buffet was delicious and varied, with options for all tastes. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, ensuring that all guests were welcomed and served with attention. I would especially like to praise Antonio for his kindness and professionalism. He helped me every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect for the evening. His support was crucial and made the entire event a great success. Overall, it was a perfect evening!

22/05/2024: While walking around Pistoia we came across this restaurant. The refined and welcoming environment. Attention to the customer is the strong point. Even though it was Sunday lunch with the place fully booked, all the staff were attentive, ready to joke and never intrusive. Excellent Fiorentina, as well as the cold cuts platter that cuts it. The proposed wine was perfect. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

01/04/2024: Small and cozy place, very quiet. Paula, the owner, cooks traditional homemade food. All delicious. They have a set 3-course menu for €50. We were served antipasti, artichoke lasagna and ragu rabioli, and finally a plate with lamb shoulder, spinach, homemade potatoes and pork loin in sauce. The dessert was a chocolate and cream mouse covered in a drunk sponge cake. Strong and abundant menu. Elena and Cristina, the staff who attended to us, did not speak Spanish but they went out of their way to communicate and for us to understand them. All wonderful staff.

20/02/2024: We have been to La Bettola several times over time, and have always enjoyed it. All dishes of typical Tuscan and Pistoia cuisine. Good food, nice place, friendly service, dogs welcome. Some dishes I have tasted over time that I have really liked and that I recommend are the crostone with beans and lard, the black cabbage farinata, the prisoner's soup, the tagliolini with lemon with finocchiona ragù, the lampredotto with sauces. I really think we'll be back again!

01/05/2024: Wonderful atmosphere, very nice and fast service from very nice young Italians. The entire pizza production in front of customers. Wood-burning stove, top quality products. We will definitely visit this place again.

25/05/2024: Sunday lunch with friends, in this restaurant found by searching online. The restaurant is simple, but correct for the typical Abruzzo cuisine it offers. The kind and attentive welcome. But the food is the highlight, because everything we tasted was delicious. We ate the frittini, the gricia, the carbonara and then the kebab and chicken kebabs with spicy turnip tops. Finally the hot cream bomboloncini. And it was really all very good. For us, the owner's choice to keep only one type of wine, from Abruzzo, good and well suited to pair with the dishes offered, is correct, as is the bill.

27/04/2024: Genuine cuisine, good in all its forms, unsurpassed kebabs. Spectacular desserts. Impeccable friendly and friendly service. An experience absolutely worth repeating.
