I migliori ristoranti in Pistoia

18/01/2025: Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a shame about a couple of dirty cutlery items, which were changed immediately. There was a bit of a wait between courses. The appetizers were very good. The meat could have been better, difficult to cut (with unsuitable knives, although they replaced them with others) and generally served a bit cold and lacking in flavor. Dessert was average. We drank water and two glasses of red. Overall, the price was high for the amount and the quality of the food (total €138). The icing on the cake was that we weren't given the option to pay via TheFork app, which we used to book, even though the app told us the restaurant also accepted payments via TheFork Pay. There was also a discount (€25) that we were unable to take advantage of. The restaurant staff told us they weren't sure they would receive the payment, so, hesitantly, we paid by credit card to avoid any misunderstandings. We were disappointed because, if a restaurant participates in applications like The Fork, it must be able to ensure that the service is used, without making it a problem for the customer, making them feel even partially at fault. There was definitely a lack of transparency, and we would have appreciated the restaurant staff's ability to resolve the issue.

03/09/2023: Posto unico. 24 posti, cucina a vista, dialogo diretto con lo chef/titolare, piatti non scontati e prezzi ineguagliabili. C'ero stato 12 anni fa, ci tornerò tra 12 giorni!!!!

05/08/2025: I got a cake for my mother's birthday here, last minute, without a reservation. Mr. Marco was kind enough to include a greeting card, with fondant and chocolate, without asking for a single cent more! Thank you so much, from me and the birthday girl!

29/10/2024: Piccola pizzeria con gestione tutta femminile. Ampia scelta di pizze. Ottimi gli ingredienti...ma le nostre pizze sottili( c'e la possibilita di sceglierla anche alta) lo erano talmente tanto da essere completamente bagnate dagli ingredienti.

17/10/2024: pizza buona ma con pochi condimentiuna pizza farcita che sembrava una pizza bianca due pizze due birre e 3 Montanarine 60€ neanche a Milano
