30/08/2025: Excellent food, perfect breakfast, amazing croissants, and definitely the pastry chef's touch, though I highly doubt he's local. Truly huge and delicious, with a wide selection and reasonable prices. For aperitivo, La Vaga Matta is now a historic spot. It's fair to say that between Pontedera and Fornacette, it's set the standard and led the way, even if it's recently raised its prices. In any case, a must-see for the Valdera area. Well done!

14/08/2025: Nice place, welcoming staff, attentive to the needs of a family. Good food quality. They also offer side dishes and meat in addition to carbohydrates. The price is more than reasonable. The coffee is also good. The pastry shop is worth trying.

12/10/2025: I ordered takeout. They were friendly, fast, and everything was well packaged. The quality of the dishes was also excellent, except for the vegetable rolls, which were a lot of pasta and not much filling—not that great. The meat ravioli were delicious, as were the soy noodles with vegetables, and the stir-fried rice with spicy chicken. We also tried some rolls, and I really liked them. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back.

28/05/2025: To say that the pizza is good, means that you have never eaten a truly good pizza. The dough was absolutely tasteless, the toppings were only put in the center, leaving almost the entire edge without anything, and in addition, the toppings were completely separated from the rest, so either you ate the toppings or you ate the dough, impossible to eat both together. Before the pizza we had seafood salad, and they brought a tray with fish that was all frozen, and that tasted of nothing except vinegar. But the absurd thing was that they didn't want to change the dishes, and they wanted us to eat the pizza right there on those dishes, tasting like salad and vinegar. We had to insist. Even the wine was more water than wine, and they don't even have draft beer, but only 33cl bottles. The staff is unfriendly and rude. So, before saying that the pizza is good, go eat it where it is truly good. 13/08/2025: A small, cozy, family-run café. Very friendly staff, and the food is excellent. Reasonable prices. The brioche is spectacular, made just like it used to be, soft, tasty, and not heavy.
