26/04/2025: There is no comparison. You can only eat a pizza like this in Naples. And coming from a Neapolitan DOCG you can trust it. The price? Quality comes at a price, but then it pays off. Bon appetit everyone.

X la mia compagna primo vegetariano ok, secondo 2 contorni molto ‘contenuti’ ma pagati 14€. Evidenziato il problema del polpo mi aspettavo almeno offerti i caffè, invece pagato qualche € in più per il mio primo. MAI PIÙ, infatti eravamo in tutto 4 clienti

23/05/2025: I didn't eat, I can't rate the food, but the times I stop there is always only one person, who alternates between the cashier and the bar/service, so if you want to make a quick stop for a purchase you might have to wait. In any case, always very kind

23/05/2025: They ask for documents for a shower, but I don’t see anything strange in this, I went to the shower, washed myself, cleaned myself up and everything is ok. The staff is vaccinated.

23/04/2025: I ate pizza with my husband last week at this pizzeria and we had a somewhat negative experience. The pizzas were raw and burnt, and having read reviews similar to mine means that they have a habit of making pizzas in a hurry just to make up the numbers. The ingredients above were very good, the service was also good and the staff were very kind, but you can't spend 47.00 Euros for two pizzas that make people feel bad.

03/11/2024: I've been getting pizza from Rugantino for months, always takeaway. Always excellent, good ingredients, light dough balanced between filling and pasta, cooked well. Particularly kind and friendly. Personally I don't find the layout of the room pleasant, but they have a pleasant covered outdoor space.

Tiramisù espresso, fatto al tavolo davanti ai commensali con prodotti freschissimi, caffè caldo e savoiardi fatti in casa.. ol ristorante è delizioso, accogliente, il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile, competente e professionale al 200%. Il servizio è velocissimo. Davvero non si può chiedere o aggiungere altro alla perfezione. Super consigliato!

18/04/2025: Locale curato, accogliente e arredato con grande gusto. Pizza in imbattibile. Impasto leggero e ingredienti di alta qualità. Basta scelta. Che dire del tiramisù? Buonissimo!! Personale cordiale, sorridente e gentilissimo. La migliore pizzeria della zona.

Solo la cena all you can eat per tre persone 78€ con aggiunta di 4 bevande e due dolci siamo arrivati a 110€ Alcune cose sono arrivate in ritardo di un’ora, altre sue completamente dimenticate. I bagni sono sudici, basta guardare il lavandino pieno di calcare e il tappo del lavandino pieno di capelli. La carta per asciugarsi le mani e carta igienica mancante. É stato chiesto più volte un coltello da mia madre, mai arrivato. Rapporto qualità prezzo non così buono…

23/02/2025: Three of us went last night, the place isn't bad, in my opinion the approach and communication with customers could be improved. If you opt for burgers you will be pleasantly surprised, good quality, nice appearance and fair price. However, if you ask to eat some vegetables au gratin you will be very disappointed. I received a plate with 5 very thin slices (and by very thin I mean within 2 millimetres) of courgette (small in size), 4 very thin slices of aubergine (also small in size) and a few strips of pepper. All spread out well to cover the plate. Maybe less than 80 grams in total. Disproportionate price, estimated at around 15 euros (subtracting the cost of the other dishes from the total). Perhaps they do this to discourage requests of this type. They certainly discouraged our return. Sin.

12/01/2025: We are a group and we ask where we can sit, there is a free room but at 11pm they tell us that it is reserved only as a restaurant room so they make us sit at narrow tables with uncomfortable seats in front of the counter... while the entire room has lots of free spacious tables! Furthermore, apparently the place closes at midnight even though it's Saturday and we didn't expect it for a pub... the unpleasant fact is that close to closing they opened the main door which was in front of us, making us feel very cold so we were forced to leave quickly... they say they did it to change the air (and perhaps to rudely communicate the closure) but they could have worried about the customers who were hit by the freezing air and could open the doors after having warned us that the place was closing … In short unpleasant experience, I hope this review can serve as advice for managers to have some simple more attention for customers and improve the service. At the moment I do not recommend this place.
