08/08/2025: Pisa = Tipì, for us this is now a surefire equation that yields this result: excellent food, excellent wine, great hospitality and courtesy. We discuss dishes, suppliers (since theirs are truly excellent and I believe you're basically dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant without the star) and wines. This time Tipì directed me to an excellent pure San Giovese from Valdonica, although we then discussed various Italian wines. Unlike other restaurants that have consistently raised prices since the post-Covid era, it seemed to me that they've actually lowered them.

19/08/2025: Very authentic. Best Tiramisu I have ever had. The owner who founded the place years ago comes and greets you once. The pasta is delicious. Make sure to ask for peperincino if you like spicy. House wine is pretty decent too. Very homely environment. All the staff are super nice. Make sure you be there at 11.50 am as the place opens at 12 and may ger crowded pretty soon, especially if you go during peak tourist season.

22/08/2025: The atmosphere is incredible, with Latin music and even Latin American dishes. The service provided by the waitresses is impressive; they are very kind and respectful. Highly recommended, everything is 10/10.

We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and parmesan mousse (really delicious) and the picanha steak with baked potatoes. Excellent quality, on another level! The dining room and service were very pleasant. Highly recommended.

21/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Tuscan gem in the heart of Pisa! We went to Chilometro Toscano on the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying and... what a discovery! The place is small, well-kept, and authentic, with a beautiful display of traditional products. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (all freshly cut!), some truly spectacular pici with venison ragù, and a Fassona tartare that melted in our mouths. Super welcoming service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and eager to explain each dish with passion. Fair prices considering the quality.

21/07/2025: If you want to eat divinely and above all be thrilled, you are in the right place.... Food with typical Tuscan dishes cooked divinely, the waiter Emanuele is the best of the best, very polite and with great experience, the owners are splendid and take great care in choosing the raw materials, something very important in catering.... In short, what can I say, you are the number one in Pisa.... Well done, always keep it up... A hug from the 2 restaurateurs Rudy and Romina....

02/09/2025: A very nice place with tables in the appropriate outdoor area where you can breathe in a peaceful atmosphere. It's clean and tidy. The ice cream flavors aren't numerous, but they have all the classic and important ones, and sometimes they add a few more. The ice cream and milkshakes are very good. Recommended.

29/08/2025: I tried a tub last week and found the gelato really good, light and enjoyable. All the flavors had their own flavor, but not overpowering, resulting in a delicate gelato that didn't overpower the other flavors. The price is average; I'll also try other flavors and a cone to see how much each wafer contains. I'll also try the semifreddos and desserts, given the wide selection they had. So approved!

05/08/2025: An authentic trattoria, with the pros and cons (very few) that entails. Family-run, the owners are wonderful people, still working with passion and always smiling. Good food, delicious homemade desserts, all in a family-friendly and always welcoming atmosphere.

26/06/2025: As soon as we entered, in addition to the warm welcome from the owners, we were pleasantly delighted by the excellent aroma coming from the kitchen. We opted for fish but there is also an excellent choice in the land menu. Very fresh fish, cooked to perfection and with passion! I highly recommend it! Congratulations indeed!

22/08/2025: Stumbled on this place on our way to the leaning tower. Would not have found it without a sign placed on the sidewalk. Worth the detour! Old school charm with a waiter in his 30s teamed up with the owner and chef well into their 60s at a guess. Felt a bit crowded with too many decor touches and bottles literally everywhere. But the food was amazing! Highlight was a sea bass ravioli which was super fine pasta perfectly cooked. Excellent seafood spaghetti. The reviews don’t lie. It’s far better than you’d expect when you walk in.
