09/09/2025: A casual place with excellent pizzas, both plain and with tomato sauce. The Neapolitan-style dough is firm and perfectly topped (I enjoyed a white "mortazza" with mortadella, pistachios, and burrata), which was very enjoyable. The staff is attentive and friendly.

08/01/2026: I'll start by saying that this is a review of the experience, not the food, as we weren't even able to buy anything.
Once we entered, the owner greeted the customer who came in after us very warmly, as if we didn't exist. This customer, along with his wife, calmly passed us in line, as did others shortly after, without the owner batting an eyelid.
All this was accompanied by a perfunctory attitude, almost as if they were doing you a favor. At that point, we left without buying anything.
The solution would be simple: put a number on the table to ensure that people arrive first, but it's clear there's no point in doing so, given that the situation seems to have been like this forever.
Lost customer.

07/12/2025: An excellent seafood restaurant. Excellent value for money. The only thing to note about the menu is that it's not very varied. We've been dining at Trinchetto quite frequently for several years, but the dishes have remained virtually unchanged. The restaurant is small but well-maintained.
12/10/2025: Really excellent, flavourful, generously portioned, good choice on menu one of the best meals I've had in Viareggio. Thoroughly recommended!
