09/03/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, servizio e cucina ottimi; ottima scelta e qualità prezzo dei vini, prima di lasciare questa recensione sono stato al locale tre volte , la prima provando solo aperitivo con tagliere compreso nel prezzo, la qualità e quantità del tagliere (compreso nel prezzo dei cocktail/vino) ottima rispetto alla media degli aperitivi della zona La seconda volta degustazione di secondi ( più il tagliere che è sempre compreso) per quanto mi riguarda la spesa è perfettamente adeguata alla qualità di quello che ho bevuto e mangiato e alla soddisfazione provata. La terza volta stessa cosa della seconda ma ho aggiunto l’assaggio di uno dei primi piatti offerti e L mia opinione è rimasta la stessa o addirittura migliorata. In poche parole è un posto che consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un aperitivo/ apericena in cui servizio, drink, e cibo riescano a soddisfare qualità, quantità e giusto prezzo

03/03/2025: Very nice place for an aperitivo and for a quick meal… the food menu is easy and simple but there is a wide choice of drinks. Super nice atmosphere and good service to boot… open till late I reccommend it for both a romantic or a casual visit.

23/02/2025: Trovatoci per caso con la mia ragazza durante una passeggiata, locale situato comodo in centro Viareggio vicino al lungomare, dentro elegante e moderno molto accogliente, servizio simpatico, professionale e veloce. Menù ben strutturato e con bella varietà di primi e secondi…ho l’onore di dire che sia per me e per la mia ragazza sono stati i due primi più saporiti e freschi mai assaggiati…non me l’ho aspettavo..venendo da Genova oltretutto abituati a ristoranti bordo scogliera…devo dire che la qualità del pesce e il legame del sugo era OTTIMO, consiglio pienamente Tutto accompagnato da un loro bianco toscano qualità PREZZO top

24/02/2025: We went to lunch today for the Cuziol tasting open to operators in the sector. It amazes me that a restaurant with such a renowned name, which is "alongside" a two Michelin star, is of such a low standard. Let's start with the fry: a diner specifically said that he was allergic to white fish, here comes a fry with fried anchovies. Luckily he notices the presence of the anchovies and cod and we send the dish back to the kitchen (anaphylactic shock stuff). The second time, sure of the dish, we find the anchovies. The comment from the "chef" instead of apologizing was: "eh but anchovies are a blue fish". Dwelling on this point instead of apologizing first seemed very unprofessional to me. Regardless of who is right. Moving on to the second course: Pasta not creamed properly, both lobster and clams, in both of them, once the pasta was finished there was practically a broth on the plate; the Cinta fillet was really overcooked and the portion for a 5 year old child must have been 100-120 grams. I'm just sorry I didn't take the photo. The service was very hasty but that was the only positive note. The place is very cold and anonymous. We regret leaving reviews since we are operators in the sector too but I hope it improves many things, especially on the kitchen side. We will return anyway.

17/02/2025: Good morning. More than a review I would like to clarify some nasty comments that some people made a few days ago. Il Principino is a historic venue known throughout Italy and managed in recent years by competent people capable of catering to a particular clientele. Obviously this applies to both the Bar and the Restaurant. Unfortunately, when you organize aperitifs or aperitif buffets with many people, especially here in Versilia, problems are created because people crowd together as if it were the last meal of their lives, creating useless and unpleasant queues. Having said this, in my opinion I have participated in some very large events such as the famous CreaModa fashion show and I had a great time in terms of organisation... in terms of space and quality of food so it was right to respond to these comments from the Porchetta Festival. You are and will remain the most iconic place in Viareggio...

12/02/2025: Cecina in all of it's simplicity Is totally and utterly delicious here, and it isn't common to find in pizzeria's, many people come to eat a taglio and so cecina Is always fresh from the wood oven when it is optimal and gets consumed immediately. A true local family run pizzeria with main course options.

13/03/2025: Truly unique place. Already from the outside you can see his great personality, differentiating himself from everyone else. Upon entering, you are fascinated both by the very refined and original furnishings in every detail, and by the high level of the cuisine with fresh fish, well prepared and presented. We were delighted by an appetizing entree, then continued with a delicious mixed seafood starter, 2 tastings of first courses (spaghetti with clams and sea urchin...Excellent!) and 2 amazing desserts made by chef Mauro! You can't resist getting up from the table to admire the "niche" dedicated to wines... a truly elite corner that only highlights an excellent wine list. Another notable note is the bread and focaccia made by them: delicious! Contrary to what you might think, it is a place that puts you at ease... maybe because of the friendliness and friendliness of the owner Maurizio and because of the special atmosphere that envelops you, arousing our curiosity everywhere... In short....We left more than satisfied...and with a great desire to return!

10/10/2024: It's what you can simply call...style.... A great old villa with flair. Of course you can also criticize certain rooms, but would that be fair? There is so much history in this villa that I can't afford to do something like that. That's why I consciously avoid taking pictures, but instead just convey my feeling. I call it awe and respect. 28/09/2024: A hotel with flair. The two very courteous and service-oriented hosts Nicola and Cesare do a great job. The room was absolutely fine, old but clean and with atmosphere. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Absolutely recommended!!!👍 🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅

30/03/2025: If you are looking for a place without frills but with excellent seafood dishes at more than fair prices, Bar Stadio in Viareggio is a perfect choice. The atmosphere is simple and informal, perfect for those who want to enjoy a quality meal without too many pleasantries. The seafood salad is really excellent, fresh and well seasoned. The fritto misto and the fritto misto completo are abundant and crunchy, without being too greasy, with a quality-price ratio that is difficult to beat in the area. If you are in Viareggio and want to eat well while spending the right amount, Bar Stadio is definitely worth a visit!

27/03/2025: Years ago the place was good for the quality/price ratio. Tonight I go in and ask if there is a table, only an outdoor table is free the girl tells me, but now we turn on the heater, I accept. She turns on the heater, a noise that seems like it's about to explode and after a few seconds it turns off, I have dinner outside with 15°C. I order half a white wine, a seafood salad and paccheri alla trabaccolara. The seafood salad is huge and inedible, the paccheri are worse than the salad and I finish them quickly because the cold is causing me congestion. The only paper napkin they gave me is worn out and I use my own handkerchiefs. I go to pay and the girl tells me... so she took seafood salad, paccheri, half a wine, water and coffee.... it's €41. I pay happy to have escaped a nightmare.... €41 to suffer
