14/06/2026: Everything was delicious, the pizzas were spectacular. The Cecina was irresistible. Everything was delicious. It was the best 3 euros I've ever spent. I'll be back every summer.

10/06/2026: The pizza and cecina were exceptional, as always, but we made the mistake of sitting at the table with service: 2 slices of pizza, half a portion of cecina, 1 water, 1 tea, and 1 small glass of sparkling wine for €21. A bit overpriced, despite the table service.

24/07/2026: Excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I recommend the soy cappuccino, vegan brioche with jam, and chocolate and pear basket.

18/07/2026: Soft brioche and crispy, light pastries. Breakfast pieces aren't huge, but they're generously sized and filled with high-quality fillings, making them very satisfying (€1.50 each). Individual cake portions (millefeuille and others), and various pastries. The service is courteous and fast.

15/05/2026: For lunch with friends, we all came here to eat together, finding several typical local dishes on the menu. We ordered a seafood appetizer, which I honestly thought would come with both raw and cooked ingredients, and not just small plates of cooked food. I was wrong not to ask what it included, but I usually mean everything. €27, good but a bit disappointing for the portion and also for expectations. A Trabaccolara was €24, very good, a tordello with ragù, €16, and a mixed fried calamari and shrimp, €26, again a bit small for the price. Dessert was €9, and water was €4 per bottle. (Cottage charge also €4 per person). A refined place that is still noteworthy for its quality. It's a bit pricey compared to other places, but I wanted to try it, and in the end, apart from the seafood appetizer, the rest is satisfactory. Very fast and friendly service, the place is also very nice inside so I recommend it anyway

21/07/2026: I went with my wife and a couple of friends and I have to say we had a great time. The service was excellent and the seafood was very good. But the best part was the bill at the end of the evening, which was truly amazing. I didn't think I'd spend so little, only €50 per couple. We'll definitely be back, and congratulations to all the staff. The pizza is amazing! And as always, a sure thing.

13/08/2026: We found it average. The dishes were prepared as they should be, the service was adequate. We enjoyed the octopus, a fairly generous dish served with an excellent side dish, but we didn't like the desserts. The selection of bottles was decent, with some reasonably priced labels (€18). The only two things we didn't like were the injustice of the three euro per person cover charge, and the microfiltered water, which we found to taste like chlorine, which forced us to buy bottled water, which was also three euros each if I'm not mistaken.

06/08/2026: We go to La Branchina every year and have always loved the truly excellent food and the wonderful atmosphere. One of my mother's wishes was to celebrate her birthday at a table right by the water, so this year we came **specifically a week early to reserve**. It was even more important to us because this is the fifth consecutive year my mother has celebrated her birthday here. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that our table was inside and that we hadn't requested a table near the water when we made the reservation, which is simply not true. We then waited outside for about 20 minutes, without receiving an apology or an offer of anything to drink. The food and location remain splendid, which is precisely why the experience was even more disappointing. We weren't expecting special treatment, just that our reservation, made well in advance, would be honored. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a very special evening for my mother's birthday and the realization of her little dream of dining by the water turned into a huge disappointment.

21/07/2026: Excellent example of a pizzeria!!! - Clean and well-kept environment. The pizzas we tried were excellent, unique, and generously sized. The speed and professionalism of the service are noteworthy.

04/08/2026: We ordered from Deliveroo. The pizzas arrived hot and looked inviting. Decent value for money, they were quite good and tasty. Perhaps the prosciutto and arugula lacked arugula, and the predominant flavor was the raw cherry tomatoes. We ordered the fries, which were naturally not very crispy, but that's okay. We were quite satisfied.

31/07/2026: What can I say? The pizza is excellent, with a springy dough and a nice mix of crispy zia, thin-crust pizza with a high but crispy crust, and quality ingredients you can taste. A nice, informal, modern atmosphere.

16/03/2026: We had booked with The Fork, they cancelled the reservation with the reason "closure of the restaurant" instead, passing by us to reach another restaurant we see that it is open...

13/03/2026: Truly excellent restaurant in the Darsena district of Viareggio. A charming and well-kept venue with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive, friendly, and professional. We started with a five-course appetizer, each one more delicious than the last. This was followed by a sublime Viareggio-style risotto, and truly special paccheri with calamari and shrimp. To finish, a homemade dessert: a simply wonderful strudel with ice cream. An experience I absolutely recommend.
