Food is really good, with a totally wonderful Tagliolini alle Arselle (the very small clams that are prevalent at the beach here, you can guarantee they will be fresh and locally caught, and taste wonderful compared to larger Vongole). Pizza is also good and a very friendly place.

24/05/2025: Barbana Cafe is a must visit when in Viareggio! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. They welcomed 10 of us at short notice and showed us the most wonderful hospitality - nothing was a problem! The food was divine but really it was the people working there that made the experience ❤️❤️. We will be back!! Thank you ☺️

07/06/2025: Io e mia moglie leggendo qua e là abbiamo visto che il gelato di Louis Vuitton del Forte viene prodotto qui da Galliano, quindi perché non provare l'originale? Bene abbiamo preso due coppette due gusti per la modica cifra di 4,5 euro beh se è buono magari li vale.... Allora la coppetta sotto ha il fondo che mettendoci il dito arriva a metà quindi gelato ben poco ma la cosa bella che il gelato è completamente anonimo acquoso e per niente cremoso, ben lontana da un prodotto di qualità mi spiace ma io sono ancora alla vecchia maniera mi piace mangiare bene e la moda la lascio ai VIP ciao Galliano a non rivederci.

31/05/2025: Posto che non auguro neanche al mio peggior nemico . Mangi da schifo neanche alla caritas la roba è di quel livello . Tra l altro paghi ma cifra che neanche a san remo vista mare ti propongono. Inoltre igiene top piccioni che mangiano sul tavolo in testa e di fianco . Speriamo l ASL se ne accorga . AUGURI.... ps pagate giusto perché il resto non è nelle loro regole di casa ...

03/03/2025: Da tempo frequento questo posto perché è vicino a dove lavoro e ogni tanto mi concedo un pranzetto veloce o merendina gustosa. Servizio perfetto e cortese. Il mangiare è ottimo come cucina casalinga e salutare. Quando posso mi ci fermo volentieri per farmi una coccola :) Consiglio vivamenteeee🫠

17/05/2025: A pochissimi passi dal lungo mare di Viareggio. Fin da subito ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal titolare con un entrée di benvenuto, che ci ha poi consigliato alcuni piatti in base al pescato del giorno. Dall’antipasto, poi al primo e infine al secondo tutto buonissimo! In modo particolare i tagliolini alla triglia, consigliati dal titolare, favolosi. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo!

12/05/2025: Sono stata diverse volte in questo ristorante, ma questa volta sono stata alla loro serata dedicata alla serata spagnola con tutti i piatti tipici. Che dire, esperienza fantastica e veramente tutto buono. Paella fantastica e crema catalana stellare! Da ritornarci

31/05/2025: Very nice and quiet hotel. The majority of the guests are older, which makes it pleasant. The water pipes are a bit noisy at night, but it's not a big deal. The proximity to the beach is THE reason we'll be back (a 5-minute walk). The breakfast in the garden is simply picturesque.

25/05/2025: My husband and I spent a weekend in this elegant, stylish hotel, and we were very impressed. The building, the room, and the garden are beautiful, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. A lot of attention to detail went into furnishing and decorating each space. We slept very well and woke up to bird song. Breakfast in the garden is also very good. Moreover, guests have access to the hotel's bikes, which kept us busy during our stay. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the sea as well!

19/05/2025: Food definitely above average, very good fish and well prepared and served. Abundant quantity of peaches in spaghetti with clams, slightly salty but very very good. Dessert not up to par with the rest. Very kind and impeccable service. We will probably return if we are in the area again.

I have celiac disease and have always found a lot of attention and care. Wine list with the best Italian whites. Correct account. Every time a real pleasure!

07/06/2025: Historic ice cream shop in Viareggio, a guarantee! The flavors are all delicious and change very frequently, the wafers are all handmade and gluten-free like all the ice cream flavors (except Cookies, one of the most iconic flavors of the ice cream shop)!
