03/05/2026: A very welcoming restaurant, with a great wood-fired oven and friendly, helpful staff. We had pizzas, but they weren't exactly the best: cooked in a pan (in a wood-fired oven), the dough was a bit fried and too crispy, a bit American-style. For those who love this type of pizza, they're still delicious. Parking is available in the area; it's located at a busy intersection, but there are plenty of parking spaces a few meters away.

Because of my train, I couldn’t wait for the kitchen to officially open, but they still kindly prepared an incredible seafood pasta for me. It was honestly the best pasta I’ve ever eaten, especially for such an unbelievably good price. I highly recommend this place to everyone. 06/05/2026: This place is truly excellent: I went there a week ago with my dad for lunch and ordered a seafood carbonara, which was absolutely delicious. I'll be in Viareggio for a whole month this summer, and I'd definitely go back again.

15/05/2026: For lunch with friends, we all came here to eat together, finding several typical local dishes on the menu. We ordered a seafood appetizer, which I honestly thought would come with both raw and cooked ingredients, and not just small plates of cooked food. I was wrong not to ask what it included, but I usually mean everything. €27, good but a bit disappointing for the portion and also for expectations. A Trabaccolara was €24, very good, a tordello with ragù, €16, and a mixed fried calamari and shrimp, €26, again a bit small for the price. Dessert was €9, and water was €4 per bottle. (Cottage charge also €4 per person). A refined place that is still noteworthy for its quality. It's a bit pricey compared to other places, but I wanted to try it, and in the end, apart from the seafood appetizer, the rest is satisfactory. Very fast and friendly service, the place is also very nice inside so I recommend it anyway

17/05/2026: I've dined at this restaurant several times and have never left unsatisfied. Excellent value, and the waiters and owners are always very kind. The first courses are delicious (especially seafood spaghetti carbonara), the meat is excellent, the pizzas are light and delicious, and the desserts are superb too. I highly recommend Barabba if you want to eat well without spending a fortune. Compliments to all the staff; I'll be returning to your restaurant very soon.
