We're crying out for them again. I buy bread and focaccia, bring them home, and freeze them in San Candido, where I live. I only use their bread. The milk rolls, which I fill with jam, are exceptional. Once frozen, they taste like they were freshly baked. Sliced ​​into 4 slices, then toasted, they're always fabulous with jam. The "SCIOCCO" bread is unparalleled. A new experience: PANETTONE and more. Are you looking for authentic flavors and aromas? I've always eaten bland food, so I have a particularly sensitive palate that allows me to taste and smell different flavors.
