27/08/2025: I'll just rate the gelato, which three of us had, five flavors in total. The unanimous negative rating was for the excessive amount of sugar and thickeners, the poor mouthfeel, and, finally, the mediocre flavor. I hate to write this, but it was a disappointment, after having come specifically for this place based on the positive reviews we'd read.

27/07/2025: Cena per 2. un antipasto misto coi salumi del triglia e li vai sul sicuro e un tagliolino al tartufo un po indietro di sale a mio gusto e quindi chiedo a uno dei camerieri di poter avere al tavolo sale e pepe, ma mai mi sono stati serviti. Come secondo un maialino al forno, non un granché, secco e palesemente riscaldato, fuori caldo e interno freddo, e un filetto al gorgonzola ,buono , da bere una bottiglia d'acqua ,una di vino frizzante della casa ,2 birre icnusa 33cl e poi 4 amari (2 a testa).... totale € 130,00!!!! Roba da matti!! Servizio gentile ma poco attento ,a tratti confusionario. il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto sbilanciato a mio parere,a questi prezzi si mangia in pianura coi piedi nella sabbia!!! Sconsigliato!!!!

27/07/2025: Abbiamo optato per un filetto alla griglia che ha lasciato molto a desiderare..... stracotto e insipido..... a mio modo non sarebbe neanche stato il caso di portarlo.... abbiamo speso in 5 €. 175,00 per 4 spritz, due bottiglie di acqua un piatto a testa di cui un primo ed un maialino di latte, quattro contorni (che sei obbligato a prendere in quanto il piatto viene portato esclusivamente con tre foglie rucola), tre dessert e quattro caffè.... stracaro......

28/04/2025: Il non plus ultra in quanto a pasta fatta in casa …io che non amo i ravioli ricotta e spinaci di questi me ne sono innamorata🥰 In un paesino arroccato sui monti si trova questo ristorante rustico dal sapore antico RISTORANTE IL MATTARELLO

01/04/2025: Sono stata qui con la famiglia di sabato sera. Forse per il pienone, forse solo la serata sbagliata, ma la mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori. I piatti personalmente li ho trovati anonimi e privi di spinta, soprattutto le tagliatelle ai funghi che erano principalmente panna… Gli gnocchi al pecorino avevano un sapore e una consistenza non invitante, infatti sono stati abbondantemente rimandati indietro. I tordelli in compenso erano buoni. Nota dolente il servizio: attese lunghissime e personale poco attento. Tra il primo e il secondo abbiamo aspettato tantissimo, al punto da dover sollecitare.

13/01/2025: Sur la petite route entre Pian di Conca et Stavia, et quand on cherche bien, on finit par trouver la trattoria Giusto di Sale. Ce qui frappe au premier abord, c'est la forte et chaleureuse personnalité de Gian Luca, le propriétaire. Mais aussi les plats, simples et joliment cuisinés. Le service est efficace et attentionné, le rapport qualité/prix est remarquable.

25/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia in questo posticino nel verde della campagna versiliese. Menù’ della tradizione toscana con ottimi piatti squisiti e ben presentati da uno staff gentile e preparato. Ottimo pranzo di Natale. Complimenti!!!

29/04/2025: Lunedì 28 aprile io e la mia compagna siamo andati a mangiare in questo locale: accogliente con personale molto gentile antipasto di terra abbondante e buonissimo per non parlare della pizza impasto buonissimo molto ricca e ingredienti di qualità. di dolce abbiamo preso una sfoglia con crema e fragole buonissima e abbondante per la qualità e l'abbondanza il prezzo è super modico super consigliato ritornerò presto bravi

18/01/2025: Tra Massarosa centro e Quiesa, sulla strada che arriva a Lucca......un piccolo locale grazioso vista strada....il profumo di odori...aglio...cipolla...tartufo e di bistecca arrostita e di cose buone lo puoi sentire già salendo i gradini dell'ingresso. Ad accoglierti personale gentile e sorridente.....hai l'imbarazzo della scelta..... i panzerotti con crudo ... gustosi... tagliolini al bianchetto super ....tagliata divina...e buonissima frittura di pesce.... Il posto giusto per una cena che non ha bisogno di capricci 😁

27/01/2024: Preso la pizza da asporto era una schifezza pasta cruda e ingredienti di bassa qualità anche il menù in rete non è aggiornato vi fanno pagare di più...meglio se vi tenete 5€in più nel bagget consiglio

21/11/2025: Exceptional service and kindness. Excellent desserts. All the bread is delicious. The pizzas and focaccias are amazing. It's a shame they don't make brioches anymore; they were fabulous. We're crying out for them again. I buy bread and focaccia, bring them home, and freeze them in San Candido, where I live. I only use their bread. The milk rolls, which I fill with jam, are exceptional. Once frozen, they taste like they were freshly baked. Sliced ​​into 4 slices, then toasted, they're always fabulous with jam. The "SCIOCCO" bread is unparalleled. A new experience: PANETTONE and more. Are you looking for authentic flavors and aromas? I've always eaten bland food, so I have a particularly sensitive palate that allows me to taste and smell different flavors. If I, who have very little time, dedicate time to writing reviews, it means they truly deserve it. The bread, schiacciata, and pizzas are excellent. I travel a lot and buy Neapolitan pizzas from the oven, keeping them on the dashboard to warm up. Aside from the intoxicating aroma that fills the cabin, the piping hot pizzas reveal their aromas and flavors. They recently started serving Sicilian arancini. Exceptional. Let's talk about the Sicilian cannoli, made to order. But the best, the one that catapults them to the Olympus of flavors with an unbeatable level, is the panettone. The aroma, the flavors, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The candied fruit and raisins it contains create a harmony of flavors and aromas unique in this dessert. I live where the bakeries make excellent panettone, but this is on another level, something else entirely. I'm passionate about cooking and a true gourmet; I challenge anyone to disagree. 27/01/2025: This is my third time at this pizzeria, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised: the food was good, the place clean, and the staff were friendly, especially Sabrina! ❤️🙌 She's a young, hard-working girl with a kind, polite spirit. I also ordered takeout, and the staff was courteous and polite when it came to answering all my questions.
